About this set

About the Crypto and web3 icons

Crypto ideas are abstract, and visitors leave when they can't picture them. These icons give each one a small moving scene. Two tokens swap sides across a pool. Three keys turn in a vault door, one after another. Nodes in a ring light up in turn and agree. The set covers wallets, staking, swaps, NFTs, bridges and smart contracts, so a features page can show how your product works at a glance.

Where they fit

Put Token swap on your exchange page, where two tokens swap sides across a pool. Use Hardware wallet in your security section, where a button is pressed and the screen shows a check. Show Staking on a rewards page, where a coin locks into the vault and a reward coin pops out. Each one explains a step in a second.

One look across the set

All 24 icons share a 400 by 320 canvas, one line weight and a single accent colour. That keeps a page about lending, one about governance and one about wallets looking like parts of the same product.

From the email to your page

  1. Open the email and download the ZIP. The svg folder holds the animated icons, and preview.html shows them all moving.
  2. For a looping icon, use the file as an image: an img tag with width 240 and height 192 keeps the 5:4 frame.
  3. For hover play, accent colour and dark mode, paste the SVG markup into your page instead of linking the file.
  4. Add data-play="hover" to the svg to play it only on hover, or data-cm-play="hover" on the card around it.
  5. Set --cm-accent to your brand colour, and add data-theme="dark" on dark backgrounds.

FAQ

Questions about the Crypto and web3 icons

  • Yes. You can use these Crypto and Web3 icons on websites, apps, products and client projects, and attribution is appreciated but not required. You can't sell or share them as icons, claim them as your own or use them in a logo. The license page has the full terms.

  • There are 24 icons in the set, and they arrive over 3 weeks, 8 a week, with the first batch sent when your email is confirmed. They cover wallets, token swaps and DAO voting. Every batch is ready to use on your site as soon as it arrives.

  • Enter your email on this page and confirm it. The first icons arrive right away, and more come each week until you have the whole set. Icons are sent per industry, and one address can follow one industry. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Yes. The SVG opens in Figma, Illustrator or any vector editor, so you can change shapes, sizes and colours. The motion is CSS inside the file, so a design tool shows the still pose. Keep the original for the moving version on the web. Each batch also comes with GIF and PNG versions.

  • No. Each icon is a small SVG with its motion in plain CSS, with no JavaScript and no fonts to load. Visitors who have reduced motion turned on see the still pose instead. Crypto visitors often check several sites in a row, so a light page keeps yours from feeling slow.
