How your project runs
01 · FreeTeams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up a few months after launch: friends find the site by name, but people searching for your service in your area see other businesses first.
Same titles
Ten service pages share one title Wix wrote by default.
Same titles
We set SEO patterns so every page type names its own service and town.
Ghost pages
Old homepage drafts sit unlinked but still indexed by Google.
Ghost pages
We remove or hide leftover pages and redirect any that still earn visits.
Renames
A renamed page left its old address showing an error.
Renames
The URL Redirect Manager sends every old address to its live page with a 301.
Blind spots
Nobody knows which searches find the site, if any.
Blind spots
We connect Search Console through Wix and report clicks by page each month.
You built the site in the Wix Editor, picked a template, and added Wix Bookings so clients can book online. Every service page still carries the title Wix wrote for it, so ten pages look the same in search results. Two old versions of your homepage are still live, unlinked but indexed. When you renamed your services page, its old address started showing an error. And Search Console isn't connected, so nobody knows which searches find you.
We start with the SEO tools Wix already gives you and put every one to work. SEO patterns give each page type its own title format. The Advanced SEO tab carries canonical tags and structured data, and the URL Redirect Manager points old addresses to live pages. Then each service and town you cover gets its own page. Your site starts answering local searches instead of waiting on referrals.
SEO patterns per page type
Booking, product, blog, and dynamic pages each get a title format that names what they offer.
Structured data on key pages
Local business and service markup added in the Advanced SEO tab, so search engines read your details.
A page for every area
Each town or service you cover gets its own page, written for how locals search.
Our Wix SEO Process
Every finding in your Wix dashboard comes with a fix you approve first, and you keep running the site yourself while the SEO work happens behind it.
We check your SEO Settings, every page's title and description, the URL Redirect Manager, indexed pages, and your Business Profile. You get a short list of fixes in priority order, marked by which ones you can handle in the Wix Editor yourself.
What's Included
Every plan uses the SEO tools built into Wix, adds the pages your customers search for, and reports results in plain terms. Your site and design stay as they are.
Compare Options
Wix's free SEO Setup Checklist covers the basics, and a freelancer can be cheaper for a one-off fix. Here is where each option fits a growing Wix site.

|---|---|---|---|
| Setup basics | Done and checked page by page | Guided steps at no cost | Usually included |

Projects We've Built
Restaurant, gym, construction, and booking websites we designed and built: the kind of local service sites our Wix SEO work is made for.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites, apps, and platforms for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
You run your business from the Wix dashboard, so we work within it. Every change gets a clear note, and your accounts stay in your name.
We use the SEO tools Wix already includes before suggesting any app or custom code. Fewer add-ons means fewer scripts slowing your pages and fewer bills each month.
If Wix's free SEO Setup Checklist already covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote. Some small sites need one tidy-up, not a monthly program.
We measure bookings and calls from search, not only visits, so the report shows what SEO is worth to you. Rankings matter when they bring in customers.
Every report lists the pages, patterns, and redirects we changed, with dates. You can open the Wix dashboard and check each one yourself.
Ownership of the Wix site, the domain, and Search Console stays with you. Our access is a collaborator role that you can remove at any time.
Most local searches happen on phones, so we test heavy strips, galleries, and animations on a mid-range phone. If a design element slows a key page, we suggest a lighter option.

Good fit
Local service businesses on Wix
Your Wix site brings in referrals but few strangers, and you want people searching for your service in your town to find you first.
Studios and clinics using Wix Bookings
You take bookings through Wix Bookings, but every service page shares one generic title, so none of them ranks for the service it sells.
Owners comparing Wix SEO services
You have quotes for Wix SEO services ranging from cheap link packages to big retainers, and you want someone to explain what actually moves rankings.
Small shops on Wix Stores
Your Wix Stores products carry the supplier's description and a default title, so Google sees text it already found on other sites.
Agencies needing a Wix SEO specialist
Your agency designs Wix sites and wants a Wix SEO specialist to handle rankings for clients after launch, under your brand.
Not a fit
Budget under $800 a month
If $800 a month is more than your site can carry, start with Wix's free SEO Setup Checklist or a one-time plan from our SEO Consultant service.
Site needs a redesign
Your Wix site needs a new layout or brand, not SEO alone. Our Wix Website Designer service handles the redesign with SEO settings built in.
Moving your store to Shopify
You plan to move your Wix store to Shopify. Our Wix to Shopify Migration service moves products, customers, and redirects before any SEO program starts.
One-time audit only
You only want a findings report to act on yourself. Our SEO Audit Services page covers one-off audits with a ranked list of fixes.

For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the Wix SEO work behind it: patterns, redirects, local pages, and monthly reports under your agency's name. Your designers keep launching Wix sites while we help those clients get found.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the site, collaborator access, and the client's goals, and we review it within a week.
You get one monthly price for the client, with room for your margin.
Changes and reports arrive each month for you to present to your client.

Wix SEO is the work of getting a Wix website found in search through its settings, structure, content, and links. It covers SEO titles and descriptions, patterns for each page type, structured data, redirects, and the pages you publish. Good SEO for Wix websites also means local signals, such as a Google Business Profile that matches your pages.
Yes, Wix is good for SEO for most small and local business sites. It gives you editable titles, descriptions, and URL slugs, SEO patterns by page type, a redirect manager, an editable robots.txt file, and automatic sitemaps. Sites usually underperform because those tools sit unused, not because Wix holds them back.
Our Wix SEO plans start at $800 per month. Wix Essentials covers patterns, structured data, redirects, and 1 page a month. Local Growth ($1,300) adds 3 pieces a month, area pages, and Business Profile updates. Bookings and Stores ($1,950) adds 5 pieces, item copy, and link outreach. Wix SEO cost elsewhere varies widely, so compare what each plan delivers.
First fixes usually go live in 2 to 3 weeks, and visits from search tend to build over 3 to 6 months. Pattern and redirect changes tend to register as soon as Google recrawls those pages. New service and area pages take longer, because each one has to earn its place against local competitors.
Yes, Wix has a full set of built-in SEO tools. The SEO Setup Checklist walks you through the basics, SEO Settings sets patterns for each page type, and every page has basic and advanced SEO panels. You also get a URL Redirect Manager, a robots.txt editor, and Search Console data inside the dashboard.
Yes, Wix sites are SEO friendly at the technical level. Pages are rendered on Wix's servers, so search engines get readable HTML, and sitemaps, mobile layouts, and SSL come built in. What Wix can't do is write your pages or choose your keywords, which is where most of the ranking work sits.
No, Wix isn't bad for SEO today, though its early reputation still follows it. The real limits are smaller: you can't change the hosting or server setup, and heavy designs with many strips and animations can slow phones down. For a large content site needing deep control, WordPress or a custom build fits better.
Usually, yes: Wix SEO is good enough to rank a local business when the pages and settings are done well. Google ranks pages, not website builders, so a clear page for each service and town beats a vague one. Most local wins come from page content, reviews, and a complete Business Profile.
Yes: start with Wix's free SEO Setup Checklist, which covers the basic settings at no cost. If you want expert eyes on it without a retainer, our SEO Consultant service gives you a one-time ranked plan. Our monthly Wix SEO optimization programs start at $800 per month when you want the work done for you.
Neither wins by default: both rank well when pages and settings are right. For SEO, Wix gives you the essentials with no plugins or hosting to maintain, which suits small business sites. WordPress gives more control over code, hosting, and plugins, which helps large content sites. Pick the one you'll keep updating.
