The Problem
It shows up in the lead log. Parts sellers, wrong numbers, and missed calls all cost you money.
Your shop pays for a call from someone selling parts.
We start with the basics Google rewards: complete screening, the right job types, and calls that reach a person.
Then we review your leads every week, rate the junk, and send feedback so credits come back. You get repair calls you can book, not a monthly bill for strangers selling parts.
Screening done right the first time
Registration, insurance, and license documents gathered and matched to your profile before we submit them.
Calls that reach an advisor
Routing to your service desk with a backup line, so fewer calls ring out.
Junk leads rated weekly
Parts sellers and wrong numbers flagged through Google's feedback survey, with credits logged.
Our LSA Management Process
You approve the budget, bid, and jobs. Each week you see which leads we flagged, and each month what they cost and booked.
What's Included
Every month covers 6 parts: screening, your profile, budget and bid, call routing, weekly lead reviews, and reports tied to repair orders.
Compare Options
Running LSA yourself costs no fee, and a PPC agency knows search ads well. Here's where each fits a shop that wants booked repairs.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | DIY | PPC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screening papers | Gathered and checked | You chase them | Rarely handled |
| Service settings | Matched to your bays | Often left broad | Not their focus |
| Missed calls | Routed to a backup | Go to voicemail | Not tracked |
| Junk leads | Rated weekly with notes | When you remember | Rarely covered |
| Search ads | Plan 2 and up | Separate account | Their core service |
| Upcoming migration | Planned with exports | Learned as it happens | Handled in Google Ads |
| Management cost | From $750 a month | No fee, your time | Often a spend percentage |
| Account owner | You, from day one | Yours already | Sometimes the agency |

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Pay-per-lead ads reward shops that answer fast and flag junk precisely. These habits keep your budget on real repairs.
Overview
DeveloperLook manages Google Guaranteed auto repair ads, now Google Verified, for independent repair shops. We handle screening documents, job types, budgets, call routing, and weekly lead reviews with feedback on junk calls. Management starts at $750 per month plus the lead charges you pay Google, and most profiles go live in 2 to 5 weeks.
You haven't run LSA yet. The screening forms and insurance uploads keep getting pushed to next week.
Your budget pays for parts sellers, wrong numbers, and people asking if you buy cars. Nobody rates those leads.
Your advisors miss calls while they're with customers. Meanwhile your LSA spot keeps slipping down the page.
You had a mechanic Google Guaranteed badge. Now you want to know what Google Verified changes for your shop.
You run several shops, and each one needs its own auto repair LSA budget, repair list, and report.
You want organic rankings that keep working without lead charges. Our Auto Repair SEO Services page covers that monthly program.
Your Google profile is incomplete or unverified. Start with our one-time profile setup, because LSA requires a verified profile.
Your shop does collision work and wants ads plus reviews in one program. Our collision marketing service covers that.
Your budget can't cover $750 a month plus lead charges, or your bays are already full. Running LSA yourself is fine for now.

Add us as a manager on the client's LSA account and Google profile.
Screening, routing, and budgets get set up, and you approve them first.

PythonFAQ
Straight answers on cost, screening, lead credits, ranking, and the badge change.
Management starts at $750 per month for one shop, and you pay lead charges to Google separately. That covers screening help, profile setup, routing, and weekly lead reviews. LSA Plus Search Ads at $1,300 adds a search campaign, and multi-location management starts at $2,000 per month.
For Local Services Ads, auto repair shops usually go live in 2 to 5 weeks, and screening takes most of that time. Google checks business registration, insurance, and licenses where they apply. Having your documents ready on day one is the fastest way through screening.
Shops pass by uploading what Google's US list requires: business registration, general and professional liability insurance, garage keepers coverage, and state licenses where they apply. Background checks apply only to select businesses. The badge is now called Google Verified, but the screening works the same way.
There isn't one honest average, because lead prices change by city, job type, and competition. Auto repair pay per lead pricing charges you when a driver calls, messages, or books, while traditional Google Ads charges per click. So we compare cost per booked repair order for both.
You rate the lead and flag it in Google's feedback survey, and Google may credit it. Google also rechecks charged leads and credits low-quality ones automatically, usually within 30 days. Leads for job types or areas you don't serve no longer earn credits, so we keep those settings tight.
Answer fast and stay reachable, because Google names responsiveness as a ranking factor and says missed calls may hurt it. Your bid, rating, review count, photos, and completed checks count too. We add a backup phone line and turn on message leads where your category allows.
Google replaced its Guaranteed badge with Google Verified and ended the money-back guarantee. Reimbursement requests only covered services booked before December 7, 2025. Each Google Guaranteed mechanic shop that had passed screening got the new badge automatically, and drivers still see it as proof Google checked you.
Your LSA account becomes a Performance Max campaign with pay-per-lead goals inside Google Ads. Google started with home services in August 2026, and repair shops aren't in its first listed phases. Past leads move over, but old performance reports don't, so we export them before your move.
Often, yes, because they appear in different spots and charge differently. LSA covers ready-to-book searches near you, while search ads can target specific jobs like transmission rebuilds. We compare cost per booked repair order for both and shift budget toward whichever books more work.
Yes, the account is yours from day one, and Google bills lead charges to your payment method. Your badge, reviews, and lead history stay in your account. If you leave, we remove our access and send you a written summary of your settings and results.
