About the project

VENTR Project Overview

DeveloperLook designed and built a real estate website for VENTR that helps modern homebuyers find a residence that suits their lifestyle. Buyers filter listings by location, type, and price, then send an inquiry from any property page.

VENTR is a property search platform for modern homebuyers who want a residence that fits the way they live. The brief focused on clarity, performance, and style: intuitive navigation, high-quality visuals, and smart features that help buyers find a home that matches their lifestyle.

The homepage leads with that promise, Select Best Residence That Aligns With Your Lifestyle, above a search for location, property type, and budget. Listings filter by location, type, category, and price range. A property page such as Starlit Cove pairs the photo gallery with an inquiry form, then lists the full specifications, the agent's details, and similar properties.

Pages for agents, a benefits section, FAQs, login, and contact complete the site, laid out for desktop, tablet, and phone. The contact form works just as well on a phone, for buyers whose questions are not about one listing. Behind it, a dashboard shows revenue and handles listings, rent applications, agents, messages, and new properties.

Challenge and solution

What VENTR Needed and How We Built It

The challenge

VENTR needed a site that balanced clarity, performance, and style for modern homebuyers.

Discerning buyers expect elegant visuals, but pages still had to load fast and read clearly. The interface also had to feel trustworthy on any phone.

Our solution

We built a responsive site whose hero search starts with location, property type, and budget.

Listings filter by location, type, category, and price range. Each property page pairs the photo gallery with an inquiry form, then lists full specifications and the agent's details. Behind the site, a dashboard handles listings, rent applications, agents, and messages.

What we built

Features We Built for VENTR

  • Lifestyle-led hero search

The homepage search starts with location, property type, and budget, under a headline that asks buyers to pick a residence that fits their lifestyle.

  • Listing filters

Listings filter by location, property type, category, and price range, so buyers can cut a long catalog down to the homes worth a closer look.

  • Inquiry form beside the gallery

Each property page puts an inquiry form next to the photo gallery, so a buyer can ask about a home the moment it catches their eye.

  • Full specifications

Below the gallery, property pages list the home's full specifications and the agent's details, then suggest similar properties to compare.

  • Benefits, agents, and FAQs

Pages for agents, a benefits section, and FAQs answer the questions buyers ask before they inquire, on desktop, tablet, and phone.

  • Listings dashboard

The VENTR team tracks revenue, adds new properties, and manages listings, rent applications, agents, and messages from a single dashboard behind the site.

FAQ

Questions About the VENTR Project

  • A property search website for modern homebuyers, with a dashboard for the VENTR team. Buyers search by location, type, and budget, filter the listings, and send an inquiry from any property page. The team tracks revenue and manages listings, rent applications, agents, and messages from the dashboard.

  • Through the inquiry form on each property page. The form sits next to the photo gallery, above the full specifications and the agent's details. Buyers can ask a question as soon as a home interests them. A contact page covers general questions.

  • Buyers start with location, property type, and budget in the homepage search, then refine the listings by location, type, category, and price range. Every listing leads to a property page with the gallery, specifications, and similar properties to compare. On phones, the same filters sit above the listings.

  • Modern homebuyers who want a residence that suits their lifestyle. VENTR asked for elegant visuals without slow or confusing pages. The design keeps a clear structure, calm typography, and a trustworthy look on every screen size, from a phone to a desktop.

  • Yes. DeveloperLook designed mobile screens for agents, login, listings with filters, the inquiry form, benefits, and FAQs, plus tablet layouts for the main pages. Buyers can filter homes, read the specifications, and send an inquiry from their phone, without switching to a desktop.

  • Yes. We build real estate websites with guided search, listing filters, inquiry forms, and a dashboard for listings and messages, much like VENTR. We begin with your buyers and the details they compare, and shape the search and the property pages around them.
