The Problem
It shows up when an event planner has a short list of speakers and opens each website to compare video, topics, fees, and logistics in one sitting.
01 · Vague talks
Talk titles appear with no takeaways or formats.
Each talk page lists takeaways, formats, and the audiences it fits.
02 · Reel only
A short sizzle reel can't show how you hold a room.
A full, unedited talk sits next to the reel.
03 · No logistics
Planners can't find AV needs, travel terms, or fee guidance.
A planner page covers AV needs, travel terms, and how fees work.
04 · Empty inquiries
The contact form just says "Get in touch."
The form asks the event date, audience size, format, and budget.
A meeting planner hears your name from a colleague and opens your site between calls. The home page is a big headshot and a quote. Your talks are a list of titles with no takeaways. The only video is a short sizzle reel, so they can't see how you hold a room for a full session. There's no fee guidance and no AV needs. The contact form just says "Get in touch." They move to the next speaker on the list, whose site answers all of it.
We start with the planner's checklist. Each talk gets its own page with takeaways, formats, and the audiences it fits. A full talk sits next to the sizzle reel. Planners can download a one-sheet, your bios, and headshots, and see your AV and travel needs. The inquiry form asks the event date, audience size, format, and budget. Planners stop guessing, and the right events get in touch.
A page for every talk
Takeaways, formats, and audience fit for each talk, so planners match it to their event fast.
Full talk next to the reel
An unedited talk shows how you hold a room, while the reel sells the highlights.
Planner kit ready to download
One-sheet, short and long bios, headshots, and an AV rider, ready for the event team.
Our Speaker Website Design Process
You approve the talk pages, the planner kit, a clickable design, the tested inquiry form and tracking, and the launch plan before anything goes live.
We review your talks, your video, your current site, and where your bookings come from today, including bureaus. You get a page plan, a list of missing planner details, and a fixed quote. If a one-page site already covers your bookings, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Talk pages, a full talk on video, a downloadable planner kit, a bureau-friendly page, a qualifying inquiry form, GA4 tracking, and every account in your name.
Compare Options
A directory profile puts you in front of planners already searching. A custom speaker website takes longer but answers every question on your own domain. Templates cost least. Here's how they compare.

|---|---|---|---|
| Planning approach | Starts from the planner's checklist | Starts from the directory's fields | Starts from a theme |

| Planner kit | One-sheet, bios, headshots, AV rider | Profile fields only | Download links if added |

Projects We've Built
A consulting firm, an e-learning platform, a startup, and a creative agency. None is a speaker's site, but each one had to explain expertise clearly and turn visitors into inquiries.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Public speaker website design is mostly about one reader: the planner deciding whether you fit their event. These habits keep every page written for that reader.
We write talk pages around the planner's questions: fit, format, length, and logistics. Your story still matters, but it sits on the about page, not in their way.
We push for a full, unedited talk on the site, even an older one. Planners want proof you can hold a room for the whole slot.
We show past event names and logos only when they're public or you have permission. A borrowed logo can cost you a client's trust fast.
We keep a profile page with no direct contact details for bureaus to share. Bureaus expect their clients to book through them, and this page respects that.
We tag each inquiry with the talk page it came from. After a few months, you know which topics planners book and which ones to retire.
Your domain, site, video accounts, and inquiry list stay in your name. If a directory or bureau relationship ends, your booking page keeps working.

Good fit
Keynote speakers at conferences
You keep getting emails from conference planners asking for topics, length options, fees, and AV needs your current site doesn't answer.
Motivational and inspirational speakers
Your motivational speaker website tells your story well, but planners can't tell which talk fits a sales kickoff or a school assembly.
Experts who speak to win clients
You speak at industry events to win consulting work, and your public speaker website needs to send attendees to the right next step.
Speakers working with bureaus
You get work through bureaus, and they need a profile page to share with clients that doesn't show your direct email or phone.
Authors adding paid talks
Your book opened doors to speaking, and you now need talk pages, a full talk on video, and a way for planners to inquire.
Not a fit
Budget under $1,350
Your budget is under $1,350 and you speak a few times a year. Our One Page Website Design service is a better start.
Coaching is the main offer
Most of your income comes from coaching programs, and talks feed them. Coaching Website Design fits that business better.
Books come first
You're mainly an author who speaks now and then. Author Website Design puts your books first and adds a speaking page.
Running your own event
You're selling tickets to your own multi-day conference. An event ticketing platform fits that better than a speaker site.

White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the speaker's talks, video links, bios, current site, and brand files.
You receive a fixed quote, a talk page plan, and one lead developer.
We build, test every form and download, and deliver under your brand.
Your agency keeps the speaker as a client, with our work under your name.
We know one-sheets, AV riders, bureau rules, and what planners ask first.
Senior developers handle video embeds, GA4 key events, and course checkouts.
Take on speaker and author clients without hiring extra developers.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We build on WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace, embed talks from YouTube or Vimeo, and track inquiries in GA4 so you see which talks book.

Our speaker sites start at $1,350 for up to 8 pages, 3 talk pages, a full talk on video, and a qualifying inquiry form. Sites with a full planner kit, a bureau page, and tracking by talk start at $3,100. Platform sites with course sales and a media hub start at $5,900. A directory profile costs less, but you don't own it.
Most speaker sites launch in 3 to 6 weeks. A starter site takes about 3 weeks once your talk descriptions and video links are ready, and a platform site with course sales adds 2 to 3 weeks. Writing takeaways for each talk is usually the slowest part, so we draft them with you in one working session.
Event planners look for fit first: the topics you cover, who each talk is for, and video of you on stage. Then they check credibility, such as past events you can name and planner testimonials. If they can't quickly find a talk that matches their theme, they move to the next name on the list.
Meeting planners look for logistics that make the day easy. That means talk lengths and formats, AV and stage needs, travel terms, how fees work, and a fast way to check your date. A downloadable one-sheet and an introduction script for the emcee save them several emails.
Usually because planners can't find what they need fast enough. Common gaps are talk titles with no takeaways, only a short reel, no fee guidance, and a contact form that asks nothing. Slow pages on a phone and no clear next step on each talk page also cost inquiries. We check all of these in the free review.
Count inquiries, not visits. We set each inquiry, one-sheet download, and video play as a GA4 key event, tagged with the talk page it came from. Then you mark which inquiries turned into paid bookings in your CRM or a simple sheet, so you can see bookings by talk and by source.
Track five things in GA4: inquiry form submissions, one-sheet downloads, video plays, visits to each talk page, and where those visitors came from. GA4's enhanced measurement can record plays of embedded YouTube videos. Raw page views tell you little, since one serious planner matters more than many casual visitors.
Showing a fee range or a starting fee usually helps. It filters out events that can't afford you and saves planners an email. If you work mainly through bureaus, keep fees off the public site and share them on request, since bureaus quote their own rates. Either way, say what the fee covers and how travel is handled.
Partly. Motivational speakers sell the story and the feeling in the room, so the full talk video and audience reactions matter even more. But planners still need the same practical details: talk outcomes, formats, AV needs, and fees. We keep the story on the about page and the logistics one click away.
You do. The domain, hosting, video accounts, and every inquiry record are in your name, and logins are handed over at launch. We fix issues and answer questions for 30, 60, or 90 days, by plan. After that, you can update talks yourself or book a monthly care plan for updates and backups.
