The Problem
It shows up on higher-priced items. Shoppers reach the payment step, see one big total, and leave to think it over. Some don't come back.
01 · Price shock
Checkout wants the full price now, and the shopper stops.
Big tickets get monthly financing, and mid-range carts get split payments.
02 · Dead badges
An old app's badge stays while its checkout option vanished.
Providers get matched to your prices, markets, and platform before setup.
03 · Stacked offers
A second provider stacks two offers under every product.
Shoppers see one clear installment message instead of competing badges.
04 · Refund gaps
A partial refund that misses the provider keeps charging your customer.
Full and partial refunds get tested on every provider before launch.
A shopper adds a $480 jacket to the cart and stops at the payment step. They'd happily pay $120 today, but your checkout wants all $480 now. Or a pay-later app you installed last year still shows its badge under your prices, while its checkout option has quietly disappeared. Add a second provider, and every product shows two stacked offers. Refunds are the hidden risk: if a partial refund doesn't reach the provider, your customer keeps paying for an item they returned.
We start with your prices, markets, and platform, because they decide which providers approve your shoppers. Then we set up the ones that fit, show one installment price per product, and test full and partial refunds on every provider. You get options matched to what you sell, not a row of badges that confuse buyers.
Providers matched to your prices
Monthly financing suits big tickets and four-payment plans suit mid-range carts, so we match providers to your catalog.
One message per product
Shoppers see one clear installment price instead of three competing badges under every product.
Refunds checked on every provider
Full and partial refunds reach the provider, so a returned item stops the customer's payments.
Our BNPL Integration Process
You see which providers fit and why, where each message sits, and every test result before shoppers see anything new.
We compare the five main options against your order values, platform, and countries. You get a short recommendation and a fixed quote, or a note that one free setting already covers you.
What's Included
Every project covers the comparison, merchant account help, checkout and messaging setup, refund tests, and a handover your team can run alone.
Compare Options
Installing one app yourself costs nothing but time, and a freelancer can connect one too. The gaps show once you run two or more providers.

Projects We've Built
A selection of ecommerce stores we've built. Payment work goes faster when we already know how a store's checkout, theme, and apps fit together.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from ecommerce teams we have built checkouts, payments, and integrations for.
We were getting plenty of traffic, but far too many people were leaving at checkout. The buying process had simply become too complicated. The team took the time to understand where customers were dropping off, then rebuilt the checkout flow and cleaned up the shopping experience. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t just make the store look better, they actually solved the problems that were costing us sales. The whole store feels faster, simpler, and much easier to buy from now. Exactly what we needed.
We had a different kind of problem. People were visiting the store, adding products to their carts, and then disappearing before they finished the order. We had tried a few apps and made changes here and there, but nothing really seemed to solve the bigger issue. The team went through the shopping experience with us and pointed out things we hadn't really noticed ourselves. They cleaned up the cart and checkout flow, made the mobile experience much smoother, and helped us make the store feel easier to shop. I’m not going to pretend we fixed everything overnight, but it finally feels like the store is helping the sale instead of getting in the way of it.
Our old store was making it way too difficult for people to find products. We had a large catalogue, but the search, filters, and mobile navigation were frustrating customers. The team completely changed how the store handled product discovery and made the experience much easier to use on mobile. I was especially impressed by how much thought went into the customer journey rather than just the visual design. They understood what we were trying to achieve and turned it into a store that actually feels built for our customers. We’re genuinely proud of the result.

Work Culture
Installment options sit where a shopper decides whether to buy at all. These are the habits we bring to every setup, from one app to four.
Every provider has its own order limits and plan lengths. We compare them with your real prices before recommending one, so the pick fits your catalog.
Three stacked badges under a price read as noise and slow the page. We show one installment price per product, picked by that product's price.
On Shopify, Shop Pay Installments runs through Shopify Payments and keeps buyers in your checkout. We check it first and add other providers only to cover a gap.
A refund in your admin has to reach the provider, or your customer keeps paying for a returned item. We test full and partial refunds before launch.
If one provider's free app already covers your prices, we'll say so and show you the setting. You won't pay us for a toggle.
Every merchant account, app, and payout belongs to your business. We don't keep your provider logins after handover, so you can switch providers any time.

Good fit
Shopify stores choosing a first provider
You know shoppers want to split payments, but every provider promises the same lift, and you can't tell which one fits.
Stores selling across wide price ranges
Your catalog runs from $40 accessories to $2,000 sofas, and one provider rarely serves both ends of that range well.
WooCommerce stores adding installments
Your WooCommerce buy now pay later options sit in WooPayments and separate plugins, and they must work in the Checkout block.
Stores whose apps now overlap
You added two providers over time, and now product pages show stacked badges while one checkout option stopped appearing.
Agencies with client BNPL requests
Your clients want installment options, and you need a partner who sets them up and tests refunds under your brand.
Not a fit
Provider already picked
You've already picked one provider and just need it set up. Our Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and Sezzle integration pages cover that for less.
Wallet buttons instead
You want Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal buttons rather than installments. Our Digital Wallet and Express Checkout Integration service covers those.
Mostly subscriptions
Most of your sales are subscriptions, which Shopify's installment option and WooPayments' pay-later methods don't accept. Our Recurring Billing Integration service fits better.
Shopify's free option
You're on Shopify Payments in the US, Canada, or UK and only need Shopify's installment option. It's free to switch on, so our $600 project is more than you need.

Share store access, the client's price range, markets, and their launch deadline.
You get the provider recommendation, a fixed price, and a delivery date first.
We set up and test each provider, then hand over notes under your brand.
We stay invisible to your client, from the first call to handover.
One fixed price per store and a launch date agreed up front.
Installment providers, refunds, and payout checks handled without hand-holding.
Send one client store or a queue of stores at the same time.
The Right Technology for Your Project

Each provider charges you a percentage of the order plus a fixed fee, set in your merchant agreement. Rates vary by market, category, and plan length. Stripe's guide to Klarna lists US rates from 3.29% to 5.99% plus 30 cents. Our setup is a separate one-time fee, from $600.
One provider usually goes live in about a week, mostly spent on merchant approval and refund tests. Two providers take 1 to 2 weeks, and up to four providers or a second storefront take 2 to 3 weeks. We start the approval paperwork on day one.
The best provider is the one that approves your shoppers at your prices and in your markets. Affirm finances purchases up to $30,000, Afterpay and Sezzle focus on four payments over six weeks, and Klarna covers many European markets. We compare them against your real orders.
Yes, you can run two or more providers side by side, and each appears as its own checkout option. Shopify lists apps from Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and Sezzle beside its own installment option. We show one message per product, chosen by its price, so pages stay clean.
The provider pays you the order total, less its fee, and collects the installments from your shopper. Shop Pay Installments, for example, pays out within 1 to 3 business days after you capture payment. If a shopper misses a payment, the provider chases it, not you.
Shopify gives you two routes. Its own installment option switches on in your Shopify Payments settings, and providers such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Sezzle install as payment apps. Each app needs an approved merchant account, and product page messaging is set up separately, which we handle.
You set up BNPL on Shopify in five steps: apply, install the app, connect your merchant ID, add messaging, and test a refund. Approval is the slow part and sits with the provider. On Afterpay's app, keep test mode off on a live store: Afterpay's docs say the integration fails.
Yes, Shop Pay Installments (often searched as Shopify installments) runs next to other BNPL apps, and shoppers pick one at checkout. It's the buy now pay later Shopify built with Affirm, so it needs Shopify Payments and Shop Pay turned on. It can't be used for gift cards or subscriptions.
BNPL can raise order value on items where the full price is the objection, because shoppers weigh a smaller first payment. We don't promise a number, since it depends on your prices and customers. Every plan includes a report that splits order value by payment method.
Not in every case: Shopify's own option and most provider apps switch on without code. You need help when messaging must fit your theme, providers overlap, or you run a WooCommerce Afterpay setup through its plugin or WooPayments. On the free review, we'll say if the free route covers you.
