The Problem
Most Magento trouble starts quietly: a skipped patch, a cron job that stopped, an extension nobody updated. You notice only when orders or rankings drop.
01 · Patches
Adobe's security patches sit unapplied for months.
Each patch goes onto a staging copy, gets test orders, then goes live.
02 · Updates
A dozen extension updates wait because nobody dares click them.
Extensions are updated in batches on staging and checked against your other modules.
03 · Cron jobs
Cron jobs fail for days before a customer reports missing emails.
Monitoring watches cron, queues, and error logs and alerts us when they stop.
04 · Blame
Your host and extension vendors each point at someone else.
One developer owns the whole store and traces the fault wherever it sits.
Your developer left last spring, and the store kept selling, so nobody replaced them. Since then, Adobe has shipped security patches you haven't applied. The admin shows a dozen extension updates, and you're afraid to click any of them. Last Tuesday the order confirmation emails stopped, and you found out from a customer. The cron jobs had been failing for days. Your host says the server is fine, and the extension vendors each blame someone else.
We start with a health check: your version, patch level, extensions, cron jobs, and error logs. Then we keep a staging copy in sync with your store, apply patches and updates there first, and place test orders before anything reaches live. Monitoring alerts us when checkout, cron, or uptime fails. You get a monthly report and a developer who already knows your code, not a ticket queue.
Patches on Adobe's calendar
We track Adobe's security releases and apply each one to your store after a staging test.
Monitoring that catches failures
Uptime, checkout, cron, and error logs are watched around the clock, so problems surface early.
A developer who knows you
The same developer handles your store each month and keeps notes on every change made.
Our Magento Support and Maintenance Process
You see the risks on day one, approve a plan, and then get the same monthly cycle: updates on staging, test orders, release, and a report.
We review your Magento version, patch level, extension list, cron jobs, and error logs. You get a short list of what's urgent, what can wait, and which support plan fits your store.
What's Included
Every plan covers the routine work that keeps a Magento store safe and selling, plus developer hours for the fixes and small changes your team needs.
Compare Options
A freelancer can patch a small store cheaply, and good hosting support keeps the server healthy. Magento support and maintenance services cover your code, extensions, and server issues together.

Projects We've Built
A few of the furniture, fashion, and hardware stores our team has launched. Platforms vary, and every one of them needs patches, updates, and fixes after launch.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built online stores and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Magento website support is mostly routine done on time. These are the habits that keep your store patched, your extensions current, and your team informed.
Patches and updates run on a staging copy with test orders before your live store sees them. Your checkout keeps working while we test.
We follow Adobe's security release calendar and book your patch window in advance. You know when changes happen and what they include.
One developer learns your store and a second one backs them up. You don't have to explain your setup to a stranger during an outage.
Each fix and update is logged with what changed and why. The next developer, ours or yours, starts with a full history.
If your store needs an upgrade or a move off Magento, we'll say so instead of patching forever. Support hours shouldn't hide a bigger problem.
Hosting, Adobe, extension, and Git accounts stay in your company's name. You can switch teams at any time without asking us for access.

Good fit
Stores without an in-house developer
Your store sells every day, but nobody on staff can apply a patch, read an error log, or fix a broken extension.
Stores whose developer just left
Your Magento developer moved on, the handover was one email, and you need someone to learn the store before something breaks.
Adobe Commerce licensees
Your Adobe Commerce license covers platform support from Adobe, but your custom modules and extensions still need a team that fixes code.
Stores heading into peak season
Your busiest weeks are coming, and you want Magento website support in place before traffic doubles, not after checkout fails.
Agencies needing Magento support
Your agency launches Magento stores but doesn't want to run support. You need a Magento support agency that works under your name.
Not a fit
Upgrading to a new release
You need to move from 2.4.6 or older, or off Magento 1. Our Magento 2 Upgrade and Migration Services team scopes that as a project.
New features or a rebuild
You need several new modules or a new theme built. Our Magento Development Services team quotes that as fixed-price project work.
Leaving Magento
You've already decided to move to Shopify. Our Magento to Shopify Migration team handles the move, so support hours aren't spent on a platform you're leaving.
Budget under $450 a month
Your budget is under $450 a month. Your host's managed Magento plan and each extension vendor's support may cover the basics for now.

Magento support plans with DeveloperLook start at $450 per month for patches, extension updates, monitoring, and 3 developer hours. Active Support costs $750 per month with 8 hours and faster replies. Managed Support costs $1,150 per month with 16 hours and out-of-hours response. Your exact plan is fixed after a free health check.
Most stores are fully onboarded in about 1 week. The free health check takes 2 to 3 days, then we set up access, a staging copy, and monitoring. If your store is down or hacked right now, we start with an emergency fix and finish onboarding afterward.
Adobe offers support only to Adobe Commerce license holders, and only for the platform itself. Paying Adobe Commerce customers get Adobe's technical support, while Magento Open Source relies on community forums and documentation. Neither covers your extensions, custom modules, theme, or hosting. That gap is what Magento support services from a developer team fill.
Every plan includes security patches tested on staging, monthly extension updates, uptime and error monitoring, backup checks, and a set number of developer hours. Higher plans add checkout monitoring, faster replies, monthly reports, and out-of-hours response. Unused hours don't roll over, so we size your plan to the fixes you really need.
A Magento maintenance service is the scheduled routine: patches, extension updates, backups, and monitoring. Support is the reactive part, such as fixing a bug or answering your team's questions. Our plans combine both, because a store that skips maintenance generates far more support requests later.
We apply every patch to a staging copy of your store first. Then we place test orders for each payment and shipping method, check cron jobs and indexers, and review the error log. The patch reaches your live store only after those checks pass, in a release window you approve.
Patch releases within your current 2.4 line are part of the Managed Support plan. A move to a new release line, such as 2.4.6 to 2.4.8, changes PHP and search versions and needs a regression pass. We scope that as a separate upgrade project, so your monthly hours stay for fixes.
Yes. We work in your Adobe Commerce Cloud project through its Git-based environments, test each change on the staging environment, and deploy to production only with your approval. Adobe still runs the cloud infrastructure and handles platform tickets, while we take care of your code, extensions, and configuration.
Monitoring sends an alert within minutes, at any hour. On the Managed Support plan, a developer responds out of hours when checkout or the whole store is down. On the other plans, we pick it up at the start of the next business day, and your host handles server outages.
Yes. Plans run month to month, and you can move up, move down, or cancel with 30 days' notice. Your code, hosting, and accounts stay in your company's name throughout. When you leave, you get the change log and documentation so the next team starts with a full history.
