About the project

Oasic Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built the website and dashboard for Oasic, a finance SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses. The site explains invoicing, payment links, and recurring billing, and the Business Insights Hub tracks earnings, expenses, and profit.

Oasic is finance management software for small and medium-sized businesses that want easier finance tracking. It presents itself as a way to save time, control cash flow, and automate routine finance work. The website had to explain that offer quickly and give a careful audience reasons to trust it.

The marketing site opens with the promise of managing finances in minutes a week and a demo request form. The homepage presents 4 tools as cards: invoice management, payment links, checkout balance, and recurring billing. A 3-step section shows how to get started, and a pricing section compares 3 plans. Customer testimonials and an FAQ follow. An integrations page, an About page with the leadership team and core values, a careers page, and a blog with topic filters complete the site.

Behind the site sits the Oasic Business Insights Hub, the product dashboard. Its top row shows new employees, earnings, expenses, and profit, with total revenue and sales overview charts below. The sidebar leads to clients, projects, leads, sales, budget, payroll, and daily reports, and the dashboard design runs to more than 30 pages.

Every screen uses the same violet palette and minimal layout on desktop, tablet, and phone. The brand carries over to business cards, a reception sign, a billboard, and social media posts.

Challenge and solution

What Oasic Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Oasic needed a finance platform that made complex money tasks simple without dropping the features businesses rely on.

Many small and medium-sized businesses struggle to manage invoices, payments, and cash flow. Their tools are often complicated, slow, or spread across several services. Finance is also a sensitive area, so the product had to show users that their data was secure and handled transparently.

Our solution

We designed and built a minimal website and dashboard that bring Oasic's finance tools into one platform.

The site presents invoicing, payment links, and recurring billing as simple cards, then walks visitors through 3 steps to get started. To build trust, the Business Insights Hub shows earnings, expenses, and profit in clear charts. The site also answers questions about plans, data security, and integrations before anyone books a demo.

What we built

Features We Built for Oasic

  • Finance tools on the homepage

The homepage presents invoice management, payment links, checkout balance, and recurring billing as 4 cards. Each card pairs a short explanation with a small preview of the screen behind it.

  • 3 steps to start

A cash flow section breaks onboarding into 3 steps: sign up for an account, start managing your money, and get insights to optimize. Visitors see the whole path before they book a demo.

  • Plans side by side

The pricing section compares 3 plans with their feature lists and highlights the middle one. Each plan has its own button, so visitors act on the plan that fits them.

  • Business Insights Hub

The dashboard opens with new employees, earnings, expenses, and profit, each with a small trend line. Total revenue and sales overview charts sit below, so a manager reads company performance at a glance.

  • Clients, tasks, and leads

The dashboard sidebar leads to client profiles, a task board, a leads list, and daily reports. Sales, budget, and payroll sit in the same menu, so the team works from one place.

  • Integrations page

An integrations page shows connected apps such as Zapier as cards, each with a Connect Now button. Businesses can check that their current tools fit before they sign up.

  • Brand beyond the screen

The Oasic logo and violet palette carry over to business cards, a reception sign, a billboard, and social media posts. The brand looks the same wherever buyers meet it.

Questions About the Oasic Project

  • A marketing website and a product dashboard for Oasic, a finance SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses. The website explains invoicing, payment links, recurring billing, plans, and integrations. The Business Insights Hub dashboard tracks employees, earnings, expenses, profit, clients, tasks, and leads.

  • It puts the most important numbers first. The top row shows new employees, earnings, expenses, and profit, each with a trend line. Below it, total revenue and sales overview charts compare months. Panels for absences, task status, and client payments follow, so managers see progress without opening a separate report.

  • Small and medium-sized businesses that want simpler finance tracking. Many of them juggle invoices, payments, and cash flow across several tools. The Oasic site speaks to them in plain terms: what each tool does, how to start in 3 steps, what each plan includes, and how billing works.

  • Through clarity and visible proof. The minimal design keeps each tool and plan easy to understand. Customer testimonials, the leadership team, and core values sit on the site, and an FAQ answers whether employee data is secure. Dashboard previews show the product before a visitor books a demo.

  • Yes. The homepage, FAQ, integrations, careers, and blog pages all have phone layouts, and tablet layouts cover the marketing pages and the dashboard. Visitors can compare plans or book a demo from a phone, and managers can check the dashboard on a tablet.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designs and builds finance SaaS websites and dashboards that explain the product in plain terms and show the numbers your users care about. We start from the tasks your customers handle, such as invoicing or recurring billing, then design the marketing pages and the app screens around them.
