The role

About the role

You will join a fully remote team of 5 designers and shape products our clients put in front of their customers: SaaS dashboards, mobile apps, marketing sites and landing pages. You take the work from research notes and user flows to polished Figma files, work next to developers and a project manager, and see your designs go live every two weeks.

What you will do

  • Turn briefs and research into user flows, wireframes and polished Figma screens
  • Build and grow design systems with components, variants and tokens
  • Design responsive layouts for web and mobile, from phones to wide desktops
  • Prototype key flows and test them with clients before development starts
  • Hand off clean, annotated files and answer developer questions during the sprint
  • Present your work in client demos and turn feedback into the next version

What you need

  • 3 to 5 years designing web or mobile products, with a portfolio that shows your process
  • Expert Figma skills: auto layout, components, variants and prototyping
  • A strong eye for type, spacing and hierarchy, and you can explain your choices
  • Experience designing for real users and real constraints, not only concepts
  • Clear written English: you work async and keep clients updated
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work

Nice to have

  • Webflow
  • Framer
  • Motion design
  • Design tokens
  • Accessibility (WCAG)
  • Illustration
