DeveloperLook designed and built HR Attendee, an HR management app where employees check in, log breaks, and apply for leave. Attendance, leave, and activity data stay in sync in real time, and an admin dashboard serves HR staff.
HR Attendee is an HR management mobile app for tracking employee attendance, leave, and work activity. It belongs to the HR project management space, and DeveloperLook handled the app design and development. Employees keep their attendance records and leave requests in one place, and team leads review those requests from the same app.
The home screen greets each employee by name and job title, above a row of dates for the current week. Today Attendance shows 4 tiles: check-in time, check-out time, break duration, and working days. Your Activity then lists every check-in and break with its time and an on-time label. A bottom bar moves between home, leave, the team, holidays, and the profile.
Leave has its own section, with colored cards for balance, approved, pending, and cancelled days and tabs for upcoming, past, and team leave. A short form collects the title, leave type, contact number, dates, and reason. Other screens hold the holiday list, a team directory with daily check-in history, and a profile with personal, professional, and document tabs.
Alongside the app, an admin dashboard for desktop screens gives HR staff a welcome view of headcount, attendance rate, new hires, and active projects. Its menu reaches employees, attendance, projects, a time tracker, payroll, and service invoices. The full design set covers more than 40 pages.
