About the project

TripNest Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built the TripNest travel and tour website and its admin dashboard. Travelers find curated tour packages that suit their preferences and budget, then book them in one place.

TripNest is a travel and tourism brand that sells curated tour packages, from beach escapes to cultural city breaks. The brand wanted a website that sparks the idea of a trip and then carries the traveler through to a booking. DeveloperLook handled the web design and development, and the project also covered a brand guideline for the TripNest identity.

The public site opens with a full-width hero and a search bar for destination, date, and number of travelers. Below it, package cards show a photo, a price, the trip length, and the travel season. A short "Your journey starts here" section explains the path in 4 steps: find a destination, compare packages, check out securely, and get ready to travel.

Each package page brings the details together: a photo gallery, an overview of the destination, reasons to visit, a location map, and a booking panel. Related packages at the bottom suggest other destinations the traveler might have missed.

Behind the site sits an admin dashboard for the agency team. Its navigation covers Destinations, Bookings, Customers, Tour Guide, Payments, Message, and Settings. The home screen sums up revenue, bookings, destinations, and customers, with a revenue chart and a monthly booking calendar. The full design set runs to 27+ pages across the site and the dashboard.

Challenge and solution

What TripNest Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

TripNest needed a website that inspires travelers and still makes booking a trip quick.

The brand wanted rich destination imagery to draw people in, but not at the expense of a smooth booking flow. Getting both right called for careful work on layout, navigation, and the order of content. Visitors had to move from exploring destinations to booking a package without losing their way.

Our solution

We built TripNest around a clean, minimal layout that lets the travel photography lead.

Every step from destination discovery to checkout follows one clear path: hero search, filterable package cards, and a booking panel on each package page. Clear Urbanist typography and lime green accents point visitors to the next action. An admin dashboard gives the agency one place to manage destinations, bookings, customers, and guides.

What we built

Features We Built for TripNest

  • Hero trip search

The first screen holds a search bar for destination, travel date, and number of travelers. Visitors start planning straight away and land on packages that match their trip.

  • Filterable package cards

Package cards show a photo, price, trip length, and travel season, with Best Seller badges on popular trips. Category chips such as Adventure, Beach, Budget Friendly, Cultural, and Luxury narrow the list.

  • Detailed package pages

Each package page combines a photo gallery, a destination overview, reasons to visit, and a location map. Suggestions for other destinations worth a look sit at the bottom.

  • Booking panel with totals

A booking panel sits beside every package with check-in and check-out dates and the number of travelers. It shows the total price above one Book Now button.

  • Travel agency dashboard

The admin dashboard opens with revenue, booking, destination, and customer totals. A revenue statistics chart and a monthly booking schedule show the agency the state of the business at a glance.

  • Customer and guide records

Dedicated screens list bookings and customers in clear tables and show tour guides as profile cards. Simple forms let staff add new destinations, customers, and guides without leaving the dashboard.

  • Brand guideline and assets

A brand guideline set the Urbanist typeface and a lime green, dark olive, and soft yellow-green palette. The same style runs through the logo, icons, social posts, and billboard designs.

Questions About the TripNest Project

  • DeveloperLook designed and built the TripNest travel and tour website and its admin dashboard. The public site lets travelers search destinations, filter tour packages, and book a trip. The dashboard lets the agency manage destinations, bookings, customers, payments, and tour guides. The project also included a brand guideline with the typeface and color palette.

  • Travelers pick a package and fill in the booking panel on its page. They choose check-in and check-out dates and the number of travelers, and the panel shows the total before they press Book Now. They can also start from the hero search bar, which filters by destination, date, and group size.

  • It's for travelers who want ready-made tour packages, whether they're planning a beach holiday, a cultural trip, or an adventure. Category filters such as Budget Friendly, Family, and Luxury help each person find a package that fits their style and budget. The admin side serves the agency team that runs the bookings.

  • Yes. The gallery shows the TripNest pages laid out for phones and tablets as well as desktop screens. On a phone, the hero search, package cards, and package details stack into one column. The main menu folds behind a menu icon, so travelers can browse and book on the go.

  • Yes. We'd start from your packages, destinations, and booking rules, then plan the search, package pages, and checkout around them. If your team needs an admin dashboard for bookings, customers, and guides, we'd scope it alongside the public site. Contact us with your current setup and we'll suggest where to begin.
