About the project

Comfea Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built a website and admin dashboard for Comfea, a real estate company focused on modern living and premium properties. The site helps first-time buyers and seasoned investors find homes with filterable listings and detailed property pages.

Comfea is a real estate company focused on modern living and premium properties. It asked for a sleek, intuitive website for first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike. The site also had to carry the agency's promise: helping clients discover their ideal living space with confidence.

The public site follows a buyer from a first look to a booked tour. The homepage opens on that promise with a preview of featured homes. Listings filter by category, location, price range, and whether a home is for sale or for rent. Each property page, such as Sakoora Hill, combines a photo gallery, the key details, a video, a map, the listing agent, and a form to schedule a tour. Pages for agents, the blog, common questions, and contact round out the site, with layouts for desktop, tablet, and phone.

Behind the site, an admin dashboard gives the Comfea team revenue figures, property management, a map of listings, agent profiles, customers, invoices, and a calendar. The gallery also shows the brand carried beyond the screen: office signage, business cards, a listing poster, and social media posts.

Challenge and solution

What Comfea Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Comfea wanted a site that felt luxurious but stayed easy for buyers at every level of technical comfort.

The brand had to stand out without losing clarity. Listings spanned many property types, so homes had to be easy to find and filter while each one kept its depth. Every listing also needed a tone buyers could trust.

Our solution

We built a clean layout around full-width photography, bold typography, and simple navigation.

The hero pairs Comfea's promise, "Discover Your Ideal Living Space Here," with an interactive preview of featured homes. Listings filter by category, location, and price, and property pages add photos, a video, a map, and a tour booking form. A separate dashboard gives the team one place to manage properties, agents, customers, and the calendar.

What we built

Features We Built for Comfea

  • Filtered listings

Buyers narrow the homes by category, location, and price range, and switch between homes for sale and for rent. Each result appears as a listing card that opens the full property page.

  • Detailed property pages

Pages such as Sakoora Hill combine a photo gallery, an about section, the property details, a video, and a map. Buyers see the whole home before they get in touch.

  • Tour scheduling form

A form on the property page lets a buyer request a tour of that home, right next to the details of the agent who lists it.

  • Agent pages

A top agents section and agent pages introduce the team behind the listings, and every property page names the agent a buyer will deal with.

  • Admin dashboard

The Comfea team tracks revenue and manages properties, a map of listings, agents, customers, invoices, and the calendar from one dashboard.

  • Blog, FAQ, and contact

Articles, answers to common questions, and a contact page give buyers who are still deciding more to read, on desktop, tablet, and phone.

FAQ

Questions About the Comfea Project

  • A real estate website and an admin dashboard. The website gives buyers filtered listings, property pages with a gallery, a video, a map, and a tour form, plus pages for agents, the blog, FAQs, and contact. The dashboard lets the Comfea team manage properties, agents, customers, invoices, and the calendar, and follow revenue.

  • They filter the listings. Buyers pick a category, a location, and a price range, and choose homes for sale or for rent. Each listing card opens a full property page with photos, the details, a video, and a map, so a buyer can compare homes before contacting an agent.

  • Yes. Property pages include a form to schedule a tour, placed next to the details of the agent who lists the home. The buyer sends the request from the same page where they looked through the photos, watched the video, and checked the map.

  • First-time buyers and seasoned investors. Comfea asked for a site that felt premium and still stayed easy for visitors at any level of technical comfort. The design pairs full-width photos and bold type with simple navigation and clear filters, on desktop and on phones.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designed layouts for desktop, tablet, and phone, covering the listings, property details, agent pages, blog, FAQs, and contact. A buyer can browse homes, read about an agent, and request a tour on whichever screen they have at hand.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designs and builds real estate websites with filtered listings, property pages, tour requests, and an admin dashboard like the one made for Comfea. We start from your listings, your agents, and the way your buyers search, then design the site and the tools your team needs to run it.
