The Problem
It happens right after the click. A patient reads your sciatica page, taps Book Now, and lands on a list of every practitioner and treatment.
The book button opens a generic list of practitioners.
The booking page looks nothing like your website.
Ads report clicks but not booked appointments.
Patients on Google Maps can't book directly.
A patient reads your sciatica page and decides to book. The button opens Jane's main booking page, where she must pick a location, a discipline, a practitioner, and a treatment she doesn't recognize. She closes the tab without booking. Meanwhile, your Google Ads report shows clicks but no bookings, because nothing connects Jane's confirmations to the campaign that paid for them.
Each page links to the exact practitioner or treatment in Jane.
Jane's logo, color, and background settings are matched to your site.
Jane's tracking integration reports each booking to your analytics and ads.
Reserve with Google adds a booking button to your Business Profile.
We start with your site's pages and your Jane setup side by side. Each service and practitioner page gets a link that opens the exact treatment or person in Jane. Jane's branding settings are matched to your site, so the handoff feels like one clinic. Then Jane's own tracking integration reports bookings to your analytics and ad accounts, with patient details removed.
Links to the right booking
Every service and practitioner page opens the matching treatment or person in Jane.
One clinic, start to finish
Your logo, colors, and background carry over, so the Jane handoff feels like one clinic.
Bookings counted as conversions
Jane's own tracking sends bookings to your analytics and ad accounts without patient details.
Our Jane Integration Process
You see every link before it goes live. Then you book test appointments yourself and watch them arrive in Jane and in your reports.
What's Included
Everything between your website and Jane: direct booking links, a branded handoff, tracking, campaign pages, and map bookings, all tested before launch.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built booking and wellness products for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Jane already runs your schedule. These habits make sure your website sends patients into it cleanly and reports every booking back.
Overview
DeveloperLook sets up Jane App integrations for clinics that book through Jane. We map every service and practitioner page to the right Jane booking link, match Jane's branding to your site, and connect Jane's tracking to GA4 and Google Ads. Setups start at $500, take 1 to 6 weeks, and use only paths Jane supports.
Your physio clinic books everything in Jane, but the website's single Book Now button drops patients onto a generic practitioner list.
You run chiropractic and massage under one roof, and each service page should open the matching treatment in Jane.
You spend on Google Ads every month and still can't see which campaigns end in a booked appointment.
Your site runs on Squarespace, and you want a Jane App Squarespace integration that looks native instead of pasted in.
You build allied health sites and need Jane App integrations handled by someone who knows Jane's links, tracking, and limits.
You want a basic site that updates itself from your Jane account. Jane's own website builder may cover that for a monthly fee.
You need a complete new clinic website, not only the Jane connection. Our Physical Therapy Website Design page covers full builds.
You want patient records synced between Jane and another system. Jane offers clinics no open API, so that needs an approved Jane partner.
Your practice books through an EHR such as athenahealth or ModMed. Our Patient Scheduling Software Integration page covers those tools.

For Agencies
You own the clinic relationship and the website. We handle the Jane side under your brand: link mapping, a branded handoff, tracking, and campaign pages, all tested before your client sees them.
Send the clinic's site, Jane plan, locations, and ad accounts.
You get a fixed quote, a link map, and a tracking plan.
We connect, test bookings, and hand over reports under your agency's name.
The Right Technology for Your Project
Jane stays your system of record. These tools connect your website to it and measure every booking that follows.
SquarespaceFAQ
Straight answers on cost, booking links, branding, tracking, and what Jane allows.
Our Jane setup starts at $500 for up to 20 booking links placed across your existing site, with branding and click tracking. The Tracked Booking Funnel costs $1,400 and adds conversion tracking, 3 campaign pages, and Reserve with Google. Multi-location rollouts start at $2,950, as a fixed price.
Most setups finish in 1 to 6 weeks. Link mapping and buttons take 1 to 2 weeks, tracked funnels 2 to 3, and multi-location rollouts 4 to 6. Google can take 24 to 48 hours to show the first conversions from Jane, so we test well before launch day.
You add Jane's Book Online buttons or links, not an embedded frame. Jane generates embed codes for your clinic, each practitioner, and each location, and its terms don't allow framing its pages on another site. On Squarespace or Wix, the plain link goes into a native button block.
Yes, through direct links and Jane's Google Tag Manager integration. Landing pages link to the exact treatment being promoted, and Jane sends bookings, package sales, and gift card purchases to GA4 and Google Ads. The integration comes with Jane's Thrive and Legacy plans and needs an Account Owner to connect it.
They carry the brand on their own website and match Jane's settings to it. Jane lets you set a logo, primary and accent colors, a booking page background, and an email header, and your logo links back to your site. The rest follows Jane's standard layout, so your pages lead into it.
Connect Jane's Google Ads tracker and GA4 through its Google Tag Manager integration. Jane strips patient details before sending data, and it links one Google Ads conversion action at a time, configured for server-side setup. GA4 also receives purchases staff enter at the front desk, so reports separate online bookings.
It runs on Jane's own embed codes and links, since Jane lists no WordPress plugin among its integrations. We place the code in a Custom HTML block or your theme's button on each service and practitioner page. Clicks go to GA4 through Tag Manager, so you can compare page visits with bookings.
Only through the integrations Jane itself supports. Jane has no open API or API keys for clinics, and its Developer Platform is limited to approved technology partners. We can set up what Jane already offers, such as Mailchimp and Reserve with Google, but we won't scrape or script around Jane.
Maybe, if you want a simple site that updates itself. Jane Websites, formerly Clinic Sites, builds pages from your Jane account and syncs daily for a monthly fee. A custom site makes sense when you need your own design, campaign pages, or a domain you already rank with. We'll tell you which fits.
Support runs 30 days on Booking Handoff Setup, 60 on the Tracked Booking Funnel, and 90 on multi-location rollouts. We fix broken links when practitioners or treatments change and recheck tracking after Jane updates. Every link and tracker sits in your accounts, so your team can edit them later.
