About the project

Exclusive Holiday Homes Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and developed the website for Exclusive Holiday Homes, a licensed short-term rental operator in Dubai. The site showcases its luxury villas and penthouses in Dubai and Bodrum with photo-first property pages, guest reviews, and booking forms.

Exclusive Holiday Homes is a licensed short-term rental operator based in Dubai. Its portfolio is made up of luxury properties, including villas and penthouses, for guests who expect a high standard from the first click. The goal was a website that shows the portfolio well and gives potential guests full information with easy browsing.

The homepage opens with two destinations, Dubai and Bodrum. A short introduction to the company follows, then guest reviews, a grid of featured homes, a contact form, and an awards strip with an Airbnb Superhost badge. Menus for Dubai and Bodrum lead straight to the homes in each place. Every property page starts with a photo grid and a Show all photos button. It then lists the guests, bedrooms, beds, baths, and location beside a map.

Below that come the description, amenities, guest reviews, a booking panel, and suggested listings, so a visitor can compare homes without leaving the page. A contact page pairs a map with the address, phone, and email. The site works on phones and tablets, and the design work extends to the brand: the logo, business cards, signage, a billboard, and social posts.

Challenge and solution

What Exclusive Holiday Homes Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Exclusive Holiday Homes had to present a varied range of high-end properties in a way that reflected their exclusivity.

Visitors needed to move through listings, read detailed descriptions, and view high-quality photos without effort. The site also had to feel trustworthy and match the company's reputation for excellence with discerning guests.

Our solution

We designed a clean, elegant layout that puts high-resolution photos and detailed property descriptions first.

Navigation lets visitors explore homes by location and type, starting with Dubai and Bodrum. Guest reviews, an awards strip, and clear booking and contact forms give prospective guests reasons to trust the company and an easy way to get in touch.

What we built

Features We Built for Exclusive Holiday Homes

  • Browse by destination

The homepage and main menu split the portfolio into Dubai and Bodrum. Each destination card leads to its homes, so guests start with the place they want to stay.

  • Photo-first property pages

Each villa or penthouse opens on a photo grid with a Show all photos button. The guest count, bedrooms, beds, baths, location, and a description of the home follow.

  • Maps and location details

Property pages embed a map beside the key facts. The contact page shows the company's location on a map of Dubai, together with its address, phone number, and email.

  • Guest reviews and awards

Review carousels on the homepage and property pages show star ratings and comments from past guests. An awards strip with an Airbnb Superhost badge adds proof from outside the site.

  • Booking and enquiry forms

A booking panel lists the dates, nights, guests, rate, a coupon field, taxes, and the total before Book Now. Contact forms collect a name, email, phone number, and message.

  • Featured homes and suggestions

A featured homes grid on the homepage and suggested listings on each property page keep guests moving between villas, with a photo, name, and location on every card.

  • Phone and tablet layouts

Every page, from the destination cards to property galleries and contact forms, has a phone and tablet layout. Guests can browse homes and send an enquiry on any screen.
