About the project

Seasons Heritage Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and developed the website for Seasons Heritage, a luxury hotel in Southwest Austin. The site presents its premium suites, gourmet dining, and guest services, with an availability bar, detailed suite pages, and a full booking and payment flow.

Seasons Heritage is a luxury hotel in the heart of Southwest Austin, offering premium suites, gourmet dining, and personalized guest services. The website was created to position the property as a leading luxury destination, blending calm comfort with attentive hospitality. It also had to turn first-time visitors into loyal guests.

The homepage opens on a hotel suite with a city view, the line Find Perfect Vacation With Seasons Heritage, and a booking bar for check-in, check-out, and guests. An introduction presents Southwest Austin's newest luxury hotel. Sections follow for international cuisine, a choice of suites, guest services such as airport pickup and private parking, and client testimonials. The footer closes with the hotel's contact details and a simple line: We Are Looking Forward To Your Visit.

A suites page compares options such as the Deluxe Oceanview, Premium, and Luxury Grande suites by size, beds, guests, and nightly rate. Each suite page adds a gallery, highlights, amenities, an availability calendar, customer reviews, and similar suites beside a booking panel. Guests then confirm and pay on one page. The design set also covers phone layouts, a hotel management dashboard, and the brand: a leaf logo, business cards, signage, posters, a billboard, and social posts.

Challenge and solution

What Seasons Heritage Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Seasons Heritage needed an online presence that matched the elegance and sophistication of a premium luxury hotel.

The experience also had to be smooth enough to turn first-time visitors into loyal guests. Both goals had to hold on every page, from the homepage to the payment step.

Our solution

We designed a hospitality website that reflects the brand's elegance while building trust and steering visitors toward a booking.

A booking bar sits on the hero, suites carry clear prices and amenities, and testimonials sit close to the calls to action. A deep green palette, serif headings, and warm interior photography keep the look refined from start to finish.

What we built

Features We Built for Seasons Heritage

  • Booking bar on the hero

The hero carries a booking bar for check-in, check-out, and guests, with adults and children counted separately. Visitors check availability on the very first screen of the site.

  • Suite comparison

Suite cards for the Deluxe Oceanview, Premium, Luxury Grande, and other suites show the size, bed type, guests, and nightly rate. A Discover More link opens each suite page.

  • Detailed suite pages

Each suite page combines a gallery, highlights such as free cancellation, amenities from Wi-Fi to a dedicated workspace, an availability calendar, customer reviews, and similar suites.

  • Booking panel and checkout

A booking panel totals the nights, discount, and taxes and fees. The Confirm And Pay page collects the payment option, card details, and billing address, then confirms the booking.

  • Dining and guest services

Sections present international cuisine and guest services: airport pickup, laundry, complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and private parking, each with an icon and a short note.

  • Testimonials and contact

A client testimonials carousel quotes guests with star ratings. The header keeps the phone number and an Enquire Now button in view, and the footer repeats the contact details.

  • Hotel management dashboard

Staff work from a dashboard with bookings, check-ins, revenue, and room availability, plus pages for reservations, guest profiles, rooms, messages, the calendar, expenses, and reviews.

  • The details a guest weighs before booking. A gallery opens the page, followed by the size, bed type, guest count, and a description. Highlights such as enhanced cleaning and free cancellation, a list of amenities, an availability calendar, customer reviews, and similar suites complete the page.

  • Through a restrained, consistent style. Deep green tones, serif headings, and warm interior photos run through every page, and the same leaf logo appears on business cards, signage, posters, and a billboard.
