About the project

CognifyHR Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built the website and HR dashboard for CognifyHR, an AI recruitment software company, bringing candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and performance tracking into one platform.

CognifyHR is recruitment software that uses AI to simplify hiring for companies of all sizes. The platform brings candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and performance tracking into one system. DeveloperLook designed and developed the marketing website and the HR dashboard behind it.

The website presents the product as an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS). The home page opens with a product preview that counts applications, shortlisted, hired, and rejected candidates. Cards below it show how teams source candidates from LinkedIn, evaluate them, and invite team members. Further sections cover talent pool management, AI interviews, customer stories, and a FAQ. An about page presents the company mission, open roles, and the team, and a pricing page compares the plans. The main pages also have mobile and tablet layouts.

The dashboard serves HR teams who manage their people day to day. A sidebar groups attendance, schedule, employee directory, departments, day-off management, payroll, reports, and broadcast messages. The main screen shows total employees, day-off requests, average KPI, and a weekly attendance chart next to the day's agenda. Tables with filters, status labels, and pagination carry the detail on each module.

The gallery also shows the Cognify logo on business cards, a billboard, and a set of social media posts. Teal tones, soft gradients, minimal icons, and clear typography tie the brand, the website, and the dashboard together.

Challenge and solution

What CognifyHR Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

CognifyHR needed a traditionally complex recruitment process to feel simple.

The goal was an AI-powered workflow that stayed intuitive for users of all technical backgrounds. The product also had to connect with LinkedIn, Zapier, and Notion. Those integrations added complexity to backend development.

Our solution

DeveloperLook designed an intuitive, AI-driven interface that simplified the whole recruitment process.

It let non-technical users source, screen, and contact candidates from one place. The platform connected with LinkedIn, Notion, and Zapier, so sourcing, team collaboration, and automation ran inside one unified system. A clean layout with soft gradients and minimal icons kept the website and the dashboard easy to navigate.

What we built

Features We Built for CognifyHR

  • AI recruitment home page

The home page introduces CognifyHR as an AI-powered ATS. A product preview shows applications, shortlisted, hired, and rejected counts above a potential candidates table, with partner logos and a clear call to action.

  • Candidate sourcing from LinkedIn

Sourcing cards show how recruiters pull candidates from LinkedIn and filter them by employees, role, revenue, and industry. Promising profiles move to a shortlist that lists each candidate's name and company.

  • Talent pool management

A talent pool view lists applicants with their role and source. Recruiters rate candidates, review shortlisted profiles, and invite colleagues by email so the whole hiring team works from the same list.

  • AI interview section

A dedicated section presents AI interviews as human-less screening that picks out promising candidates. It appears among the home page components and on the pricing page, next to a call to action.

  • Plans and pricing page

The pricing page compares Starter and Premium plans side by side. Each plan lists what it includes, such as onboarding support, custom integrations, the mobile app, vendor collaboration, and advanced reporting.

  • HR management dashboard

The dashboard shows total employees, day-off requests, average KPI, and a weekly attendance chart split into on-time, late, and absent staff. A side panel lists the next meeting and the day's schedule.

  • Attendance and people modules

Separate screens cover attendance, schedules, the employee directory, departments, day-off requests, reports, and company broadcasts. Each one uses filters, data tables, status labels, and pagination for quick review.

  • Mobile and tablet layouts

The main website pages have their own phone and tablet layouts. Sections stack into single columns on phones, while pricing cards, team grids, and the FAQ stay readable on smaller screens.
