About the project

Herile Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built the website for Herile, a cloud-based HR and project management platform, and designed its web dashboard. The site explains employee, project, and billing tools in plain terms for HR teams and small business owners.

Herile is a cloud-based HR and project management platform for teams that want simpler internal workflows. It brings employee records, project tracking, receivables automation, and custom contract management into one interface. DeveloperLook designed and built the public website that presents the product. The project also covers the design of its customer dashboard.

The home page opens with Manage People, Projects & Performance above a preview of the dashboard. Buttons invite visitors to get started for free or watch a demo. Feature sections then cover HR project management, receivables automation, usage-based contracts, and authentication, each with a small piece of real interface. Pricing, testimonials, and a free trial banner close the page. An about page, a company blog, and a mobile layout for every page complete the site.

Behind the website, the dashboard design runs to at least 37 pages. An overview of employees, time to hire, and attendance comes first. Further screens hold a time tracker, employee profiles, time off requests, a meeting calendar, and project boards. The presentation also shows the Herile logo on business cards, office signage, a billboard, and social posts.

Challenge and solution

What Herile Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Herile needed a website that could explain a multifunctional HR and project management platform in a few clear steps.

The product covers employee data, projects, receivables, and contracts, and each of those can easily read as technical detail. Its buyers are mostly HR professionals and small business owners, not software specialists. Complex features had to become a simple, engaging journey.

Our solution

We designed a clean, modern website with straightforward navigation that walks visitors from the core promise to the pricing plans.

Each section leads with a clear headline and short supporting text. It then shows a real piece of the Herile interface, such as employee cards, billing tiles, or contract cards. No technical knowledge is needed.

What we built

Features We Built for Herile

  • Product-first home page

The home page leads with Manage People, Projects & Performance and a preview of the Herile dashboard. Buttons to start for free or watch a demo sit right below the headline.

  • Features shown as interface

Sections on HR workflows, receivables automation, usage-based contracts, and authentication pair a plain headline with a working piece of UI. Visitors see employee cards, task cards, and billing tiles.

  • Three-tier pricing plans

A pricing page compares the Individuals, Teams, and Enterprise plans side by side. Each tier lists what it includes and has its own Get Started button.

  • About page and team

The about page explains why Herile was created and lists 6 company values, such as ownership and integrity. It also states the mission and introduces the team with photos.

  • Company blog by topic

A company blog groups articles under tabs for product news, company updates, a glossary, tutorials, and guides. Each post shows its author, publishing date, and reading time.

  • HR dashboard overview

The dashboard greets each user by name and shows total employees, time to hire, and attendance. A time tracker, project evaluation, and the day's schedule sit beside them.

  • Employee records and directory

Staff browse employees in a list or a people directory chart. Each profile holds personal information, employment details, attendance, and working hours in one place.

  • Time off and project planning

A time off page shows leave balances and pending requests. A calendar lays out meetings by day, and project views track tasks on a timeline or a board.

FAQ

Questions About the Herile Project

  • A marketing website and a dashboard design for Herile's HR and project management platform. The website presents the product, its features, pricing, company story, and blog. The dashboard design covers at least 37 pages, from the main overview and employee profiles to time off, calendar, and project screens.

  • HR professionals and small business owners who aren't software specialists. The site avoids technical language and shows the product through short headlines and real interface examples. A buyer comparing HR tools can follow the story from the home page to the pricing plans.

  • By showing the interface instead of describing it. Each feature section pairs a plain headline, such as receivables automation at scale, with a small working piece of the product. Visitors grasp what Herile does at a glance, and the supporting text adds only the detail they need to decide.

  • They manage people, time, and projects from one place. The overview shows employee totals, time to hire, and attendance, with a time tracker and the day's schedule. Further pages cover employee profiles, time off, a meeting calendar, and project boards. The sidebar also links to reports, payrolls, benefits, documents, and invoices.

  • It does. Every page of the Herile website has a mobile layout, including the home page, features, pricing, about, team, FAQ, and blog. Sections stack into a single column with large buttons, so a visitor can start a free trial from a phone.

  • Yes. We design and build websites for software products that must explain many features to non-technical buyers. That means feature sections built around real interface, a clear pricing page, and a blog. We can also design the product dashboard, from the main overview to the detailed screens your users open every day.
