The Problem
It shows up after the first experiments work. People like the answers, but every task still starts by copying records out of Shopify, HubSpot, or a spreadsheet and pasting results back.
Copy-paste
Staff paste CRM notes and orders into a Claude chat tab.
Copy-paste
Records flow from HubSpot, Zoho, or Shopify straight to the model and back.
Lock-in
Prompts are hard-coded to one provider's request format.
Lock-in
One server translates your prompts, so either provider runs them unchanged.
Loose keys
An API key sits in a spreadsheet or a browser script.
Loose keys
Keys live on your server or in protected script properties, out of shared files.
Surprise bills
Nobody sees which team or tool runs up the usage.
Surprise bills
Each request is logged with its tool, provider, and cost, with caps per team.
Your team uses Claude for writing and Gemini inside Google Workspace, but neither touches the tools where the work lives. Someone copies Shopify orders into a chat tab to draft customer replies. Sales pastes HubSpot notes into Claude before every call. A contractor put an API key inside a Google Sheets script that half the office can open. Each experiment is hard-coded to one provider, so trying the other model means a rewrite. And nobody knows which team is running up the usage.
We start with the tasks people already do in chat tabs and the tools those tasks come from. Then we connect Claude and Gemini to those tools through one small server you own. Keys stay out of shared files, the same prompts run on either model, and write-backs wait for confirmation. Every request is logged with its cost. Your team stops copying and pasting, and switching providers takes a setting instead of a rebuild.
Claude and Gemini side by side
The same prompts and test cases run on both models, so you pick by results.
Inside the tools you run
Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and n8n connect through their official APIs.
Usage you can see
Every request is logged with its provider and cost, with caps for each tool and team.
Our Claude and Gemini API Integration Process
You approve the tasks, the facts each model may use, and anything it may write back. Both models face the same test cases before your team or customers see the result.
We look at the tasks your team does in Claude or Gemini today and the tools those tasks start in. You get an honest view of what to connect first, which provider to test, and a fixed price.
What's Included
Everything needed to run both models inside your business: the server that holds your keys, the tool connections, shared instructions, model tests, and logs that show cost.
Compare Options
A built-in connector suits staff chatting with their own data, and a freelancer suits one small script. Here is how a custom Claude AI API integration compares once several tools are involved.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Built-in connector | Freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | Inside your tools and customer channels | Inside one person's chat window | Usually one script or flow |
| Models | Claude and Gemini, swappable | One vendor's assistant | Whichever model they know |
| Customer-facing use | Website, WhatsApp, and store flows | Built for staff use | Possible, case by case |
| Key security | Keys held on your server | Handled by the vendor | Varies by developer |
| Write-backs | Confirmed before anything changes | Approval settings per connector | Often added later |
| Setup speed | One tool live in 2 to 3 weeks | Minutes to connect | Days for one script |
| Cost | From $800, fixed scope | Included with some paid seats | Lower hourly rate |
| Ownership | Code, prompts, and logs are yours | Tied to the vendor's product | Yours if the contract says so |
Projects We've Built
Stores, booking platforms, and business sites we designed and built: the kind of systems a Claude or Gemini integration reads from and writes to. Product examples, not AI builds.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built apps, platforms, and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Teams usually come to us after a quick experiment with one model worked. They stay because both providers run behind one server they own, with keys protected and every cost visible.
Your Claude and Gemini calls go through one small server you own. The same prompts and tests run on both, so switching is a setting, not a rewrite.
API keys live on your server or in Apps Script properties, not in browser code or a shared sheet. A copied page or file can't run up your bill.
Meta restricts general-purpose AI chat on the WhatsApp Business Platform, so your assistant sticks to your products and bookings. Shopify, HubSpot, and Zoho rate limits shape the design too.
If HubSpot's Claude connector or Gemini in Google Workspace already covers how your staff work, we'll tell you before we quote. Custom work pays off once automations run.
Every request is logged with its provider, tool, and token cost. Caching and batch jobs lower the bill on repeated or bulk work, and the logs show it.
The Anthropic and Google accounts, the server, and the code are in your name. You can drop a provider or bring the work in-house without asking us.
Overview
DeveloperLook provides Claude API integration and Gemini API integration for tools you already run, such as Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and n8n. We build one server that holds your keys, run the same tests on both models, add confirmed write-backs, and log costs. Projects start at $800, and one tool goes live in 2 to 3 weeks.

Good fit
Shopify stores drafting product and order text
Your team copies orders and product data into a chat tab, and you want Claude drafting replies and descriptions from your Shopify data instead.
Sales teams working in Zoho CRM
Your sales team lives in Zoho CRM, and you want a Zoho CRM Anthropic Claude API integration that summarizes deals and drafts follow-ups.
Ops teams already running n8n
Your workflows run on n8n, and an n8n Claude API integration could sort, summarize, or draft inside flows you already maintain.
Google Workspace companies choosing Gemini
Your company runs on Google Workspace, so you want Gemini handling Sheets data and form replies under your own Google Cloud project.
Agencies fielding Claude and Gemini requests
Your clients ask for Claude or Gemini in their stores and CRMs, and you need a partner who builds it under your brand.
Not a fit
OpenAI models only
Your company has standardized on OpenAI and ChatGPT models. ChatGPT Integration Services covers that build with OpenAI's own API and terms.
Hosting decision still open
You still need to choose between vendor APIs, your own cloud, or self-hosted models. LLM Development Services covers that platform choice first.
Staff chat use only
Your staff only want Claude or Gemini to read CRM records or Workspace files while they chat. Built-in connectors on a paid seat may already cover that.
Budget under $800
Your budget is under $800, or one prebuilt n8n node already does the job. A workflow tweak may be enough, and we'll say so.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on which tools you link, any write-backs, and live voice, and you get a fixed proposal after a free discovery call.
For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We build the Claude and Gemini connections behind it: the server, the tool links, the instructions, the model tests, and the cost logs. Everything launches under your client's name, and you stay their contact.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the client's tools, the tasks to automate, and any provider preference.
You get side-by-side model scores, a connection plan, and a fixed price.
We ship it under the client's brand, then hand over keys, code, and docs.

The Right Technology for Your Project
We connect both providers through their official APIs and keep the routing, keys, and logs on a small server you control.

Claude API integration means connecting Anthropic's Claude models to your software, so drafting, sorting, and answering happen inside your tools. A small server sends each request with your instructions and data, then returns the reply. Claude is also sold through Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud's Vertex AI, which helps if your company already buys cloud there.
Google Gemini API integration works the same way: your server sends text, images, or audio to a Gemini model and receives the result. Smaller projects use a key from Google AI Studio, while companies on Google Cloud usually go through Vertex AI for billing and access controls. Gemini also has a Live API for real-time voice.
A Claude or Gemini API integration with us starts at $800 for one tool, such as Shopify, HubSpot, or a Google Sheet. Up to 3 tools with confirmed write-backs start at $2,300, and live voice or company-wide setups start at $5,100. Anthropic or Google bills model usage separately to your own account.
One tool usually goes live in 2 to 3 weeks, including side-by-side tests on both models. Several tools with write-backs take 4 to 8 weeks, and so do voice assistants on the Gemini Live API. Connecting a new WhatsApp number adds time for Meta's business verification.
Pick by results on your own tasks, not by brand. We run the same 30 test cases on both and compare quality, speed, and cost per 1,000 requests. Teams on Google Cloud often prefer Gemini for billing in one place. Many integrations keep both, with one model as the backup.
You connect them through a small app or server between the two. Shopify sends webhooks when orders or products change, the server asks Claude for a draft, and the Shopify Admin API saves the result for review. Typical drafts are product descriptions, order notes, and customer replies, and staff approve each one.
It's harder than a normal API call, but manageable. The Live API keeps a stateful WebSocket open, streams audio both ways, and lets users interrupt the model mid-answer. For browser or app clients, Google recommends short-lived ephemeral tokens instead of your API key. Most of the work is audio handling, session limits, and tests with real voices.
Use HubSpot's own Claude connector when staff want to look up or update CRM records from a Claude chat. Choose custom API integrations when the work runs without anyone chatting: scoring new leads, drafting follow-ups on a schedule, or writing summaries back with approval rules. Many teams end up using both.
Yes, within Meta's rules for AI on WhatsApp. A WhatsApp Business API Claude integration receives each message through the WhatsApp Cloud API, sends it to Claude with your approved facts, and posts the reply. The assistant answers about your products, orders, and bookings, and hands the chat to a person when it can't help.
You do. The Anthropic and Google accounts, the server, the prompts, and the code sit in your name from the first day. The 30 days after launch cover fixes and questions. Then you can edit instructions yourself, switch the default provider with one setting, or ask us for small updates.
