How your project runs
Teams we have built for:

The Problem
Shopify runs your hosting and security, but your theme, apps, and content are still yours to keep in shape. Without someone on call, small problems pile up between launches.
01 · Theme updates
Theme updates sit unapplied because of old code edits.
We apply the new version on a copy and carry your edits across.
02 · App leftovers
Uninstalled apps still load scripts on every page.
We find leftover snippets and scripts, then remove them on a theme copy.
03 · Small changes
Simple banner and section changes wait for weeks.
Your small changes get done within 1 business day on every plan.
04 · Broken pages
Broken links and size charts go unnoticed for months.
Monthly checks catch broken links, images, and sections before customers report them.
Shopify handles the servers, so you assumed the store would look after itself. Then a theme update notice sat ignored because the theme has code edits. An app you uninstalled last spring still loads its script on every page. The sale banner needs changing by Friday, a product page shows a broken size chart, and nobody on your team knows Liquid. Each fix is small. Together, they quietly cost you orders.
We start with a store health check: theme version, apps, leftover code, checkout, broken links, and speed. Each month after that, we test theme and app updates on a theme copy, fix what's broken, and handle your small changes within 1 business day. Your store keeps up with Shopify instead of falling behind it.
Updates tested on a copy
Theme and app changes checked on a duplicate theme before your live store sees them.
Changes done in 1 day
Banners, sections, and small fixes turned around within 1 business day on every plan.
Leftover app code removed
Old app scripts and snippets cleaned out, so pages load lighter and theme files stay readable.
Our Shopify Maintenance Services Process
You see your store's risks first, approve a plan, and then get the same routine every month: tested updates, fixes, quick changes, and a short report.
We review your theme version, code edits, installed and removed apps, checkout, speed, and broken links. You get a short list of today's risks and which of our Shopify maintenance packages fits your store.
What's Included
Each plan covers the monthly routine that keeps a Shopify store current, plus developer hours for the fixes and small changes you send us.
Compare Options
Doing it yourself costs nothing but time. A freelancer works for occasional fixes. A Shopify maintenance agency fits when changes come every week and you want them tested first.

Projects We've Built
Furniture and fashion stores we built. Once a store like these goes live, its theme, apps, and pages keep needing attention.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built online stores and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Store upkeep is a routine, not a rescue. These habits keep your store current while Shopify, your theme, and your apps keep changing.
Every change goes to a theme copy first, and you preview it before we publish. Your customers keep shopping while we test.
Shopify retires features on a schedule, like script tags on Thank you pages in August 2026. We flag changes that affect your store before they break anything.
Requests under about an hour get done within 1 business day. You don't wait for a sprint to change a banner.
If your plan's hours go unused month after month, we'll suggest a smaller plan. You pay for the upkeep you need, not a retainer you forget.
Your theme lives in a GitHub repository connected to Shopify. Every edit has a history, so a bad change can be rolled back quickly.
We work as a staff account with only the permissions we need. Cancel any month, and you keep your theme repository and every report.

Good fit
Owners without a developer
Your store launched months ago, the freelancer who built it moved on, and small fixes now wait weeks for someone to pick them up.
Stores with years of apps
You've installed and removed apps for years, and leftover code from old apps now slows pages and clutters your theme files.
Brands on an edited theme
Your Theme Store theme has code edits, so updates won't apply cleanly and you're several versions behind the theme's latest release.
Teams running frequent promotions
You run product drops and sales every month and need banners, collections, and landing sections changed fast, without booking a project each time.
Agencies offering care plans
Your agency builds Shopify stores and wants to sell Shopify support and maintenance services without hiring a full-time developer for small tickets.
Not a fit
Several platforms to cover
You run stores on Shopify plus WooCommerce or Magento. Our Ecommerce Website Maintenance Services team covers several platforms under one plan.
Audit before committing
You want a list of what's wrong before paying monthly. Our Shopify Store Audit gives you a ranked report you can act on yourself.
New build or redesign
You need a new theme, a redesign, or a custom app. Our Shopify Development Services team scopes that as a project, not as monthly hours.
Budget under $300 a month
Your budget is under $300 a month and changes are rare. Paying for a few hours when something breaks may cost less, and we'll tell you before we quote.

Our plans start at $300 per month for a monthly health check, updates tested on a theme copy, and 2 developer hours. Store Care Plus costs $550 per month with 5 hours, speed checks, and quarterly app audits. Managed Shopify costs $900 per month with 10 hours and same-day starts on checkout issues.
Shopify usually costs less to maintain, because hosting, security patches, and platform upgrades come with your subscription. Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) needs developers to deploy cartridge code and manage sandboxes and code versions, and Salesforce prices its license separately. On Shopify, upkeep budgets go mostly to themes, apps, and content changes.
Small changes under about an hour are done within 1 business day on every plan. Larger fixes are scheduled within your monthly hours, usually in the same week. On Managed Shopify, checkout problems get a same-day start during business hours, and Store Care Plus replies within 4 business hours.
Shopify maintains the platform: hosting, security, uptime, and checkout infrastructure. You maintain everything built on top of it: your theme and its code edits, apps and their leftover scripts, content, redirects, and integrations. That second list is what our plans cover, along with Shopify changes that affect it.
We add the new theme version, which Shopify names 'Updated copy of' your theme, and check whether your code edits came across. Shopify carries edits over only when they don't conflict with the update. Anything left behind gets re-applied by hand, tested on the copy, and published once you approve it.
Sometimes. Apps built on theme app extensions remove their blocks cleanly, but older apps that edited theme files or injected scripts can leave snippets behind. We search your theme for leftover code, confirm which app added it, and remove it on a copy before publishing.
Yes. Shopify releases a new API version every quarter and supports each one for at least 12 months, so custom apps and integrations need regular version updates. We track the versions your apps call and plan upgrades before Shopify stops supporting them. On Managed Shopify, that upgrade planning is part of your monthly hours.
A good agency tests on a theme copy, reports what it changed, and turns small requests around fast. Ask how they handle theme updates with code edits, how they remove app code, and whether you keep your logins. It should also tell you when a smaller plan would do.
Pick by how often you ask for changes. Store Care suits stores with a few requests a month. Store Care Plus suits brands running regular promotions or app changes. Managed Shopify suits stores where launches and checkout problems can't wait for the next free slot.
Yes. Plans run month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Your store, theme repository, and app accounts stay in your name, and you keep every monthly report. Unused hours don't roll over, which is why we suggest a smaller plan when yours keep going unused.
