What a sprint at DeveloperLook looks like

Every project runs in two-week sprints with a project manager. You plan on day one, build with your team, review on day nine and ship on day ten.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook is a fully remote team, so you can apply and work from any country. You need a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.

  • Every role has the same pay band: $1,500 to $2,500 a month, paid in US dollars. Where you start in the band depends on your experience and what you show in the hiring steps.

  • These are mid-level, full-time roles for people with 3 to 5 years of experience in the same kind of work.

  • Email your CV, a link to your work and a short note to [email protected], with the job title as the subject line. It takes about five minutes.

  • We read every application and reply to every one. If your experience fits, the next steps are a short intro call, a small skill task, a team interview and then a written offer.
