The Problem
LSA charges per lead, not per click. That feels safer until the profile, budget, and lead inbox run for months with nobody reviewing them.
01 · Unchecked inbox
The lead inbox waits until Friday, and junk leads pile up.
Poor leads get flagged through Google's feedback form every week.
02 · Slow callbacks
Leads that arrive mid-job go unanswered, which can hurt responsiveness.
New leads land in your field software with the source attached.
03 · Wrong jobs
Some leads ask for work you don't do.
Job types and service areas get tightened, with budgets set by trade.
04 · Lost reports
LSA is moving into Google Ads, and your old reports won't follow.
Reports get saved before migration, and every setting gets checked after the move.
It's Friday, and you finally open the LSA inbox. Some leads were wrong numbers. A few asked for work you don't do. A couple came in while your crew was on a roof, and nobody called back, which can count against your responsiveness. Nobody used the feedback form, so Google didn't hear which leads were junk. Now LSA is moving into Google Ads, and your old reports won't come along. Each problem is small. Together they make a lead bill that climbs while booked jobs stay flat.
We start with 90 days of your lead history: what booked, what was junk, and how fast your team answered. Then we tighten job types and service areas, set budgets by trade, and report every poor lead each week. Leads flow into your field software with their source attached. Your budget goes to jobs that book, not to leads nobody checked.
Screening handled for you
We gather the registration, license, and insurance details Google asks for and track every background check.
A verdict on every lead
Each week we review every lead and flag poor ones through Google's feedback form.
Ready for the Google Ads move
We save your LSA reports before migration and check every setting once the account moves.
Our LSA Management Process
You see the audit, approve the profile and budget, and get a monthly report on lead quality and booked jobs. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
We review 90 days of leads, charges, job types, and response times, or check eligibility if you're new to LSA. You get a short report on where money leaks and what to fix first.
What's Included
Screening, profile work, budgets, lead reviews, CRM sync, and reporting in one monthly plan. You keep the account in your name and pay Google directly for each charged lead.
Compare Options
Contractors compare Google local ads services mostly on price. Here's where each option holds up and where it breaks down.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Running it yourself | Search ads agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audit first | Free 90-day lead review | Rarely done | Keyword-focused |
| Screening follow-up | Tracked until approved | You chase every document | Often left to you |
| Poor lead reports | Every lead, every week | When you find time | Rarely in scope |
| Budgets by trade | Split by trade and area | One shared budget | Often handled well |
| Keyword search ads | Separate program if needed | Possible, with practice | Their core strength |
| Scheduler sync | Leads land automatically | Copied by hand | Rarely included |
| Monthly cost | From $750, plus lead charges | No fee, just your time | Fee plus ad spend |
| Account ownership | Stays in your name | Yours to manage | Sometimes agency-owned |
Projects We've Built
Construction, home interior, and booking builds from our portfolio. LSA work is ongoing ad management, so these show the web and booking side it connects to.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
We treat your lead budget as money that has to earn its keep. Every lead gets reviewed, every setting has a reason, and you can see both in your account.
We review each lead every week and mark the poor ones in Google's feedback form. Skip that step, and Google doesn't learn which leads were junk.
We ask what each job type is worth to you before we set a budget or cost target. A clogged drain and a sewer line replacement shouldn't cost the same per lead.
Google says missed calls can hurt your responsiveness. We alert your team when a lead call goes unanswered and show reply times in every report.
Your LSA performance reports won't carry over when Google moves the account. We export them first, so you keep the history behind every budget decision.
If LSA doesn't fit your trade or area, we'll tell you before we quote. Some trades book better from search ads or referrals, and we'll say which.
Your LSA profile, lead history, and reviews live in your own Google accounts. If you stop working with us, nothing moves or disappears.

Good fit
Owner-operators new to LSA
You see competitors with the Google Verified badge, and the sign-up asks for insurance papers, a D-U-N-S number, and background checks.
Contractors paying for junk leads
You turned on Google Local Service Ads last spring, and wrong numbers and jobs you don't offer now eat into every week's budget.
Shops on ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro
Your dispatcher retypes every LSA lead into the scheduler, so booked jobs never get matched to the ad that sent them.
Plumbing and HVAC companies sharing one account
Your plumbing and HVAC leads share one LSA campaign, and after Google's platform move they'll share one cost target unless you split them.
Agencies with home service clients
You run search campaigns for trade clients but don't want LSA screening follow-ups and lead reviews on your own team's plate.
Not a fit
Trade or city not covered
Your trade or city isn't open to LSA yet. Contractor Lead Generation Services, built on search ads and landing pages, is the better start.
Nobody answers calls
Nobody can answer calls for hours at a stretch. Missed calls can hurt LSA ranking, so start with 24/7 Contractor Answering & AI Dispatch Services.
Fewer than 5 reviews
You have fewer than 5 Google reviews. Google recommends 5 or more, so Contractor Reputation Management & Review Automation should come first.
Small monthly lead budget
Your lead budget is a few hundred dollars a month. Our fee would outweigh the leads, so run the profile yourself with Google's setup guide for now.

Pricing

$750/month
For shops that want LSA leads to land in their field software or CRM automatically.
$1,250/month
For companies running LSA across up to 3 locations or trades.
$1,950/month
For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We run the LSA work behind it: screening follow-ups, lead reviews, budget changes, and CRM sync, reported under your agency's name. Your trade clients see one team, and it's yours.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the client's LSA access and goals, and we audit it within a week.
You get a fixed monthly scope to mark up and present as your own.
We handle the weekly work and send white-label reports to you first.
Reports carry your logo, and we never contact your clients directly.
Each client gets a set plan, so your margin doesn't drift.
Senior developers build and maintain every client's lead sync.
Add trade clients in any month without hiring an LSA specialist.

Our management starts at $750 per month for one trade in one service area. Lead charges are separate: Google bills you directly for each valid lead, with no markup from us. Lead sync into ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro moves you to $1,250 per month, and up to 3 locations or trades costs $1,950 per month.
Most new profiles start receiving leads 2 to 6 weeks after sign-up, depending on how fast Google's checks clear. Business registration often takes longest: a D-U-N-S number can take up to 30 days in the US, Google notes. Existing accounts start weekly lead reviews in week one.
LSA charges per lead, while search ads charge per click. Each Google Local Services ad shows your Verified badge, rating, and hours, and it's keywordless: Google matches you by job type and area. Search ads need keywords and landing pages but work where LSA isn't open. Many contractors run both kinds of local ads. Google bills each separately.
Contractors now earn the Google Verified badge instead, because Google replaced Google Guaranteed in October 2025. Its money-back guarantee ended on December 7, 2025. Google Guarantee setup for contractors now means passing Google's screening. That covers business registration and owner checks, plus license, insurance, or background checks where your trade and region need them.
Google ranks LSA ads by your bid, the search context, and how likely the customer is to contact you. Context means the job type, the searcher's location, and the time. Likelihood covers responsiveness and profile quality: your rating, review count, response time, photos, and completed verification checks.
Slow replies weaken Google's responsiveness signal, and Google says missed calls may count against it. With 2 or more message leads in 90 days, your ad can also show an estimated reply time, from a few minutes to one day. We alert your team to unanswered lead calls and track reply times.
Google now reviews charged LSA leads automatically and credits poor ones, usually within 30 days. You can still report a bad lead through its feedback form, and Google may credit it. Out-of-area and wrong-job-type leads no longer qualify, so we prevent them with tight service areas and job types.
Yes, in two ways. The Google Ads API exposes LSA leads and their message history, so we push each lead into your field software or HubSpot. For bookings, Google's booking partners, including ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro, let US customers pick a time slot straight from the ad.
Your account moves into Google Ads. Local Services campaigns become Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals, starting with US home service categories in August 2026. Weekly budgets turn into daily averages, manual bidding ends, and trades sharing one campaign get one cost target unless you split them. We handle each change for you.
You do, because the account, profile, and reviews sit in your own Google accounts from day one. We work through manager access you can remove anytime. When Google moves the account into Google Ads, past lead history transfers, but performance reports don't, so we export those first.
