The Problem
Tripleseat runs your event sales, yet the website still emails inquiries to a shared inbox. Someone retypes each one, and the ad behind it disappears.
Web inquiries sit in a shared inbox until Monday.
Planners can't see which private dining rooms are already held.
Nobody knows which ad brought the planner in.
Friday, 4:50 p.m. A corporate planner fills out your website form for a 40-guest dinner in the wine room. The email lands in a shared inbox that nobody opens until Monday. Your coordinator retypes it into Tripleseat and sees the room was held on Thursday. By then the planner has booked the restaurant down the street. Your form didn't ask for a start time either, and nobody knows which ad brought the planner in. Each lead like this costs a sale and a morning.
Your branded form posts each inquiry straight into Tripleseat as a new lead.
A server-side connection shows open and held rooms, with no guest details.
Campaign values and the click ID travel with each lead into Tripleseat.
We start with the Tripleseat lead API, not a copied embed. Your branded form posts the date, times, guest count, and room into a new lead, with the campaign attached. A server-side connection shows which private dining rooms are open, without event details. Signed webhooks write the website's answers onto the event for your BEO. Planners get an answer on Friday night, not a callback on Monday.
Leads arrive complete
Date, times, guest count, and room land in Tripleseat fields, not in an email.
Rooms shown before they ask
Open and held dates for each private dining room appear on your site.
Revenue tied to campaigns
Campaign values travel with each lead, so signed contracts trace back to the ad.
Our Tripleseat Integration Process
You see where inquiries stall, approve the field map, and watch test leads land in Tripleseat. Nothing goes live until your sales team signs off.
What's Included
Every plan puts a branded form on your site that files leads with their campaign. Larger plans add room availability, webhooks, Direct Book, and revenue reporting.
Compare Options
Tripleseat's own form code suits many venues, and a freelancer can place it quickly. Here's where each fits once your inquiries need rooms, campaigns, and BEO details.

Projects We've Built
Restaurant, holiday home, and booking builds from our portfolio: the form, calendar, and data work behind a Tripleseat integration, though none of them ran Tripleseat.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built venue and integration work for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Tripleseat holds your event pipeline and your guests' details, so small mistakes cost bookings. These habits keep your leads complete and your rooms accurate.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds Tripleseat integrations for restaurant groups, hotels, and event venues. We connect branded inquiry forms to the lead API with campaign tracking, show private dining availability, and add signed webhooks for BEO fields and Google Ads conversions. Projects start at $700, take 1 to 8 weeks, and run on accounts you own.
You sell private dining in Tripleseat. Your website form still emails the host stand, so coordinators retype dates every morning.
Your team books weddings and meetings in Tripleseat, and each property's site must file leads under the right location.
You pay for holiday party and wedding ads but can't tell which campaign produced your signed contracts.
You want large parties and catering orders booked online through Direct Book, placed on your pages without breaking the design.
You build sites for Tripleseat venues and need a Tripleseat API developer who works under your brand.
You run inquiries and contracts in HoneyBook, not Tripleseat. HoneyBook Website Integration Services covers that setup.
Your catering sales live in Caterease rather than Tripleseat. Caterease Website Integration Services connects your web inquiries to it.
Your budget is under $700, or one standard form covers you. Tripleseat's own form code and its setup partner cost less.
You need a new venue website first. Wedding Venue Website Design Services builds the site, and the Tripleseat forms plug in afterward.

FAQ
Straight answers on cost, timelines, lead forms, room availability, webhooks, and campaign tracking.
Tripleseat integrations start at $700 for a branded form that files complete leads with campaign tracking. Room availability and signed webhooks start at $1,850, and multi-venue builds with Direct Book start at $3,950. Your price is fixed after a free review of your current inquiries.
A lead form takes 1 to 2 weeks, and room availability with webhooks takes 3 to 5 weeks. Several venues take 6 to 8 weeks. Most of that time goes to mapping fields and testing lead conversions with your coordinators, not to writing the code.
Tripleseat documents three ways: its setup code, a hosted form link, or a custom form posting to the lead API. The setup code takes CSS styling, and the hosted form sends guests off your site. We build the API version for your own design and campaign data, the core of a Tripleseat lead form integration.
It reads your Tripleseat events by room and date through the API and turns them into open or held dates. The connection runs on your server with an OAuth token, so visitors see no names or event details. Results are cached to respect the limit of 10 requests per second.
The useful ones fire when a lead converts, a document is signed, or a payment clears. On conversion, our receiver checks the signature and writes the website's answers into event custom fields, such as dietary notes or AV needs. Your BEO template shows them through merge fields.
They store UTM values and the Google click ID from the website form on the Tripleseat lead. When the contract is signed or the deposit is paid, our webhook receiver sends that conversion to Google Ads and GA4. You see booked revenue by campaign, not just form fills.
Yes, we place Direct Book forms on the pages where groups and catering customers decide. Tripleseat turns it on once you connect a payment processor, such as Stripe, Square, or Clover Connect. Custom availability windows don't roll forward on their own, so we set reminders for holiday menus.
The standard embed is enough when one styled form per location fits your sales process. You need a developer when forms must match your design, carry campaign data, show rooms, or trigger automations. Tripleseat's setup partner places basic forms for a flat fee, and we'll say when that fits better.
You own all of it. The OAuth app sits under your Tripleseat account, the code lives in your repository, and the webhook endpoint runs on your hosting. You get the field map and a runbook, plus fixes for 30, 45, or 60 days, by plan.
Tripleseat tracks consecutive failed deliveries on each endpoint, and a disabled endpoint stops receiving events. We alert you early. Our receiver stores each payload before processing, so a failed step can run again once it's fixed. Each signed timestamp also lets us block replayed or forged calls.
