About the project

Logify Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and developed Logify, a web app for tracking projects, risks, and controls on infrastructure work such as the Solidaritus Foundation Roads project. One dashboard shows each control's owner, status, due date, and risk, with exports, alerts, and team chat.

Logify is a project management system for tracking projects, risks, and controls. It was built around infrastructure development, with the Solidaritus Foundation Roads project as its working example, where teams manage many contract controls at once. Its dashboard brings together control names, statuses, owners, due dates, and risk factors.

Inside a project, a controls table lists each control with its owner, latest status note, control date, due date, tags, and impact. Overdue dates show in red. Tabs split open and closed items, a switch moves between risks and controls, and filters narrow the list. Each control opens into a detail view with its history and a live chat panel. Risks carry a severity from insignificant to major and consequences such as financial, environmental, schedule delay, reputational, and planning compliance.

Supporting tools cover two-factor authentication, Outlook calendar integration, notifications, and exports to PDF and Excel, along with user invites and settings. A marketing website presents the product under the line Track Every Risk, Control Every Log, with key features, a product video area, and sign-up calls to action. Social posts carry the same blue brand.

Challenge and solution

What Logify Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Managing many project controls was hard because each one needed continuous updates and oversight.

Risk management meant watching cost escalations, delays, and dependencies at the same time. Stakeholders had to stay aligned, and logs and reports needed to be organized for informed decisions.

Our solution

We built a centralized dashboard for managing and tracking projects in one place.

Tools for contract terms, deadlines, and decisions improve oversight, and calendar integration keeps deadlines visible. Filtering and export features organize data into reports, while real-time notifications and chat keep stakeholders up to date.

What we built

Features We Built for Logify

  • Controls table

Each project lists its controls with the owner, latest status note, control date, due date, tags, and impact. Overdue due dates turn red, so late items stand out at a glance.

  • Risk register

Risks get a severity of insignificant, minor, moderate, or major, plus consequences such as financial, environmental, schedule delay, reputational, and planning compliance, chosen from a tag list.

  • Filters and exports

Tabs for all, open, and closed items, a risk and control switch, and filters narrow the list. Export buttons turn the current view into an Excel file or a PDF report.

  • Outlook calendar integration

An Outlook connection brings control deadlines into the calendar people already use. The authentication screen shows when the account is authorized, so deadlines stay visible outside the app.

  • Live chat and notifications

A chat panel beside each control lets owners discuss its status in context. Real-time notifications tell stakeholders when a control or risk changes, so nobody works from an old version.

  • Two-factor authentication

Users can turn on 2FA with Google or Microsoft Authenticator. Admins invite users and manage settings from the profile menu, so access to project data stays under control.

  • Product marketing website

A marketing site introduces Logify with the line Track Every Risk, Control Every Log, a key features overview, a product video area, and Sign Up For Free buttons.

FAQ

Questions About the Logify Project

  • A web app for managing project risks and controls, plus the marketing website that presents it. The app gives teams a central dashboard for controls, risks, owners, statuses, and due dates. Filters, exports, chat, notifications, Outlook integration, and two-factor authentication support it. DeveloperLook handled the design and development.

  • Controls and risks for each project. A control records its owner, status notes, control date, due date, tags, and impact. A risk records its severity and its consequences, such as financial or schedule delay. The dashboard in the designs tracks the Solidaritus Foundation Roads infrastructure project.

  • Through shared data and fast updates. Everyone sees the same controls table with owners and due dates, and a live chat panel sits beside each control. Real-time notifications flag changes, and Outlook calendar integration puts deadlines where people already plan their week.

  • Yes. Filters narrow the controls or risks to what a report needs, by status or other criteria. Export buttons then save the view as an Excel file or a PDF. Teams can share these exports with stakeholders who do not work in the app every day.

  • With two-factor authentication. Users can turn on 2FA with Google or Microsoft Authenticator, and the Outlook connection shows its authorization status. Admins invite users and manage settings from the profile menu, so access to project data stays in the team's hands.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designs and builds web apps for tracking projects, risks, and compliance, with dashboards, registers, exports, notifications, and integrations like the ones made for Logify. We start from how your team logs work and reports today, then design the screens and workflows around it.
