The Problem
Dynamics 365 projects stall at the edges. The ERP or CRM works, but the web store, marketing tools, EDI partners, and reports around it still run on exports.
01 · CSV uploads
Web orders reach Business Central through a daily CSV upload.
Orders post through the Business Central API as soon as they're placed.
02 · Two contact lists
HubSpot and Dynamics 365 each keep a different contact list.
Each field gets one owner, synced through HubSpot's connector or custom code.
03 · Broken extension
A custom extension broke after the last release wave.
Integrations use supported APIs, with notes on what to retest each release wave.
04 · Day-old reports
Power BI reports run on exports that are a day old.
Power BI reads Dynamics data directly through its Dataverse or Business Central connectors.
Your web orders reach Business Central through a CSV someone uploads each morning. Marketing works in HubSpot, sales works in Dynamics 365, and neither trusts the other's contact list. A custom extension from an old partner broke after the last release wave. Retail partners send EDI orders that your team rekeys. Finance builds Power BI reports from exports, so every number is a day old.
We start with what Microsoft and the vendors already support: HubSpot's Dynamics 365 connector, Power BI connectors, SharePoint document management, and AppSource apps. Where they stop, we build on the Business Central API or the Dataverse Web API, with webhooks and throttling handled. Each field gets one owner. Your Dynamics data reaches every system without a morning upload.
Supported connectors first
HubSpot, Power BI, SharePoint, and AppSource connectors get tested before any custom build.
Microsoft APIs, not workarounds
Custom syncs use the Business Central API or Dataverse Web API with their own app registrations.
Throttling limits handled
Retries respect Dataverse service protection limits, so bulk syncs slow down instead of failing.
Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Process
You see which supported connectors cover each flow, approve the field owners and app permissions, and watch sandbox tests pass before production changes.
We list your Dynamics 365 apps, environments, licenses, and the systems that need their data. Then we check which supported connectors cover each flow. You get a written integration plan and a fixed price.
What's Included
Work runs from one supported connector to a program across CRM, web stores, EDI, and SAP. These six parts cover it, from the first plan to release wave notes.
Compare Options
Your own IT team knows your Dynamics setup best, and Power Automate handles simple flows quickly. Here's where each holds up as integrations grow.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | In-house IT | DIY Power Automate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft API depth | BC API, Dataverse, F&O entities | Varies by team | Standard connectors only |
| Simple flows | 1 to 2 weeks | Depends on backlog | Hours for basic flows |
| Dual-write and F&O | Planned and tested | Rarely an in-house skill | Out of scope |
| Throttling and retries | Built into every flow | Often added later | Basic retry settings |
| Licensing questions | Flagged during the review | Known internally | Premium connectors add cost |
| Release waves | Retest notes per wave | Handled as found | Flows may need edits |
| Cost | Fixed price from $1,100 | Salaries already paid | Included in some licenses |
| Ownership | Code in your tenant | Your own team | Whoever built the flow |
Projects We've Built
Insurance, construction, fashion retail, and fiduciary services sites with customer, project, and order data. They aren't Dynamics 365 projects, but their records are what Dynamics integrations carry.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites and business software for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Dynamics 365 runs your finance, stock, and customers. These habits keep integrations supported, licensed correctly, and easy for your admins to run.
If HubSpot's connector or an AppSource app already does the job, we'll tell you before we quote. Custom builds start only where those stop.
Integration users, premium connectors, and API request limits all carry licensing rules. We list them during the review, so costs don't surprise you after launch.
We build outside Dynamics or through supported extensions, not by changing standard objects. Microsoft's release waves then have far less to break.
Every connection signs in through its own app registration in Microsoft Entra ID, scoped to the data it uses. Removing one integration leaves the others running.
We walk your Dynamics admins through each flow, its alerts, and its runbook. They can pause, retry, or change an integration without calling us.
Apps, connectors, Logic Apps, and code live in your Microsoft tenant and your repositories. Changing partners later doesn't mean rebuilding.

Good fit
Business Central companies selling online
Your company sells on BigCommerce or Magento, and you need a Dynamics 365 Business Central integration that posts web orders without retyping.
Finance and sales on separate apps
You want to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance with Dynamics 365 Sales, so quotes become orders and invoices without a second entry.
Marketing teams on HubSpot
Your marketing runs on HubSpot while sales and finance live in Dynamics 365, and you want a Dynamics 365 CRM integration both teams trust.
Suppliers with retail EDI partners
Your retail partners require EDI, and you need a Dynamics 365 EDI integration that posts their orders to Business Central or Finance.
Groups running SAP and Dynamics
Your group runs SAP at headquarters and Dynamics 365 in subsidiaries, and you need a Dynamics 365 SAP integration for intercompany orders.
Not a fit
Shopify and Business Central
Your store runs on Shopify and only needs Business Central. Our Shopify Business Central Integration page covers Microsoft's built-in connector and its gaps.
Still choosing an ERP
You're still choosing between Dynamics 365 and other ERPs, or you run several. Our ERP Integration Services page covers that broader decision.
Dynamics implementation
You need Dynamics 365 itself set up: modules, posting groups, and security roles. That's an implementation partner's work, and we'll tell you before we quote.
Budget under $1,100
Your budget is under $1,100, and a standard connector from AppSource or HubSpot covers the flow. Setting it up yourself is usually enough.

Dynamics 365 integration services with DeveloperLook start at $1,100 for one supported connector, such as HubSpot's, SharePoint, or an AppSource app, tested in a sandbox. Custom two-way syncs on the Business Central API or Dataverse start at $3,450, and programs of up to 4 systems start at $7,600. Microsoft and app licenses stay separate.
One connector takes 2 to 4 weeks, including tests in a sandbox environment. Custom syncs take 4 to 8 weeks, and programs with dual-write or EDI take 6 to 12 weeks. Your team's time for testing usually sets the pace, so we book testers before the build starts.
You use a marketplace app or a custom sync for the ERP side. HubSpot's native Dynamics 365 connector syncs CRM records such as contacts, companies, and deals, and its documentation doesn't name Business Central or Finance. For those, we sync through the Business Central API or Finance and Operations data entities instead.
You use a third-party HubSpot marketplace app built for Business Central, or a custom sync on the Business Central API. Companies and contacts usually flow from HubSpot, while invoices and payment status flow back from Business Central. We pick the route by volume and custom fields, then test it in a sandbox company.
Power BI reads Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service data through its Dataverse connector. Business Central has its own Power BI connector and ready-made Power BI apps on AppSource. We set up the connection, permissions, and refresh schedules, so reports read Dynamics data directly instead of yesterday's exports.
You turn on server-based SharePoint integration in the Power Platform admin center, under the environment's document management settings. Then you choose which tables store documents in SharePoint. The switch can't be reversed to client-based integration, so we confirm folder structure and permissions before enabling it.
Through a partner connector or a custom build, since Microsoft's built-in store connector covers Shopify, not BigCommerce. Partner apps on the BigCommerce marketplace sync orders, items, prices, and stock. When their rules don't fit, we build on the BigCommerce API and the Business Central API with webhooks on both sides.
You use a partner connector from AppSource or a custom sync, because Microsoft doesn't ship a Magento connector for Business Central. Orders, customers, items, and stock levels are the usual flows. For Adobe Commerce stores with complex pricing, a custom build on both APIs can fit better than a packaged connector.
Business Central has no built-in X12 EDI, so EDI runs through an AppSource app or an EDI provider. Apps such as SPS Commerce's translate partner documents and create sales orders, shipments, and invoices in Business Central. We connect the app or provider, map each partner's documents, and run partner tests before go-live.
Finance and Operations also lacks built-in X12 EDI, and Microsoft's own training points to EDI modules on AppSource. The module or an EDI provider exchanges documents with partners, then posts them through data entities. We set up the module, map documents to entities, and test with each trading partner.
