The Problem
It happens right after the treatment plan. The number lands, the patient goes quiet, and financing comes up only after they've decided to wait.
01 · Price shock
A patient sees the implant cost range and closes the tab.
Lender buttons and calculators sit next to the price on each treatment page.
02 · Late mention
Financing comes up only after the patient says they need to think.
Patients check whether they prequalify before the consult, often without a hard credit check.
03 · Unused buttons
Free website buttons sit unused in your provider account.
Each lender's approved buttons and custom links go live on your site.
04 · Unknown applications
Nobody knows how many patients even tried to apply.
Reports show which pages start applications, with no health details in ad tools.
A patient reads your implant page at night, sees the cost range, and closes the tab. Nothing on the page says they could pay monthly. At the consult, your coordinator mentions financing only after the patient has said they need to think. Free website buttons sit unused in your provider account. And nobody knows how many patients even tried to apply.
We start with the lenders you already use or want to add. Their approved buttons, custom links, and calculators go on each treatment page, next to the price. Patients check whether they prequalify before the consult, often without a hard credit check. Your reports show which pages start applications. Financing comes up before the price does, not after the patient walks out.
Prequalify from any treatment page
Lender buttons and custom links let patients check their options before they call.
Lender-approved wording only
Payment examples come from each lender's own tools, so disclosure rules stay intact.
Applications counted by page
You see which treatment pages start applications, with no health details in ad tools.
Our Financing Setup Process
You approve the lender placement, the wording, and every tested link before launch. Your coordinator sees the flow before patients do.
We start with a free call about your treatments, current lenders, and consult process. You get a lender-by-page plan, a list of the assets each lender provides, and a fixed-price proposal.
What's Included
Everything patients need to plan payments before the consult, built from each lender's approved assets and tracked page by page.
Compare Options
A lender's free kit costs nothing, and front desk financing works for patients already in the chair. Here is where each one stops helping.

Projects We've Built
Medical websites and finance platforms from our portfolio. Financing pages need both: clear treatment content and careful handling of money questions.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites and payment features for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
These habits come from building payment and healthcare features for clients. They keep lender rules intact and your patients' details private.
Financing ads carry legal disclosure rules, so we use each lender's approved calculators and copy. We don't invent rates or monthly amounts for your pages.
Patients decide while they read the cost, so the options sit right beside it. The front desk shouldn't be the first place a patient hears about payment plans.
We count application clicks without sending treatment details to ad platforms. A financing click on an implant page stays a number in your report.
A custom link tied to the wrong merchant ID sends applications elsewhere. We test each button before launch and again after any lender change.
If one lender's free kit covers you, we'll tell you before we quote. Some practices only need a button and a clearer financing page.
Merchant accounts and lender agreements stay between you and the lender. We handle the website side, and your site files stay in your name.
Overview
DeveloperLook sets up patient financing on medical and dental websites through the lenders you choose, such as CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, or Proceed Finance. We add prequalify buttons, lender calculators, and a financing page for every treatment. Setups start at $450, most go live in 1 to 6 weeks, and all lending terms stay with your lender.

Good fit
Implant and cosmetic dental practices
You present large treatment plans. Patients hear the total, go quiet, and say they need to think about it.
Med spas and elective clinics
Your clinic sells cash-pay treatments, and financing only comes up once a patient is already at the front desk.
Practices already enrolled with a lender
You signed up with CareCredit or Cherry, but your website still has no apply button or payment calculator.
Groups comparing lenders across offices
You're choosing between lenders and want every office's website to show the same options, with applications tracked by location.
Agencies and web studios
You sell websites to clinics and want patient financing services you can offer under your own brand.
Not a fit
Lending decisions or advice
You want someone to set rates, approve patients, or give lending advice. That's your lender's job, and we only build the website side.
Checkout pay-later options
You sell products online and need pay-later options at checkout. Our Buy Now Pay Later Integration service covers Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm.
New site comes first
You need a new site before adding financing. Our Dental Website Design service builds the site with treatment pages ready for payment options.
Budget under $450
Your budget is under $450. Most lenders give enrolled providers free buttons and a custom link your team can paste in.

Setups start at $450 for one lender's buttons, custom link, and calculator on your treatment pages. The Two-Lender Setup costs $1,250 and adds a second lender and a consult handoff. Financing inside consult booking across offices starts at $2,900. Lender fees are separate and set in your merchant agreement.
Most setups take 1 to 6 weeks. One lender on your treatment pages takes about 1 week. Two lenders with a consult handoff take 2 to 3, and multi-office flows take 4 to 6. Lender enrollment is the usual wait, so start that paperwork early.
It helps patients say yes by turning a large bill into a monthly amount they can plan around. It works best when financing appears on the treatment page and at the consult, not only at checkout. Your own numbers tell the story, so we measure applications and your acceptance rate before and after launch.
Four options practices often compare are CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, and Proceed Finance. CareCredit is a health credit card with a free prequalify link for enrolled providers. Cherry works through an application link unique to your practice. Sunbit runs at the front desk on its own iPad, and Proceed Finance offers longer-term loans for larger cases.
We connect them, and we don't lend money or set terms. DeveloperLook builds the website side: buttons, calculators, pages, and tracking. Approval, rates, fees, and repayment stay between the patient, your practice, and the lender you choose. That keeps lending decisions with lenders and our work focused on your site.
They reduce price shock by showing payment options before the total comes up. Put a prequalify button and a lender calculator on each treatment page. Mention financing on the consult form, and train your coordinator to raise it early. Dental patient financing and medical payment plans work the same way: patients plan first, then book.
We embed each lender's own calculator code and custom link on the procedure page, next to the price and the consult button. CareCredit, for example, gives enrolled providers calculator code and buttons in its provider portal. We keep each lender's wording intact and test every link with your merchant ID before launch.
Yes, by tracking clicks on apply buttons as simple events tied to the page, not the person. We send no names, treatment details, or form answers to ad platforms. The application itself happens on the lender's own site or device, so credit details don't touch your website at all.
Non-recourse financing means the lender pays your practice and carries the risk if the patient stops paying. You keep the payment, and the lender collects directly from the patient. With recourse programs, some losses can come back to the practice. Check your merchant agreement, since terms differ by lender and program.
Changing lenders is a content swap, not a rebuild. We replace the buttons, links, and calculators, update the financing page, and retest each page. Swaps during your support window are included, and after that you can book one as a small project. Your lender accounts stay yours throughout.
