How your project runs

The Problem
In-house writers know the product, but they write for the readers in their heads. Without a check against what people search and which answers get quoted, solid posts sit on page three.
Buried answers
The key answer sits deep in the post.
Buried answers
Each section opens with a direct, 2-sentence answer to its question.
Wrong question
Posts answer a different question from the one searched.
Wrong question
Each draft is checked against the queries it should win before editing.
Thin coverage
Top results cover subtopics your draft skips.
Thin coverage
We add missing subtopics found in the top results and People Also Ask.
Tool scores
Writers chase a tool score instead of readers.
Tool scores
Edits follow intent and clarity, explained in comments writers can learn from.
Your team publishes 8 posts a month, and the writing is good. Yet half of them sit beyond page two, because they answer a slightly different question from the one people search. The key answer hides in paragraph 6, under a clever heading nobody would type. AI Overviews quote a competitor's plain 2-line definition instead of yours. Your writers ask what SEO wants, and the only answer they get is a tool score to chase.
We start where your writers stop: the finished draft. Each one is checked against the queries it should win, the subtopics the top results cover, and the questions searchers ask. Then we edit in Google Docs with tracked changes: answers moved to the top of each section, headings that name the topic, tables where they help, sources and author lines added. Your writers keep their voice, and the post goes live ready for search instead of waiting for a fix.
Edited before it goes live
Drafts are optimized before publishing, so posts launch ready for search instead of being fixed later.
Answers easy to quote
Each section opens with a direct answer that readers, Google, and AI assistants can lift cleanly.
Your writers keep their voice
We suggest edits as tracked changes, so your team learns the method and owns the final words.
Our Content Optimization Process
You see the method on 2 sample drafts before the program starts. After that, every edit arrives as tracked changes in Google Docs, and your editor has the final say.
We optimize 2 of your recent drafts or published posts as samples and walk your team through every change. You get a fixed monthly price and a clear sense of how we edit before you commit.
What's Included
Every plan covers intent checks, coverage gaps, answer-first structure, metadata and links, and a monthly report. Every edit comes as a tracked change your writers can learn from.
Compare Options
Content SEO optimization can come from a scoring tool, your own editor, or a specialist pass on every draft. Tools are cheap and fast, and an in-house editor knows your voice best.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Content Tool | In-house Editor |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search intent check | Every draft, before editing | Keyword lists, not intent | Depends on SEO experience |
| Subtopic gaps | Top results and People Also Ask | Term suggestions to add | Often missed |
| Answer-first structure | Sections edited to lead with answers | Not covered | Possible with training |
| Voice and accuracy | Tracked changes, your editor decides | Ignores voice, chases a score | Strongest grasp of your voice |
| AI answer checks | Target queries checked monthly | Some tools offer tracking | Rarely done |
| Metadata and links | Titles, descriptions, and internal links | Partial suggestions | Usually included |
| Monthly cost | From $700 per month | Low monthly subscription | Full salary and benefits |
| Speed per draft | About 2 business days | Scores in seconds | Same day, if there's time |

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built and improved websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Website content optimization works only if writers keep publishing. We explain every edit, protect the voice your readers know, and spend our time on changes that move results.
Each tracked change carries a short comment on why it helps the reader or the search. Your writers learn the pattern instead of guessing what SEO wants.
Content scores reward stuffing every related term into a post. We edit for the intent, clarity, and coverage searchers need, even when a tool disagrees.
Google says AI Overviews need no special markup or tricks, only indexable pages that answer well. So we skip AI gimmicks and make answers clear and quotable.
We flag claims without sources and ask your experts rather than filling gaps ourselves. A post that's wrong loses trust faster than one that ranks late.
Drafts come back in about 2 business days, so your publishing calendar holds. Urgent posts can jump the queue when you flag them.
The writer checklist, style rules, and optimized drafts stay with your team. If you stop working with us, your writers keep the method.

Good fit
Content teams with in-house writers
Your writers know the product well, but their posts rank below thinner pages, and you want every draft checked for search before it goes live.
SaaS companies publishing guides
You publish product guides and comparisons every week, and you want each one checked against what buyers search before launch day.
Teams worried about AI search
Your traffic from informational searches is slipping as AI Overviews answer more questions, and you want posts structured so their answers can be quoted.
Editors without SEO training
You edit for grammar and tone, but nobody on the team knows what SEO optimized content looks like or why some posts don't rank.
Agencies with writing retainers
You write content for clients and want a specialist optimization pass under your brand before each piece reaches the client.
Not a fit
Need posts written
You don't have writers and need the posts themselves. SEO Copywriting Services writes pages from interviews with your team, ready to publish.
Old posts losing clicks
Your problem is older posts that are slipping, not new drafts. Content Refresh Services finds decaying pages and updates them on the same URL.
One-time page rewrites
You want a fixed set of live pages rewritten once, with no ongoing drafts. On-Page SEO Services prices that kind of project by page count.
Budget under $700 a month
You publish fewer than 4 posts a month, or your budget is under $700 a month. If a style checklist and Search Console cover your case, we'll tell you before we quote.

Plans start at $700 per month for up to 6 optimized drafts, with titles, links, and a writer checklist included. The Optimization Desk costs $1,150 per month for 10 drafts plus 4 published pages and AI Overview checks. The Content Program costs $1,800 per month and adds briefs and planning. You get a fixed proposal after the free content review.
Most optimized posts settle into their positions within 3 to 6 months of publishing, depending on competition and your site's authority. Each draft comes back from us in about 2 business days, so the edit doesn't slow your calendar. We report clicks and positions monthly, so you see early movement on easier queries first.
It's content written and structured to answer a specific search better than the other results, while staying useful to the person reading it. That means a clear match to what the searcher wants, the subtopics they expect, a direct answer near the top, and an accurate title. Content stuffed with keywords reads badly and tends to rank worse.
It's the step between writing and publishing where a page is checked and edited so search engines can match it to the right queries. In practice, it means comparing the draft with the top results, filling subtopic gaps, tightening headings, and adding links and metadata. Done well, the writer's voice stays, and only structure and coverage change.
SEO content optimization usually means improving pages already live, using Search Console data to see which queries they appear for. If a page sits on page two for a query it only half answers, we add the missing section, adjust the heading, and strengthen internal links. New drafts get the same checks before they're published.
Mostly no, because Google says AI Overviews and AI Mode have no extra requirements beyond normal search. A page must be indexed and able to show a snippet. Clarity matters more than tricks: direct answers, defined terms, and named sources, since AI answers summarize pages that state things plainly. We check target queries monthly, but nobody can promise a citation.
It means shaping content so assistants can quote it, which overlaps heavily with SEO but puts more weight on self-contained answers. Normal SEO also covers titles, links, and site structure that decide rankings in the first place. For AI answers, each section should name its subject and state facts with sources. Assistants can only cite pages their crawlers can reach.
No, because we edit structure and coverage, not personality. Changes arrive as tracked suggestions with a short reason, and your editor accepts or rejects each one. Where a sentence must change, we keep your terms and tone. Over a few months, the writer checklist helps your team build these habits into first drafts, so edits get lighter.
We use tools for research, not as the target. Semrush and Search Console show what people search and which subtopics top results share, but a score that rewards adding every related term leads to stuffed posts. Our edits follow intent and clarity, and each comment explains why. If a tool's suggestion helps the reader, we use it.
Start with pages that earn impressions but few clicks, or that rank between positions 8 and 20 for valuable queries. Those pages already have Google's attention, so better coverage or a clearer answer can move them sooner than a new post would. Pages that drive signups or sales come before pure traffic pages. Plans 2 and 3 include this monthly.
