About the project

Refinery Resort Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and developed the Refinery Resort website, the digital gateway to an exclusive retreat set in nature. The site pairs a calm, visually rich homepage with an availability check, room pages, and resort services, built to drive bookings.

Refinery Resort is an exclusive retreat set in nature: a quiet, luxurious escape. Its website was designed to be the resort's digital gateway. It had to reflect the same elegance and calm through a visually rich, emotionally resonant homepage that turns visits into bookings.

The homepage opens on an aerial view of the resort with the line A haven of luxury and comfort that everyone deserves. An availability form for arrival, departure, and guests sits below it, beside an introduction titled The ultimate escape. A welcome note from the sales director comes next, then a Home away from home section with room tabs. Guest testimonials with a Tripadvisor badge and guest services follow, and the restaurant, spa center, and gym and fitness club each get their own panel.

Room pages, such as the Junior Suite, list the nightly rate, guests, size, and in-room amenities beside a photo slider and check-in and check-out details. The site also includes Rooms and Suites, Our Services, a Journal, and a Contact page, with an English, French, and Spanish switch in the header. Around the website, the design set covers a guest booking app, an admin dashboard, and brand pieces from signage to social posts.

Challenge and solution

What Refinery Resort Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

Refinery Resort wanted more than a functional homepage.

The site had to carry the serenity, elegance, and comfort guests feel at the resort itself. The brand also called for understated, natural luxury, so the design could not turn flashy or stiffly formal.

Our solution

We combined strategy, design, and technical work around one goal: a luxurious yet approachable experience that drives bookings.

Aerial photography of the resort sets the tone, and an availability check sits right below the hero. Deep green tones, generous white space, and short navigation keep every page calm, with Book Now always in reach.

What we built

Features We Built for Refinery Resort

  • Availability check up front

An availability form with arrival and departure dates and a guest count sits right under the hero. Visitors check their dates before they scroll any further down the page.

  • Room and suite pages

Pages such as Junior Suite show the nightly rate, guests, size, and express check-out. A photo slider, in-room amenities like a minibar and bathtub, and check-in details follow.

  • Dining, spa, and fitness

Our Services presents the restaurant, spa center, fitness center, and barber shop. Guest services such as airport pickup, a luggage store, and daily sanitation appear on the homepage.

  • Testimonials and Tripadvisor

A What people say section quotes guests next to a Tripadvisor badge. A welcome note from the director of sales and marketing gives the resort a personal voice.

  • Three-language header

The header offers English, French, and Spanish. It keeps a Book Now button in view on every page, next to short links for rooms, services, the journal, and contact.

  • Journal and contact page

A Journal shares travel guides, such as finding the best hotels in your area, with recent posts beside each article. The contact page pairs the address with a Drop us a line form.

  • Booking app and dashboard

A matching phone app lets guests search hotels, view details and reviews, and pay by card. An admin dashboard gives the team pages for properties, listings, and billing.

FAQ

Questions About the Refinery Resort Project

  • A resort website designed as the digital gateway to the retreat. It includes a homepage built for bookings, room and suite pages, services, a journal, and a contact page, plus a matching guest booking app and an admin dashboard. DeveloperLook handled the web design and development, guided by the goal of a luxurious yet approachable experience.

  • Right under the hero. The availability form takes the arrival date, departure date, and number of guests, then Check Availability. Guests who want to look first can open a room page and compare rates, size, and amenities. The Book Now button stays in the header on every page.

  • The essentials a guest compares. The Junior Suite page, for example, shows the nightly rate, the number of adults and children, the size in square feet, and express check-out. A photo slider follows, with in-room amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a bathtub, and the check-in and check-out details.

  • Through restraint. Aerial photos of the resort, deep green tones, light headlines, and generous white space do the work instead of loud effects. Navigation stays short, sections have room to breathe, and calls to action such as Book Now and Check Availability are clear without crowding the calm look.

  • Yes. The design includes tablet layouts for the homepage, rooms and suites, the journal, services, and contact, plus a phone app for guests. On a phone, guests can search hotels, view a gallery and reviews, review the booking, and pay by card in a few steps.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designs and builds resort and vacation rental websites like Refinery Resort, with an availability check, room pages, services, testimonials, and a booking flow. We start from your property, your guests, and how you take bookings today, then design pages that carry your brand and lead to a reservation.
