About the project
DeveloperLook designed and built Dualcare, an insurance app where customers compare plans, buy policies, submit claims, and get support. An admin dashboard covers clients, policies, invoices, and analytics.
Dualcare is an insurance company that wanted to take its services digital: a mobile app for customers and a dashboard for internal operations. The app helps people browse policies, manage claims, and reach support. The dashboard gives administrators tools to handle customer data, monitor policies, and see insights in real time. The aim was a user-friendly, secure, and efficient system for customers and staff.
The home screen greets the user by name and offers immediate claim assistance and a quote. Services are grouped into health, life, travel, and property insurance, with active policies below. A Discover screen filters plans by type, coverage level, and price range. Each plan page lists its benefits, such as hospitalization, medicines, emergency treatment, and check-ups, with individual and family options.
Sign-up includes Face ID and a choice between personal and family use. Identity checks collect citizenship details and a photo of the ID, with clear rules for a usable picture. Payment works by Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal, and the app issues an e-policy with a barcode that customers can download. A referral screen lets them invite friends with a personal code.
The admin dashboard covers clients, invoices, insurances, and financial reports, with a Create Insurance button at the top and charts for key figures. The dashboard design runs to more than 20 pages.
Challenge and solution
The challenge
The platform handles sensitive personal and financial data, so security and trust came first. The app and the dashboard also had to stay in sync in real time, so customers and staff see the same, accurate information.
Our solution
For administrators, we developed a dashboard to manage policies, track claims, and access customer records and analytics. Strong encryption and secure authentication protect sensitive data across both.
What we built
The Discover screen filters insurance plans by type, from individual and family to student, maternity, and senior, then by coverage level and monthly price range.
Each plan page lists what it covers, such as hospitalization, medicines, emergency treatment, and medical check-ups, with individual and family options and a claim button.
Customers request immediate claim assistance from the home screen and follow each policy's status, with every active policy listed under policy management.
Sign-in uses Face ID, and identity checks collect citizenship details and an ID photo, with simple rules that help customers send a clear, valid picture the first time.
Customers pay for a policy by Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal, then see a payment confirmation with a direct link to the new policy's details.
Every policy comes as an e-policy with the holder's details, policy number, insurance type, and a barcode, ready to download and keep on the phone.
A referral screen gives each customer a personal code to copy and share, inviting friends to Dualcare with a reward for the people who join.
Administrators manage clients, invoices, insurances, and financial reports, create new insurance policies, and read key figures in charts across more than 20 dashboard pages.
