The Problem
It happens as you open more locations. Your website grows, but your trials, memberships, and schedules still funnel through one generic portal.
Trial forms land in an inbox and get retyped.
Every location opens the flagship's timetable.
Prospects quit when asked to type a card.
Staff check at the door who has paid.
A prospect finds your newest location on Google and taps Free Trial. Your form emails a shared inbox, where the lead waits to be typed into Glofox. Your schedule link opens the flagship's timetable. At checkout, they're asked for a card number on a phone screen, and they give up. And your door can't tell a paid member from a lapsed one.
Your forms post each trial to Glofox as a lead with consent.
Custom links show each club only its own classes.
Glofox's checkout collector offers wallets at Stripe locations.
Kisi checks Glofox membership at the reader before unlocking.
We start by giving each of your locations its own path into Glofox. Club-specific links show that club's classes and memberships, and your trial forms post straight to Glofox as leads. Memberships sell through Glofox's secure checkout, with wallets where Stripe processes payments. Your doors check Glofox through Kisi, instead of a list someone updates by hand.
A path per location
Each of your club pages links to its own Glofox schedule, memberships, and trial form.
Leads filed with consent
Your trial requests land in Glofox as leads, with email, text, and call consent recorded.
Wallet checkout for memberships
Your memberships and credit packs sell through Glofox's secure checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Our Glofox Integration Process
You approve how each location connects to Glofox, then watch your test leads, purchases, and check-ins land in your dashboard before launch.
What's Included
Every plan links each of your locations to the right Glofox schedule and captures trials. API plans add wallet checkout, webhooks, a member area, and door access.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built booking sites and integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
A lost trial or a paid member stuck at the door costs you revenue. These habits keep your data flowing into Glofox.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds Glofox integrations for multi-location gyms and boutique studios. We set up Glofox's web portal for each location and send your trial leads into Glofox with consent. Memberships sell through its secure checkout, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Projects start at $550 and take 1 to 8 weeks.
You run several clubs on Glofox gym software, and your site sends everyone to one portal.
Your free trial form emails the front desk, and someone on your team retypes each lead into Glofox.
Your prospects arrive from Instagram on their phones, and typing a card number on a small screen loses them.
You run staffed and unstaffed hours, and your members need an active Glofox membership to open the door.
Your agency builds sites for fitness brands and needs a Glofox API developer for leads, checkout, and webhooks.
Your budget is under $550. Glofox's own web portal behind a Book Now button is a fine start.
Your studio runs on Mindbody. Our Mindbody Website Integration Services page covers its widgets and Public API.
You need a new gym website first. Our Gym Website Design page covers tours, amenity pages, and memberships.
You want door hardware wired to Glofox by hand. Kisi, Glofox's access partner, installs the readers, and we connect the software.

For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the Glofox engineering behind the gym sites you design: location links, lead capture, checkout, and webhooks. Your client gets sign-ups that land in Glofox.
Share the design and each location's Glofox setup and membership list.
We pick portal links or API work and send a fixed quote.
We build, test at every location, and hand over docs as your team.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We use Glofox's web portal and REST API from a server, with signed webhooks, secure payment collectors, and logs your team can read.

Glofox integrations start at $550 for portal links and lead capture on each of your location pages. Custom join flows on the Glofox API start at $1,700, and multi-location platforms with a member area and webhooks start at $3,600. Your quote is fixed after a free location review.
Portal link setups take 1 to 2 weeks. Custom join flows take 3 to 5 weeks, and multi-location platforms take 6 to 8. ABC Fitness reviews your live API request, and most sandbox credentials arrive within two business days, so we file both requests in week one.
You give each location page its own Glofox portal link, filtered to that club's classes, courses, or memberships. On phones, the schedule switches to a list view. For one search across your clubs, an API build loads each location by its Branch ID and merges results on your server.
Your server posts each sign-up to Glofox's leads endpoint for that location, with email, text, and call consent as separate fields. The lead appears in Glofox with its status, ready for follow-up. To create full member accounts this way, registration must also be on in Glofox's web integration settings.
Glofox's checkout payment collector does, loaded as a secure iframe inside your join page. It takes Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, and direct debit for memberships, credit packs, and products. Wallets appear only when Stripe handles cards and direct debit at your location, and Glofox approves your domain first.
Glofox connects to Kisi, which checks membership status in Glofox whenever a fob, card, or phone reaches your reader. Paid members, and credit pack holders with a class in the next 59 minutes, get in, and each entry records attendance. The Kisi link is on Glofox's Boost and Elite plans, and Kisi confirms turnstile compatibility.
Yes, a superadmin on your Glofox account requests access in the ABC Fitness developer portal, first for sandbox, then for live. ABC Fitness reviews live requests before issuing keys. Webhooks are set up separately by email, and your key and token must stay on a server, not in browser code.
Live Glofox integrations can make 10 requests per second, with bursts up to 1,000, while sandbox allows 3. Your webhooks must answer within 1 second, and Glofox retries a failed event only three times. We cache schedules and queue webhook work, so traffic spikes stay inside those limits.
Partly, since a Glofox custom portal can show your members their classes, bookings, and remaining credits from the API. Members sign in with their Glofox details, which your server checks through Glofox's member login flow. Many gyms keep the standard portal for purchases and add this one for members.
You do: the API key, token, code, and hosting all sit in your accounts. Your plan includes 30 to 90 days of support. The handover guide covers your location links, lead fields, webhooks, and each location's Branch ID, so any developer can pick it up.
