SquarespaceThe Problem
CCC ONE integrations usually come up when month-end means retyping repair orders, nobody can list the apps receiving your estimates, and vendors claim connections they can't explain.
Accounting
Closed repair orders get retyped into QuickBooks every month.
Accounting
Accounting Connections exports sales, receipts, and costs, tested against real ROs.
Data sharing
Nobody knows which apps receive your estimates.
Data sharing
Every Secure Share app is listed with its category, and unused ones go off.
New tools
Vendors claim they connect to CCC without saying how.
New tools
We check each tool's Secure Share category before you sign anything.
Customers
Customers phone for updates your system already has.
Customers
UpdatePlus texts and emails repair status, using templates your team approves.
A customer picks up her car, and the repair order closes in CCC ONE. Then your bookkeeper types the same totals into QuickBooks at month end, line by line. Your parts and CSI apps each get estimate data, but nobody remembers switching half of them on, or what they receive. A vendor pitches an AI damage tool that "connects to CCC," and you can't tell whether that's true. Meanwhile customers phone for status updates your system already knows.
We start with a map of your CCC ONE integrations: every route your shop data takes. Secure Share apps get checked against their category, and the ones you don't use get switched off. Accounting Connections sends closed repair orders to QuickBooks or Sage, tested on real ROs with your bookkeeper. New tools join only through routes CCC supports, so your estimates go where you chose, not wherever an old app sends them.
Every app with your data
Each Secure Share app reviewed for the data category CCC gives it, and unused ones switched off.
Repair orders into your books
Accounting Connections exports sales, receipts, and costs to QuickBooks or Sage, tested on real ROs.
Only routes CCC supports
New tools connect through Secure Share or approved exports, so your CCC license terms stay intact.
Our CCC ONE Integration Process
You see every app that receives your CCC ONE data, approve each change, and check real repair orders in QuickBooks before monthly exports go live.
We list every app connected to your CCC ONE through Secure Share, plus your accounting export and any old file paths. You get a map of what data leaves the shop, where it goes, and what's missing.
Projects We've Built
Automotive websites and apps we designed for car businesses. None ran on CCC ONE, but each one had to turn vehicle details into clear next steps.

What's Included
Most shops need the data-sharing review, an accounting connection, and app cleanup. Busier shops and MSOs add new Secure Share tools, customer updates, and books for each location.
Compare Options
Your office manager knows the shop best and costs nothing extra. An IT provider keeps the PCs running but rarely touches CCC settings or the books. Here's where each holds up.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites and business tools for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Estimates hold customer, vehicle, and insurer details. These habits keep our CCC ONE integration services careful with that data and easy for your office to run.
We use Secure Share and Accounting Connections before anything custom. If CCC support can switch on what you need, we'll tell you before we quote.
Every app that receives your estimates gets a reason and an owner. Anything without one gets switched off, with your approval.
CCC's Secure Share standards ban data resale and set what each category receives. We build inside those rules, so your CCC license stays safe.
Accounting exports get checked against closed repair orders your bookkeeper knows. Totals have to match before monthly exports run unattended.
We work through access you grant in CCC ONE and QuickBooks. You keep every account, and we return access when the work ends.
When a vendor says it connects to CCC, we ask how and in which category. You hear a plain yes or no before you sign a contract.
Overview
DeveloperLook sets up CCC ONE integrations for collision repair shops and MSOs. We map every Secure Share app that receives your data and switch off the ones you don't use. Then we set up Accounting Connections for QuickBooks or Sage and add new tools through approved routes. Setups start at $800, take 2 to 6 weeks, and stay inside CCC's terms.

Good fit
Body shops retyping ROs into QuickBooks
Your bookkeeper rekeys closed repair orders into QuickBooks every month. A CCC ONE QuickBooks integration through Accounting Connections exports sales, receipts, and costs instead.
Owners unsure who sees shop data
You've switched on apps over the years and can't say which ones receive your estimates. You want every app connected to CCC ONE listed with the data it gets.
MSOs adding another location
You're opening a second shop and want each location's CCC ONE accounting integration feeding the right QuickBooks company, with costs split by location.
Shops weighing AI estimating tools
You're being pitched AI damage tools and want to know whether they really connect to CCC ONE before you sign a contract.
Software vendors serving collision shops
You build a CSI, rental, or parts tool for collision shops and need CCC ONE API access. We help you prepare a Secure Share registration.
Not a fit
QuickBooks export only, under $800
Your budget is under $800 and you only need CCC ONE's QuickBooks export switched on. CCC's support team can set that up, and we'll tell you before we quote.
Mechanical repair shop
You run a mechanical repair shop rather than collision, and CCC ONE isn't your system. Our AutoLeap integration page covers repair shop software for that work.
Want online photo estimates
You want customers to upload damage photos for a quick estimate on your website. Our virtual auto body photo estimate portal page covers that build.
Reselling shop data
You want to pool or resell CCC ONE data from many shops. CCC's Secure Share standards forbid data resale, so we can't help build that.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on your locations, accounting system, and the tools you connect, and you get a fixed proposal after a free data review.
For Agencies
You own the body shop client, whether you're a consultant, an MSO support team, or a marketing agency. We supply the CCC ONE integration work behind your name: data-sharing reviews, accounting exports, and new tool setups.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send CCC ONE admin access, the accounting login, and your client's tool list.
We map each shop's data routes and send a fixed scope with room for your margin.

CCC ONE is CCC Intelligent Solutions' platform for collision repair shops. It covers estimating, parts ordering, repair workflow, payments, and customer updates, and it connects shops to insurer programs. Shops add modules such as Repair Workflow and UpdatePlus on top of estimating, so each shop's setup looks a little different.
A repair starts as an estimate in CCC ONE, often with photos and insurer guidelines attached. The shop orders parts, tracks the job on production boards, and sends customers status updates. When the repair order closes, Accounting Connections can export it to QuickBooks or Sage, and Secure Share apps receive the data CCC allows them.
DeveloperLook's CCC ONE setups start at $800 for one shop: the data-sharing review, app cleanup, and Accounting Connections tested on real repair orders. Adding up to 4 new Secure Share tools and customer update templates starts at $2,050. Up to 3 locations, or Secure Share prep for your own app, starts at $4,250. CCC bills its own license separately.
One shop's review, cleanup, and accounting connection take 2 to 3 weeks, mostly waiting on your bookkeeper's check of real repair orders. Adding new Secure Share tools takes 1 to 2 more weeks per batch of apps. Multi-location setups take 4 to 6 weeks, since each shop's costs need their own mapping.
No, according to CCC: it said publicly in 2019 that it doesn't share data with CARFAX, as Repairer Driven News reported. We found no CCC page saying otherwise as of October 2026. What leaves your shop through CCC follows its data policy and the Secure Share apps you enable, so we review that app list with you first.
CCC hasn't published that CCC ONE sends data to AutoCheck, as of October 2026. Experian, which runs AutoCheck, has said some of its data comes from body shops, without naming any software. If this matters to your shop, we list every app receiving your estimates, so you can see exactly who has it.
Not as a native Mac app, based on CCC's published system requirements, which list Windows only. CCC also offers a web view and a mobile app for parts of the workflow. If your office runs Macs, confirm with CCC support before relying on virtualization, since CCC doesn't list that setup as supported.
CCC doesn't publish a user cap or a per-seat price, as of October 2026. Your user count and modules come from your CCC contract. During our review we list who has CCC ONE access, so you can remove former staff and keep only the logins your shop needs.
CCC ONE has its own AI: Estimating IQ and Mobile Jumpstart pre-fill estimate lines from photos, with a repairer approving each one. An outside tool needs an approved Secure Share route. Ask any vendor selling a CCC ONE repair network integration for damage detection which route it uses before you sign.
CCC doesn't publish CCC ONE pricing, as of October 2026. Shops get a quote based on the modules they license, such as estimating, repair workflow, parts, and payments. Third-party review sites list figures, but they aren't CCC's own, so ask CCC for a written quote that names every module.
