The Problem
Google grades real visits. Its report groups your pages and marks three metrics pass or fail, but it never says what in your code caused a failure.
01 · Failing groups
Search Console says a group of your URLs just failed.
Real-user numbers show which metric fails on which group of pages.
02 · Slow images
Product pages are marked Poor for LCP on mobile.
The image that paints last gets traced and fixed at its source.
03 · Desktop comfort
A decent desktop score made your developer call it fine.
Fixes follow Google's 28-day validation until your page groups pass.
04 · Unknown cause
Nobody knows if it's the hero image, a widget, or the server.
Each failing metric gets pinned to one element, script, or server delay.
An email from Search Console says a group of your URLs just failed. You open the report and find your product pages marked Poor for LCP on mobile, plus a layout shift warning on blog posts. Your developer ran PageSpeed Insights, saw a decent desktop score, and called it fine. Meanwhile your ads team asks why landing pages feel sluggish. Nobody can say if it's the hero image, a chat widget, or the server.
We start with the real-user numbers Google's report uses and find which metric fails on which group of your pages. Then we trace each one to its cause: the image that paints last, the script that blocks a tap, the banner that shoves content down. We fix those causes, not your score, and follow the 28-day validation until your groups pass.
Real visits come first
Your real-visitor numbers decide what we fix, and lab tests help us find the cause.
Every metric traced to code
Each failing metric is pinned to one element, script, or server delay before we change anything.
Any platform, same method
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or your own framework: you keep the stack you already run.
Our LCP, INP, and CLS Fix Process
You see which metric fails where and why. You approve each fix before it ships, and we follow Google's validation until your groups pass.
We read your Search Console report and PageSpeed Insights to see which metric fails, on which page groups, and on which device. You get a short summary and a fixed quote.
What's Included
Every project covers the same core. You get diagnosis from real visits, fixes for all three metrics on your pages in scope, and the 28-day validation tracked.

Projects We've Built
Websites and web apps we've built for clients, on the kinds of stacks we open up and fix when pages load slowly.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we've helped with speed, checkout, and catalog work.
We were getting plenty of traffic, but far too many people were leaving at checkout. The buying process had simply become too complicated. The team took the time to understand where customers were dropping off, then rebuilt the checkout flow and cleaned up the shopping experience. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t just make the store look better, they actually solved the problems that were costing us sales. The whole store feels faster, simpler, and much easier to buy from now. Exactly what we needed.
We had a different kind of problem. People were visiting the store, adding products to their carts, and then disappearing before they finished the order. We had tried a few apps and made changes here and there, but nothing really seemed to solve the bigger issue. The team went through the shopping experience with us and pointed out things we hadn't really noticed ourselves. They cleaned up the cart and checkout flow, made the mobile experience much smoother, and helped us make the store feel easier to shop. I’m not going to pretend we fixed everything overnight, but it finally feels like the store is helping the sale instead of getting in the way of it.
Our old store was making it way too difficult for people to find products. We had a large catalogue, but the search, filters, and mobile navigation were frustrating customers. The team completely changed how the store handled product discovery and made the experience much easier to use on mobile. I was especially impressed by how much thought went into the customer journey rather than just the visual design. They understood what we were trying to achieve and turned it into a store that actually feels built for our customers. We’re genuinely proud of the result.

Work Culture
Chasing a green lab score is easy. Moving real-visitor data takes patience and root causes. These habits keep the fixes honest and the results lasting.
We start from what your real visitors experienced, because that's what Google's report grades. A lab score helps us find causes, not declare victory.
Each failing metric is traced to a specific element or script before we write a fix. Guesswork patches move the score and miss the cause.
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or your own framework: the fixes happen where your site already lives. Nobody asks you to switch platforms to pass.
Google needs 28 days of real visits to confirm a fix, so we follow the validation to the end. Your project closes when groups pass, not when we deploy.
Some delays come from third-party tools you choose to keep, like chat or ad tags. We show you what each one costs and let you decide.
Every fix sits in your own codebase, with notes on what it does and why. Nothing depends on a plugin subscription to keep working.

Good fit
Sites with page groups marked Poor
Your Search Console report shows page groups marked Poor or Needs improvement, and every fix you've tried has left them stuck.
Teams whose speed plugin didn't help
You installed a caching plugin, the lab score jumped, and yet the real-visitor numbers in Google's report barely moved.
WordPress, Webflow, and custom sites
Your site runs on WordPress, Webflow, or your own framework, and you need someone who fixes the metrics on that exact stack.
Marketing teams under SEO pressure
Your SEO consultant flagged slow loading on key landing pages, and you need a developer who changes code, not another report.
Agencies with a failing client site
Your client's audit flagged slow taps and layout shift, and you need a white-label developer to fix them under your brand.
Not a fit
Whole site feels slow
Your whole site feels slow, including hosting and caching, and passing Google's metrics is only part of it. Website Speed Optimization covers that wider job.
Shopify apps suspected
You run a Shopify store and suspect apps are the main problem. Shopify Speed Optimization maps every app and removes code left by old ones.
Too little traffic data
Your site has too few visitors for Google to report field data, so there's no failing group to fix yet. A quick lab review costs less.
One hero image
You need a change under $550, like resizing one hero image. Your platform's image settings or your current developer can handle that.

Fixing one failing page template starts at $550, covering all three metrics on that template plus validation tracking. Sites with up to 5 failing templates cost $1,250, and JavaScript-heavy or headless sites with up to 10 cost $2,200. The quote is fixed once we review your data.
The code fixes usually take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on how many templates fail. Then Google needs time: its validation watches real visits for 28 days, and PageSpeed Insights reports the previous 28 days. Plan on about 5 to 7 weeks from kickoff to a passing report.
Fix the cause behind the failing metric, not the score. For LCP, load the main image first and cut render-blocking CSS and slow server responses. For INP, split long JavaScript tasks and delay third-party scripts. For CLS, reserve space for images, embeds, and banners, and match fallback fonts to your web font.
Our audit checks which metric fails, on which page group, and on which device, using Google's real-user data first. Then lab tests show the cause on your pages: the element that paints last, the task that blocks a tap, or the block that moves. You get a ranked fix list.
Use two free Google tools: PageSpeed Insights and Search Console. PageSpeed Insights runs a lab test and shows 28 days of field data for one page. Search Console groups real-user results across your whole site. For ongoing tracking, the open-source web-vitals library can send each visit's numbers to GA4.
A good Largest Contentful Paint is 2.5 seconds or less for at least 75% of visits. Google rates 2.5 to 4 seconds as needs improvement and anything slower as poor. On most sites the LCP element is the hero image or headline, so we load it first and remove whatever delays it.
You improve INP by shortening the JavaScript work that runs when a visitor taps, clicks, or types. Interaction to Next Paint measures the delay before the page visibly responds. Google rates 200 milliseconds or less as good. We split long tasks, trim heavy event handlers, and load chat and tracking scripts later.
On Shopify, layout shift usually comes from app widgets and announcement bars that load late and push content down. Images without set dimensions and web fonts that swap late add to it. We reserve space for each element in the theme code. Google counts a score of 0.1 or less as good.
Anything that slips inside the 30-day support window gets fixed free on the templates we touched. Regressions usually come from a new script, like a chat tool or an ad tag. Your handover notes list what each template can carry. Google's report will also show you when a group slides back.
We do: the three metrics fail for similar reasons on every platform, but your fixes differ. On WordPress that often means plugin and theme changes, on Webflow asset and embed choices, and on custom builds your own code. If your platform itself is the limit, we'll tell you before quoting.
