About the project

Heritage Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built a real estate website for Heritage with map-based property search, detailed agent profiles, and appointment booking. It serves homebuyers, investors, and agents, with a dashboard behind it for properties, agents, and customers.

Heritage is a real estate platform for homebuyers, investors, and agents. It set out to simplify finding, exploring, and securing a property, in a design that matched its premium listings and kept navigation easy on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Buyers search by price, location, and number of rooms, and every result appears on a map with its price pinned. Property pages such as Edenbrook Residences add high-resolution photos, a virtual tour, a video, and a calendar for booking a viewing. The site also puts agents next to the homes they sell. A filterable directory leads to agent profiles that list the areas served, languages, certifications, current listings, and client reviews.

Behind the site, a dashboard gives the Heritage team sales analytics and management screens for properties, agents, and customers in one place. The gallery also shows the brand offline: a billboard on an office building, a business card, and social media posts.

Challenge and solution

What Heritage Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Heritage wanted a premium platform where homebuyers, investors, and agents could all find what they came for.

The design had to look high-end without making filters or navigation harder to use. Pages also had to stay fast, accessible, and trustworthy on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Our solution

We built a search by price, location, and number of rooms, with results pinned on a map.

Property pages combine high-resolution photos, a virtual tour, a video, and a calendar for booking a viewing. A filterable agent directory leads to full profiles with areas served, languages, certifications, listings, and reviews. A dashboard gives the team property, agent, and customer management plus sales analytics.

What we built

Features We Built for Heritage

  • Map search with price pins

Buyers filter by price, location, and number of rooms. Every result sits on a map with its price pinned, so the list and the map stay in step.

  • Viewing calendar

Property pages carry a booking calendar, so a buyer picks a date and a time for a viewing without leaving the listing they are looking at.

  • Virtual tour and video

Next to the photos and key facts, property pages add a virtual tour and a video, so buyers can walk through a home before they book a viewing.

  • Filterable agent directory

A directory lists the Heritage agents with filters, and each card leads to a full profile with the listings that agent handles and their reviews.

  • Detailed agent profiles

Profiles show the areas an agent serves, the languages they speak, their certifications, their current listings, and reviews from past clients.

  • Sales and team dashboard

The dashboard combines sales analytics with property, agent, and customer management, so the Heritage team runs the business from one place.

FAQ

Questions About the Heritage Project

  • A premium real estate website with map search, viewing bookings, and detailed agent profiles, plus a dashboard for the Heritage team. Buyers search by price, location, and rooms, see each result on a map, and book a viewing from the property page. The dashboard handles properties, agents, customers, and sales analytics.

  • From the booking calendar on the property page. The buyer picks a date and a time right next to the photos, the virtual tour, and the video. The viewing request comes from the same page they used to decide on the home.

  • The areas the agent serves, the languages they speak, their certifications, their current listings, and reviews from past clients. Buyers reach the profiles from the filterable agent directory, so they can learn about an agent before they book a viewing.

  • Homebuyers, investors, and agents. Buyers and investors use the map search, the virtual tours, and the booking calendar, while agents present their listings, credentials, and reviews on their profiles. The Heritage team manages properties, agents, and customers from the dashboard behind the site.

  • Yes. The property search, listings, map, booking calendar, and agent pages all have phone layouts, and the map search, agent directory, property pages, and contact page have tablet layouts. Buyers can search and book a viewing on whichever device they use.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook builds real estate websites with map search, virtual tours, viewing calendars, and agent directories, along with a dashboard for the team. We look at how your agents work and how buyers find homes in your market, and the site and its dashboard are shaped around both.
