The Problem
Brokerage sites age fast. Agents join and leave, offices open, and MLS rules change. The site that won your last hire can quietly tell the next recruit you've stopped paying attention.
A top producer from a rival firm is weighing a move to you.
We start with the roster, because agents are both your product and your audience.
Each agent gets a profile with their own listings, reviews, and routed contact form, and you control what they can edit. Listings from every MLS you belong to show once, each with its own attribution and disclaimer. A recruiting page explains your split, support, and tools. Recruits see a firm that runs well, not a site nobody updates.
Agent pages you control
Agents edit their own bios and photos, and changes go live only after you approve them.
Every MLS, shown once
Listings from every MLS you join merge into one search, with duplicate listings hidden.
Disclosures on every page
State notices, broker attribution, and the Equal Housing Opportunity logo sit where the rules expect them.
Our Brokerage Website Process
You approve the roster structure, the designs, each MLS feed, and the routing rules. Your compliance review signs off on every disclosure before launch.
What's Included
Every build covers the roster, agent profiles, listing search, lead routing, disclosures, and launch. Larger plans add agent sub-sites, more offices, and more MLS feeds.

Property website designs from our portfolio with agent pages, listing layouts, and inquiry forms, the same building blocks a brokerage site grows from.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Your site speaks to your clients and to the agents you want to hire. Every habit below keeps both of your audiences in mind.
Overview
DeveloperLook offers real estate brokerage website design for independent and boutique firms that recruit on their technology. Each build includes broker-approved agent profiles, listings from every MLS you join, lead routing, and a recruiting page. State and fair housing notices come built in. Projects start at $1,250 and take 4 to 12 weeks, at a fixed price.
You recruit against bigger brands, and your site is the first thing a top producer checks after your call.
Your firm wins on brand and service, so your site should look as polished as your listing presentations.
You opened an office across the county line and joined a second MLS, but your search still shows the first one's listings.
Your office manager updates the roster by emailing a developer, so departed agents stay on the site for months.
Your agency won a brokerage account and needs a partner who has handled MLS approvals, agent data, and routing before.
You're a solo agent or a small team selling under one name. Real Estate Agent Website Design fits you better and costs less.
Your firm leases and sells office, industrial, or retail space. Commercial Real Estate Website Design handles suites, site plans, and gated offering memorandums.
Your firm is small, and a brokerage platform's bundled site and CRM already cover what you need. Staying on that platform is cheaper.
Your budget is under $1,250 for the whole firm. An agent site or your MLS vendor's template site is the better start for now.

We send a fixed price, a launch date, and the developer who leads the build.
We launch under your brand and train the firm's office staff on roster updates.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We build on WordPress or Next.js, license every MLS feed separately, and route each lead into the CRM your firm already runs.
FAQ
Straight answers on cost, MLS feeds, agent pages, recruiting, and the disclosures brokerage sites carry.
Brokerage sites start at $1,250 for one office, one MLS, and profiles for up to 15 agents. Firms with up to 60 agents, routing rules, and a full recruiting section start at $3,600. Multi-office builds with merged MLS feeds and agent sub-sites start at $7,400. Each MLS or IDX vendor bills its own fees.
Plan on 4 to 6 weeks for one MLS and 8 to 12 weeks for several. Every MLS approves its own data license, and that paperwork sets the pace more than the build does. We file with every MLS in week one and design with sample listings while approvals come through.
You show them, in public, what they'd get by joining. A recruiting page that explains your split, training, and tools does that job, and agent pages that bring in leads help people stay. We route listing inquiries to the listing agent and report leads per agent, so producers see the site working for them.
They run both from one agent database. The roster lists every active agent, each profile pulls that agent's listings by MLS agent ID, and sub-sites reuse the same record with their own search. When an agent leaves, one switch hides the profile, redirects the pages, and reroutes their leads.
We connect every feed under its own MLS license, then merge them into one search. A listing that appears in two feeds shows once, and every listing keeps its source MLS's attribution and disclaimer. Office pages open on their own region, so buyers near each office see local homes first.
It depends on your states, and your compliance review makes the final call. Texas requires a homepage link to the TREC Information About Brokerage Services notice. New York brokers must post their standardized operating procedures on their websites. We add the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and your MLS display rules wherever listings appear.
Yes, agents edit their bio, photo, and links in a simple form, and changes wait for approval. The layout, colors, and your firm's name stay locked, so every profile matches. Office staff approve edits from one screen, which keeps license numbers and advertising claims consistent.
Your staff turns the profile off, and the site handles the rest. The page redirects to the roster, the agent's listings leave their profile as the MLS updates, and new leads for them route to your office. Nothing needs a developer, so departed agents disappear the same day.
The site checks where each lead came from, then applies your rules. Listing inquiries go to the listing agent, profile contacts go to that agent, and general requests go by office, area, or rotation. Each lead lands in your CRM, such as Follow Up Boss, with its source and assignment.
Your firm does, from day one. The domain, hosting, code, analytics, and agent records sit in accounts under the brokerage's name, and your staff keeps admin access after launch. Plans include 30, 60, or 90 days of support, and our care plan can take over after that.
