Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up as you add channels and tools. Each new connection brings its own plugin, its own settings, and its own way of failing quietly.
01 · Stock drift
Square's count reaches the store after Amazon already oversold.
Your stock follows one owner per item, with a buffer per sales channel.
02 · Re-keying
Someone re-keys yesterday's orders into the ERP every morning.
Your orders post to the ERP through a connector or a custom sync.
03 · Silent failures
A shipping plugin stopped sending tracking, and nobody noticed for days.
Failed jobs retry from a queue and alert you when they stay stuck.
04 · Thin CRM
Your CRM holds half your customers and none of their orders.
Customers and order totals sync to the CRM through a field map you approve.
An item sells out at your counter, but Square's count reaches your store later, and Amazon sells 2 more. Your ERP still shows yesterday's orders because someone on your team re-keys them each morning. A shipping plugin stopped sending your tracking numbers after an update, and you didn't notice for a week. Your CRM holds half your customers and none of their orders. Each tool came with a plugin, and each plugin fails in its own quiet way.
We start with a map of every system your store touches and decide which one owns each field. Then each connection takes the cheapest path that holds: an official extension, a connector, or custom code on the WooCommerce REST API. Your webhooks are signed and checked, failed jobs retry from a queue, and anything still failing lands on a log with an alert for you. Your stock agrees across channels instead of drifting until someone notices.
One owner for every field
Stock, prices, orders, and customers each belong to one system, so your syncs stop overwriting each other.
Extensions before custom code
Official extensions and connectors come first, and custom code fills only the gaps you have left.
Failures caught the same day
Queued retries and alerts flag a stuck sync before your stock or tracking drifts.
Our WooCommerce Integration Process
You approve the field map and the order statuses that trigger each sync, then watch your test orders pass through every connection on staging.
We list every system your store touches and how data moves between them today, plugins included. You get a map that marks which of your connections an official extension covers and which need custom code.
What's Included
A map of your systems, extensions set up properly, custom syncs where you need them, and alerts when something stops.
Compare Options
Installing extensions yourself costs the least, and a freelancer writes custom code fast. Here's how each holds up as your systems and order volume grow.

Projects We've Built
Online stores and admin dashboards our team designed and built. The platforms vary; the orders, stock, and customer data they handle are what integrations move.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built online stores and store integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
An integration touches your orders, stock, and customer data at once. These habits keep each of your connections quiet when they work and loud when they fail.
We check the WooCommerce Marketplace and the vendor's own plugin before writing anything. If an official extension covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote.
New WooCommerce stores have stored orders in High-Performance Order Storage since version 8.2. Every extension and sync we add declares HPOS support, so your order screens stay quick.
WooCommerce signs each webhook with an HMAC-SHA256 signature. Our endpoints check it before accepting data, so nobody can post fake orders into your ERP.
WooCommerce disables a webhook after more than 5 failed deliveries in a row. We watch for that and for failed queue jobs, so you hear about it the same day.
WooCommerce removed its Legacy REST API from core in version 9.0. We replace connectors that still lean on it, so a routine update doesn't break your shipping.
API keys, webhook endpoints, and custom code sit in your WordPress and hosting accounts. You can revoke access or hand the code to another developer anytime.

Good fit
Stores selling on Amazon and eBay too
You list products on Amazon and eBay from WooCommerce and need stock that updates on every channel when one item sells.
Shops with a counter and a website
Your counter runs Square, your website runs WooCommerce, and staff fix stock counts by hand every evening.
B2B sellers posting orders to an ERP
Your team re-keys WooCommerce orders into the ERP each morning, and a WooCommerce ERP integration has sat on the list for a year.
Sales teams working in a CRM
Your sales reps live in a CRM, and you need a WooCommerce CRM integration that shows each customer's orders and lifetime value.
Agencies with WooCommerce clients
Your agency builds WordPress sites and needs a partner to connect client stores to shipping, POS, and back-office tools under your brand.
Not a fit
Need a new store built
You need a new WooCommerce store or a full rebuild, not connections. Our WooCommerce Development Services page covers store builds.
Moving to Shopify soon
You plan to leave WooCommerce for Shopify this year. Our WooCommerce to Shopify Migration page covers the move, and the integrations get rebuilt there.
Carrier rates come first
Your main need is live rates and labels across several carriers at checkout. Our Shipping API Integration page covers that in depth.
Budget under $750
Your budget is under $750, and a free official extension such as Square for WooCommerce already covers the connection. Its setup guide will get you running.

Straight answers on cost, connecting apps, ERP syncs, fulfillment, email, fraud tools, and POS systems.

Connecting one system to your store starts at $750 with us, when an official extension or connector covers it. A custom sync on WooCommerce's API and webhooks costs $2,050, and a connected store with up to 4 systems costs $4,600. Your extension and app subscriptions are billed separately by their vendors.
Most of your apps connect through an extension from the WooCommerce Marketplace or the app's own plugin. When none fits, a WooCommerce API integration uses the REST API with consumer keys over HTTPS, plus webhooks for your orders, products, customers, and coupons. We check the extension route first, since it's cheaper for you to maintain.
Start by deciding which of your systems owns products, stock, prices, and customers, usually your ERP. Then a connector or a custom sync posts your orders into the ERP and sends stock back to your store. Connectors exist for NetSuite, Odoo, SAP Business One, and Business Central, and we build custom syncs where none fits.
ShipStation, WooCommerce Shipping, and 3PLs such as ShipHero and ShipMonk all integrate with WooCommerce. ShipStation for WooCommerce is free and built by Woo, though it needs a paid ShipStation plan. Some 3PL connectors still need the Legacy REST API plugin, which we check before your launch.
MailPoet, AutomateWoo, Mailchimp for WooCommerce, and Klaviyo for WooCommerce all integrate with WooCommerce stores. MailPoet and AutomateWoo are built by Woo, while Mailchimp and Klaviyo publish their own extensions that sync customers and orders. Pick by the flows you need, and we'll connect whichever one you choose.
WooPayments, the Stripe extension, and marketplace add-ons such as Anti-Fraud for WooCommerce all bring fraud detection to WooCommerce. WooPayments adds rules for address mismatches, international IPs, and order thresholds, and it uses Stripe Radar. With the Stripe extension, Radar runs on every charge and you tune it in your Stripe Dashboard.
Yes, through Square for WooCommerce, a free extension built by Woo. In a WooCommerce Square integration, you choose either system as the source of truth for your product details and stock, and inventory syncs on a set interval. Since version 5.0, it can also send your WooCommerce orders to Square POS for fulfillment.
Yes, for payments: Clover publishes a free Clover Payments for WooCommerce plugin for merchants in the US and Canada. It authorizes, captures, refunds, and voids card payments, but it doesn't sync products or stock. If your Clover counter must share inventory with your store, that needs a custom sync or a third-party connector.
Yes, Meta for WooCommerce, Meta's official extension, syncs your catalog to Commerce Manager for Facebook and Instagram shops. It also sets up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Since September 2025, Meta sends shop buyers to your own website to check out, so those orders land in your store like any other.
Yes, through Intuit's free WooCommerce connector or marketplace extensions such as QuickBooks Sync for WooCommerce by MyWorks. Intuit's connector sends sales and products to QuickBooks Online and can update your store's stock from QuickBooks. We set up the one that fits, or map a custom sync when your tax or inventory rules need it.
