Teams we have built for:

The Problem
Reputation management for contractors starts with a simple gap. Happy customers rarely think to review you, while unhappy ones don't need a reminder.
Last month your crews finished dozens of jobs, and most customers were happy.
We start by connecting review requests to the moment a job closes in your field software.
Every customer gets a short text and email with your Google review link, plus one reminder. We draft replies to new reviews within one business day and alert you to complaints the same day, so you can fix the problem. Your review count grows from customers you already served, not from shortcuts that put your profile at risk.
Every customer gets asked
A review request goes out after every completed job, not just the ones that went well.
Replies within one day
We draft a reply to every new review within one business day for your approval.
Complaints reach you first
New low ratings trigger a same-day alert, so you can call the customer and make it right.
Our Review Program Process
You see where reviews come from today, approve every message, and get a monthly report on requests, reviews, and replies.
What's Included
Request automation, reply drafting, monitoring, alerts, and reporting in one monthly program. Every customer gets asked, and nothing filters out unhappy ones.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Your reviews are the first thing homeowners read about you. We treat them that way: all customers asked, every review answered, and nothing faked or filtered.
Overview
DeveloperLook runs reputation management for contractors that asks every customer for a Google review when the job closes. We automate requests from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan, draft replies within one business day, and alert you to complaints the same day. Programs start at $550 per month, and requests go live in 1 to 2 weeks.
You've finished plenty of good jobs, but your profile shows only a few reviews because nobody remembers to ask.
Your techs close jobs in the field software every day, and that moment should trigger the review request automatically.
Your projects run for months, so construction reputation management means asking at closeout, not after every site visit.
You run a moving company, and reputation management for moving companies means asking on delivery day, before the boxes are unpacked.
You handle marketing for home service brands and need review automation and reply drafting done under your agency's name.
You want honest bad reviews hidden, or reviews bought or traded for discounts. Google's policies and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews prohibit those tactics, and we don't use them.
You want full social media management for home services: daily posts, videos, and comment replies. This program covers reviews, so a social media agency fits better.
Your reviews are already strong, and you want more leads from them. Google Local Services Ads (LSA) Management puts your rating in front of ready buyers.
You finish only a few jobs a month. Our $550 per month program won't pay off yet, so Contractor Lead Generation Services is the better first step.

FAQ
Straight answers on review costs, request automation, map rankings, complaints, and platform rules.
Our managed program starts at $550 per month, and that includes request automation, monitoring, and reply drafting, not just software access. Technician tracking and complaint alerts bring it to $950 per month, and up to 3 locations is $1,450 per month. If you already pay for a review tool, we can often run it instead.
Review requests usually start sending 1 to 2 weeks after kickoff, once the field software trigger is tested. New reviews often arrive in the first days of sending, since customers get asked right after the job. A steady review count and a better rating trend usually take 2 to 3 months to build.
It asks every customer at the right moment, automatically. When a tech closes a job, your software sends a text and email with a direct link to your Google review form. One reminder follows a few days later, and replies, alerts, and reports run on top.
We connect the request to a completion event in your field software. Jobber's Job Closed trigger in Zapier, Housecall Pro's Job Finished trigger or job.completed webhook, and a ServiceTitan API app all work. The text goes out after a short delay you choose, so it arrives once the tech has left.
Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking, as part of what it calls prominence. Relevance and distance still count, so reviews won't outrank being far from the searcher. A steady stream of recent reviews also helps homeowners choose you once you appear.
You can't intercept a review, and trying would break Google's rule against discouraging negative reviews. What works is catching problems early: a same-day alert when a customer replies to the request with a complaint, a call from the owner, and a fix. Some customers update their review after a real fix, but that choice stays theirs.
Yes, all three. Jobber connects through its API or Zapier, Housecall Pro through Zapier on most plans or webhooks on MAX, and ServiceTitan through an API app your admin approves. Each request carries the tech's name, so reviews can be tracked by technician and shared in team meetings.
We pull your rating, review count, and recent reviews from Google and show them on your landing pages, refreshed automatically. Google's Places API returns up to 5 reviews per place, so we choose the display carefully and link to your full profile. Every review shown keeps its author and date.
No, we don't do any of those. Google bans incentives for reviews, and the FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule has banned fake and bought reviews since October 21, 2024. Yelp asks businesses not to request reviews at all. Every review we help you earn comes from a real customer.
You own them. Your Google Business Profile, review links, message templates, and customer lists stay in your accounts, and we work through access you control. If you end the program, requests can keep running from your job software with the templates and setup notes we leave you.
