About the project

DwellFinder Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built a real estate platform for DwellFinder (DWLFNDR) that connects homebuyers with high-end properties. The responsive site pairs advanced filters and agent profiles with an admin dashboard for sales, rentals, agents, and transactions.

DwellFinder, styled DWLFNDR, is a premium real estate platform that connects homebuyers with high-end properties. The client wanted a modern digital presence that reflected the elegance of its listings and built trust with buyers and sellers. The goal was a visually immersive website that put the listings first and kept the path to an inquiry short.

Buyers start from a search bar for location, property type, and price range, then browse listing cards and open full property pages. A page such as Archer House leads with the key facts and adds a location map, a 360 virtual tour, the listing agent, and similar homes. A how-it-works section explains the steps from finding a home to booking a viewing and closing the deal. Pages for agents, reviews, FAQs, articles, and account sign-up complete the site.

The admin side is a dashboard for revenue, properties, sales and rentals, customers, and transactions, with agent onboarding built in. Every page was laid out for desktop, tablet, and phone, from the home search to the agent profiles.

Challenge and solution

What DwellFinder Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

DwellFinder needed a site as refined as its high-end listings that still turned visits into inquiries.

Rich visuals could not slow the pages down. The content needed a clear structure on every screen, and the interface had to earn trust from buyers and sellers alike.

Our solution

We built a fully responsive site from clean UI components, with advanced filters for location, property type, and price range.

Property pages lead with the key facts, then add a location map, a 360 virtual tour, and the listing agent's profile. A how-it-works section walks buyers from finding a home to booking a viewing and closing the deal. Behind the site, a dashboard tracks rentals, sales, customers, and transactions, and handles agent onboarding.

What we built

Features We Built for DwellFinder

  • Property search bar

Buyers search by location, property type, and price range from the homepage, then narrow the results further with advanced filters on the listings page.

  • 360 virtual tours

Property pages such as Archer House include a 360 virtual tour, so buyers can look around a home before they ask for a viewing.

  • Facts first, then the map

Each property page opens with the key facts, then places the home on a location map and suggests similar homes to compare.

  • Agent profiles on listings

Every listing links to the profile of the agent who handles it, and the agents page introduces the team, so buyers know who they will talk to.

  • How it works

A how-it-works section takes buyers through the steps in order, from finding a home to booking a viewing and closing the deal.

  • Admin dashboard

The DwellFinder team uses the dashboard to follow revenue, properties, sales, rentals, customers, and transactions, and to onboard new agents.

FAQ

Questions About the DwellFinder Project

  • A responsive website for high-end listings, with an admin dashboard behind it. The site gives buyers a property search, advanced filters, property pages with a location map and a 360 virtual tour, and profiles of the listing agents. The dashboard tracks revenue, properties, sales, rentals, customers, and transactions, and handles agent onboarding.

  • From the search bar on the homepage. Buyers choose a location, a property type, and a price range, then refine the listings with advanced filters. Each listing card opens a property page with the key facts, a location map, a 360 virtual tour, and similar homes.

  • Through the listing agent's profile or the contact form. Property pages show the agent who handles the home, and a contact page lets buyers send a question from the site. The how-it-works section then explains what comes next, from booking a viewing to closing the deal.

  • Homebuyers looking for high-end properties, and the sellers and agents behind those listings. DwellFinder wanted a site that matched the elegance of its homes and earned trust from both sides. The design pairs large property photos with a clear structure and a short path to an inquiry.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designed every page for phones, tablets, and desktops. The mobile screens cover home search, listings, property details, agents, FAQs, and reviews. Buyers can search the full catalog, open any property page, read reviews, and reach an agent from a phone.

  • Yes. We design and build luxury and brokerage real estate websites with property search, virtual tours, agent profiles, and an admin dashboard. The work starts with your listings, your agents, and how your buyers search, and the platform and its dashboard are designed around them.
