The Problem
It shows up in your reports. Vagaro knows who booked, but your analytics can't tell which pages or ads produced those bookings.
The widget opens in colors your brand doesn't use.
Analytics records the page view but not the booking.
Nobody asks clients for a Google review.
Your bank feed counts deposits a second time.
A client finds your salon through a Google ad, taps Book Now, and gets a widget in colors your brand doesn't use. They add a cut and a gloss and book. Your analytics records a page view and nothing else, so your ad looks like it failed. Nobody asks for a Google review after the visit. And at month-end, you match deposits to QuickBooks by hand while your bank feed counts them twice.
We set Vagaro's button theme and widget type to match.
A listener sends Vagaro's booking events to GA4 as conversions.
Checkout webhooks send every client the same review request.
We map Vagaro's QuickBooks sync so deposits match payments.
We start by making the widget part of your site: styled, placed on the right pages, and listened to. Vagaro's widget reports each booking step to your page, so GA4 records real bookings by source. With Vagaro's webhooks on, your checkouts trigger review requests and CRM updates. Your QuickBooks sync gets mapped so deposits count once, instead of guesswork at month-end.
Widget styled to your brand
Button colors, widget type, and placement chosen so booking feels like part of your pages.
Every booking step tracked
Vagaro's widget events feed GA4, so ads and pages get credit for real bookings.
Checkouts trigger follow-up
Webhooks start review requests, CRM updates, and bookkeeping without anyone copying data.
Our Vagaro Integration Process
You see each piece before launch: the widget design, the tracking events, and every webhook flow, tested with real bookings in your Vagaro account.
What's Included
Every plan fits Vagaro's widget to your site and tracks bookings. Webhook plans add review requests, CRM updates, QuickBooks mapping, and a client portal.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built booking sites and integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
A booking you can't trace or a deposit counted twice costs real money. These habits keep Vagaro and your site telling one story.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds Vagaro integrations for salons and spas that want online booking to match their site and report back. We style and place the booking widget, send each booking step to GA4, and connect webhooks to reviews, your CRM, and QuickBooks. Projects start at $500 and take 1 to 8 weeks, with every setting documented for you.
Your new website looks polished until someone taps Book Now and a widget in different colors takes over.
Your guests book a massage, a facial, and a scalp treatment together, each with the right therapist.
You run several locations on Vagaro, and stylists who split their week get booked into their days off.
You match Vagaro deposits to QuickBooks by hand each month and need the Vagaro QuickBooks integration set up right.
Your agency builds salon sites and needs Vagaro API integration work delivered under your name.
Your budget is under $500. Vagaro's own widget link covers basic booking on your current pages, as our review will confirm.
Your salon runs on Boulevard, not Vagaro. Our Boulevard Salon Software Integration page covers its overlay and Client API.
You need a complete new salon website. Our Hair Salon Website Design page covers menus, stylist pages, and portfolios.
You want your own booking engine instead of Vagaro's widget. Vagaro's API has no call for creating appointments yet.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on locations, tracking depth, and which webhook flows you need, and you get a fixed proposal after a free booking review.

$500
For salons adding review requests, CRM updates, and QuickBooks mapping through Vagaro's webhooks.
$1,550
For multi-location groups that want a client area, availability search, and source reports.
$3,200
For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the Vagaro setup behind the salon sites you design: widgets, GA4 events, webhooks, and QuickBooks mapping. Your client gets bookings they can trace.
Share the design, the client's Vagaro locations, and what they want tracked.
We choose the widget setup and webhook flows, then send dates.
We build, test with real bookings, and write the handover in your name.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We connect Vagaro's widget events, webhooks, and read-only APIs to your site and tools, with signed calls and logs your team can check.

Vagaro integrations start at $500 for a styled, tracked booking widget on your site. Webhook automations for reviews, CRM updates, and QuickBooks start at $1,550, and custom web portals start at $3,200. Vagaro bills its APIs and Webhooks feature separately each month. You get a fixed quote after a free review.
A widget setup takes 1 to 2 weeks. Webhook automation takes 3 to 5 weeks, and portals take 6 to 8. Vagaro can take up to seven business days to switch on its APIs and Webhooks feature, so you request it with us in week one.
You embed Vagaro's widget inline, then design your page around it. Vagaro lets you set the button color and choose which offerings each widget shows, so we build one widget per location or stylist. Inline embeds also report booking events to your page, and your fonts and photos carry the brand.
Vagaro's booking page already lets your clients add up to six services and pick a staff member for each. The services run back-to-back on one day, so we check your durations and link popular combinations from your menu pages. Clients sign in with a Vagaro customer account first.
Vagaro's Google Calendar sync turns busy events in a provider's calendar into blocked time, so online clients can't book over them. Each Google Calendar links to one Vagaro business at a time, so we map every provider's hours per location first. Vagaro's API can also update working hours from a central rota.
A Vagaro webhook fires after each checkout, and your flow emails the client, or texts those who opted in, your Google review link. Every client gets the same request, because Google bans asking only happy customers and paying for reviews. Vagaro's points for reviews apply to its own listing, not Google.
A Vagaro API integration can search availability, read appointments and customers, and update employee hours and locations. Vagaro's API reference lists no call for creating appointments, so your bookings still run through the widget. Webhooks need a paid, non-trial account that uses Vagaro's card processing.
Vagaro's QuickBooks Online sync posts the previous day's sales, taxes, tips, and refunds at 2 AM local time. You choose whether deposits sync before or after card fees. If your bank feed also imports those deposits, match each to the synced payment so revenue isn't counted again. The sync backfills only two months.
Yes, a portal in your brand can list a client's upcoming visits by reading appointments from Vagaro's API. Your portal handles its own sign-in and matches each client to their Vagaro customer record. Rebooking and changes still open Vagaro's widget, since the API can't create appointments yet.
You do: your Vagaro account, webhook secrets, code, and hosting stay under your logins. Every plan includes 30 to 90 days of support. Your handover guide lists each widget, GA4 event, webhook, and QuickBooks setting, so anyone on your team can maintain the whole setup.
