I spent two years studying finance before admitting I had no idea why I chose finance. Then I found programming, and for the first time in my academic life, I actually didn't want to stop. I grew up in Bangladesh. The sensible path was a degree, a job, stability. Programming ticked none of those boxes, but it was the only thing that made me feel like I was actually thinking, so I followed it anyway. I dropped the finance track, taught myself to build, and landed my first paying client before I had any business doing so. That project taught me more than the previous two years combined. I kept going. Over the next few years I worked with founders across the US, UK, and Australia, building SaaS products, web apps, and custom internal tools. The work compounded. Clients referred clients. The reputation became the business. In 2020 I founded DeveloperLook. What started as a way to take on bigger projects grew into a full agency, 150+ shipped products, and clients who kept coming back. I also built Staffic.io, a workforce management SaaS, which changed how I think about client work entirely. I stopped thinking like a contractor and started thinking like a co-owner. The shift happened because of what I kept seeing in the work. As I started building MVPs and web apps with AI integration, the businesses using them operated noticeably faster. Some saw productivity gains of up to 70%. That changes how a company runs. It made me curious. So I rebuilt DeveloperLook's own operations with the right mix of automation, integrated tooling, and internal systems built around how we actually work. My productivity went to 2.5x. The question stopped being "can this work" and became "how far can this go." Most businesses don't have a technology problem. They have an operations problem that the right systems can solve. AI is part of that. So are internal tools, clean integrations, and workflows built to last. We find where the friction is and build what removes it. Sometimes that's AI. Sometimes a custom tool. Usually both. If your business is growing but your operations haven't kept up, that's the conversation I want to have.
