About the project

Realix Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built Realix, a real estate mobile app for first-time buyers and seasoned investors. Buyers search by location and request in-person or virtual tours, and sellers can list a home in the same app.

Realix is a real estate mobile app built to make home searching easier for modern buyers. It had to help people browse, evaluate, and connect with property listings. The design also had to feel professional and approachable to first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike.

Search starts from an address or the phone's current location, and results appear as price pins on a map. A home feed of listing cards adds quick contact with agents, and amenity filters, such as a pool, narrow the list. Property pages such as Primary Apartment list the bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, and a description. From an agent's profile, buyers request an in-person or virtual tour for a chosen date and time, and a confirmation screen shows the request was received.

Sellers have their own path: a Ready to sell your home prompt leads to a form for adding a property and scheduling visits. Favorites, recently viewed homes, past tours, and a message list keep each user's search in one place. A web dashboard gives the Realix team sales analytics, properties, agents, customers, and transactions.

Challenge and solution

What Realix Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Realix had to handle complex property data without overwhelming people on a phone screen.

Detailed search, location-based filters, and rich property visuals all competed for the same space. The design needed to stay clean and consistent, and to feel professional yet approachable.

Our solution

Card-based layouts put property photos and essential facts first, in a calm palette with clean type.

Users search by address or current location, scan price pins on a map, and filter by amenities like a pool. From an agent's profile, they request an in-person or virtual tour for a chosen date and time. Sellers can add their own property in the app, and a web dashboard tracks listings, agents, and transactions.

What we built

Features We Built for Realix

  • Location-first search

Buyers search by address or by their current location, and the results appear as price pins on a map, ready to compare at a glance.

  • Amenity filters

Amenity chips such as a pool narrow the listings to homes that have what a buyer needs, without opening every property page to check.

  • In-person or virtual tours

From an agent's profile, buyers choose an in-person or a virtual tour, pick a date and a time, and get a confirmation that the request arrived.

  • Seller listings

Owners answer the Ready to sell your home prompt, add their property through a form, and set visit times, all in the same app that buyers use.

  • Favorites and history

Favorites, recently viewed homes, and past tours keep each buyer's search in one place, so they can pick up where they left off.

  • Team dashboard

A web dashboard gives the Realix team sales analytics along with separate screens for managing properties, agents, customers, and transactions.

FAQ

Questions About the Realix Project

  • A real estate mobile app for buyers and sellers, plus a web dashboard for the Realix team. Buyers search by address or location, filter by amenities, and request in-person or virtual tours. Sellers add their own property and schedule visits. The dashboard covers sales, properties, agents, customers, and transactions.

  • Yes. On an agent's profile, buyers switch between an in-person and a virtual tour, choose a date and a time, and send the request. A confirmation screen shows that the request was received, and past tours stay in the app for later.

  • Yes. A Ready to sell your home prompt takes owners to a form where they add the property's details and then set times for visits. The new listing sits in the same app where buyers search for homes and request tours.

  • By address or by current location. Results show as price pins on a map and as listing cards in the home feed, and amenity chips such as a pool narrow the list. Each card opens a property page with the bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, and a description.

  • First-time buyers, seasoned investors, and homeowners who want to sell their property in the app. The design keeps complex property data easy to read on a phone. Card layouts, a calm color palette, and clean type make the app feel professional and approachable.

  • Yes. We build real estate apps where buyers search by location and book tours while sellers list their homes, with a web dashboard for the team behind them. The work starts from what your buyers and sellers need to do on a phone, and the app and dashboard follow from there.
