About the project

EliteVillas Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and developed the EliteVillas website, a vacation rental booking site with destination search, map listings, suite pages, and checkout. A matching dashboard lets the team manage rooms, bookings, payments, and guest messages.

EliteVillas is a vacation rental brand offering villas, suites, and family houses to guests who want a calm, upscale stay. Its website was planned as more than a place to browse: a guided journey that mirrors the easy luxury of the rentals themselves. The brief asked for an elegant, serene look that still moves visitors toward a booking.

The homepage opens on a dark, atmospheric hero with a Find Your Dream Destination form for the destination, dates, and rooms. Quick filters for family houses, villas, and apartments sit below it. City Escapes for Every Traveller then features places such as Central Park, the Eiffel Tower, and Grand Central. Dining, events, guest services, and a photo gallery follow. A listings page pairs property cards with a map. Each suite page carries a photo gallery, highlights, amenities, and an availability calendar beside a booking panel with a full price breakdown. Guests finish on a dedicated confirm and pay page.

Behind the site, a dashboard gives the EliteVillas team revenue statistics, room pages, booking lists, forms to add rooms and bookings, payments, and guest messages. The design set also covers phone and tablet layouts, a contact page with a map, and the brand itself: logo, business cards, signage, a billboard, and social posts.

Challenge and solution

What EliteVillas Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

EliteVillas needed a site that reflected the serenity, elegance, and comfort of a luxury stay, not just a functional homepage.

The brand had to feel like understated, natural luxury, never flashy or overly formal. Every page also had to lead visitors toward a booking.

Our solution

We designed a rich, conversion-focused homepage with the destination search placed right in the hero.

A muted green palette, serif headlines, and large photography carry the calm, upscale tone across every page. Suite pages put the price breakdown and Book Now button beside the photos, and a dashboard keeps rooms, bookings, and payments in one place.

What we built

Features We Built for EliteVillas

  • Destination search in the hero

The hero's Find Your Dream Destination form takes the destination, start and end dates, and number of rooms. Quick filters for family houses, villas, and apartments sit right below it.

  • Listings with a map

The listings page shows property cards with a photo, location, and nightly price beside a map with pins. Guests compare stays by place and price, then open one with View Details.

  • Detailed suite pages

Pages such as Premium Suite combine a photo gallery, size, beds, and guests, highlights like free cancellation, amenities from Wi-Fi to a private locker, and an availability calendar.

  • Booking panel and checkout

A booking panel takes dates, rooms, adults, and children and shows the nights, discount, taxes and fees, and grand total. A Confirm and Pay page then collects the payment method and card details.

  • Experiences and guest services

Sections present city escapes, a global cuisine room, meetings and events, weddings, holidays, and honeymoons, plus guest services such as airport pickup, laundry, breakfast, and Wi-Fi.

  • Booking dashboard

The team follows revenue statistics, manages rooms with their photos and amenities, lists and adds bookings, tracks payments, and answers guest messages from one web dashboard.

  • Phone and tablet layouts

The design set includes phone and tablet versions of the homepage, rooms and suites, suite pages, dining, and contact. Guests can search and book on whatever screen they have at hand.

FAQ

Questions About the EliteVillas Project

  • A vacation rental booking website and a dashboard to run it. Guests search destinations, browse listings on a map, open suite pages, and book through a confirm and pay step. The EliteVillas team manages rooms, bookings, payments, and messages in the dashboard. DeveloperLook handled the web design and development for both parts.

  • They start with the destination search in the hero, then compare properties on the listings page and its map. A suite page shows photos, amenities, availability, and a booking panel for dates, rooms, adults, and children. The panel totals the nights, discount, and taxes and fees before the guest confirms and pays.

  • Everything a guest needs to decide. Each suite page has a photo gallery, the address, size, beds, and guest count, a description, and highlights such as enhanced cleaning and free cancellation. Amenities, an availability calendar, a virtual tour, customer reviews, and a location map sit around the booking panel.

  • Through a web dashboard. It opens on revenue statistics and recent bookings. Other pages cover rooms with their photos and amenities, a booking list, and forms to add a room or a booking. Payments and guest messages have their own pages, so the team's daily work stays in one place.

  • Yes. The design set includes phone and tablet layouts for the homepage, rooms and suites, suite pages, the dining section, and the contact page. Guests can run the destination search, open a suite, and reach the booking panel on a phone with the same steps as on a laptop.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designs and builds vacation rental websites like EliteVillas, with destination search, map listings, detailed suite pages, and a booking panel with a price breakdown. A dashboard for your team can sit behind them. We start from your properties, your guests, and how you take bookings today, then design the pages and tools around them.
