About the project

HavenHues Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built a real estate website for HavenHues that helps homebuyers, investors, and agents find, explore, and secure properties. Buyers search by budget and bedrooms, then book a showing or start an offer from the listing.

HavenHues is a real estate platform built to simplify finding, exploring, and securing a home. It serves three groups at once: homebuyers, investors, and agents. The brief asked for a premium look with easy navigation and smart search, so the design had to feel elegant without slowing anyone down.

Search starts with what a buyer already knows: buy or rent, location, property type, bedrooms, and budget. City pages, such as the Los Angeles map search, show the listings next to a map. A property page such as Edenbrook Residences combines high-resolution photos, the key facts, and a payment calculator. From there the buyer can request an in-person or video showing, start an offer, or ask the agent a question.

Agents have profiles that buyers can browse, and the site adds sections for popular properties, the company's values, and client reviews. Behind it, a dashboard covers sales analytics, properties, agents, customers, and transactions.

Challenge and solution

What HavenHues Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

HavenHues wanted a high-end design that still made finding a home simple.

Buyers, investors, and agents each needed easy navigation, sharp visuals, and filters that narrow a long list fast. All of it had to stay quick, accessible, and trustworthy on every device.

Our solution

We built a search that starts with what buyers know: buy or rent, location, property type, bedrooms, and budget.

City pages pair listings with a map, and each property page shows high-resolution photos, key facts, and a payment calculator. From the same page, buyers request an in-person or video showing, start an offer, or message the agent. Behind it, a dashboard tracks properties, agents, customers, and transactions.

What we built

Features We Built for HavenHues

  • Search by what buyers know

Buyers start with buy or rent, location, property type, bedrooms, and budget, so the first results already match the home they have in mind.

  • City map search

City pages such as Los Angeles show the listings beside a map, so buyers see where each home sits while they scroll the list.

  • Payment calculator

Each property page includes a payment calculator next to the photos and key facts, so buyers can work out the numbers before they ask for a showing.

  • In-person or video showings

From the property page, buyers request a showing in person or by video, using the showing request form built into the listing.

  • Offers and agent questions

Buyers who are ready can start an offer from the same listing, and anyone with a question can message the agent through Ask Agent a Question.

  • Sales dashboard

A dashboard gives the HavenHues team sales analytics and a single place to manage properties, agents, customers, and every transaction.

FAQ

Questions About the HavenHues Project

  • A real estate website for buyers, investors, and agents, plus a dashboard for the HavenHues team. The site covers search by budget and bedrooms, city map pages, property pages with a payment calculator, showing requests, offers, and agent messages. The dashboard tracks sales, properties, agents, customers, and transactions.

  • Yes. Property pages include a showing request where the buyer chooses an in-person visit or a video showing. The same page lets them start an offer or ask the agent a question, so the next step happens on the page they are already reading.

  • It starts with five choices: buy or rent, location, property type, bedrooms, and budget. City pages then show the matching listings next to a map, and each listing opens a property page with photos, key facts, and a payment calculator.

  • Homebuyers, investors, and agents. Buyers and investors search, compare homes, and request showings. Agents have profiles that buyers can browse, and they answer the questions sent through Ask Agent a Question. The HavenHues team runs the business side from a dashboard for sales, properties, customers, and transactions.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook laid out the listings, property details, expert agents, values, and reviews for phones, and the search, map, and agent pages for tablets as well. Buyers can browse listings, read reviews, and open a full property page from a phone.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook builds real estate websites where buyers search by budget, request showings, start offers, and message agents, with a dashboard for the team behind them. We design around the steps your buyers take and the way your agents work, then build the site and the dashboard to match.
