About this set
About the Education icons
These education icons suit a school, a tutoring service or an online course. The set covers the school bus and the school bell, flashcards and a quiz, a science lab and a chalkboard, plus the grades, certificates and learning paths that parents and students look for. Each education icon is previewed on this page as a short loop before you sign up.
Where they fit
Put Graduation at the top of an admissions page: the cap tosses up and lands. Use Certificate on a course page, where the scroll unrolls and a seal stamps, and Learning streak in a student dashboard or progress email, where days tick along the strip and the flame grows. Flashcards, Quiz and Study timer suit the features section of a course or app.
One look across the set
Every icon sits on the same 400 by 320 canvas, with one line weight and a single accent colour. A bus, a book and a medal placed in one row read as a family, with no mismatched styles to tidy up.
From the email to your page
- Open the email and download the ZIP. The svg folder holds the animated icons, and preview.html shows them all moving.
- For a looping icon, use the file as an image: an img tag with width 240 and height 192 keeps the 5:4 frame.
- For hover play, accent colour and dark mode, paste the SVG markup into your page instead of linking the file.
- Add data-play="hover" to the svg to play it only on hover, or data-cm-play="hover" on the card around it.
- Set --cm-accent to your brand colour, and add data-theme="dark" on dark backgrounds.
License
Free to use, with three limits
- Use them in websites, apps, products and client projects, free
- Credit is appreciated, not required
- Not allowed: selling or sharing them as icons, claiming them as yours, or using them in a logo

Yes. The education icons are free for websites, apps, products and client projects, including paid work. Attribution is appreciated for the education set but not required. You can't sell or share them as icons, claim them as your own, or use them in a logo. The license page has the full terms.
There are 24 icons, sent over three weeks at 8 a week in the education set, and the first batch lands once you confirm your email. Expect lessons, quizzes and certificates and more. You see a preview of each on this page, and the files themselves arrive by email.
Add your email on this page and confirm it. The education icons start arriving right away and keep coming weekly until you have them all. Sets are sent per industry, one industry per address. You can unsubscribe whenever you like.
Yes. The education SVG files open in any vector editor, so you can change shapes, sizes or colours. The motion is CSS inside the file, so a design tool shows the still pose. Keep the original for the moving version on the web. Each batch also includes GIF and PNG files.
No. The education icons are light SVG files whose motion is plain CSS, so there is no JavaScript and no font download. People who have reduced motion turned on see the still pose. That keeps a course page quick for parents and students on a phone.
