The Problem
Most feed problems start inside the store. A missing GTIN, a variant without its own price, or a returns policy Google can't find is enough to keep products out of Shopping results.
01 · Identifiers
Products get disapproved for missing or invalid GTINs.
We add real GTINs and brands in your store, or mark custom items correctly.
02 · Variants
Every size and color shows as one product with one price.
Each variant gets its own ID, price, and image, grouped under one parent.
03 · Price mismatch
Google finds a different price on the page than in the feed.
We match feed prices, sale prices, and currency to what shoppers see.
04 · Policies
The account gets flagged because returns details are hard to find.
We check your returns, shipping, and contact pages before Google reviews the account.
You connected the Google channel app, synced your catalog, and waited for sales. Instead, Merchant Center shows a wall of red: missing GTINs, mismatched prices, images with promo text, and a warning about your returns policy. Your best sellers are disapproved while discontinued items stay live. The app's help page says to fix the data, but not where. Meanwhile, competitors with weaker products fill the Shopping results you should own.
We start with Merchant Center's own diagnostics and trace each error back to its source: a product field, a variant setting, a theme price, or a policy page. Then we fix the data in your store, so every future sync stays clean. Supplemental feeds cover what your platform can't hold, such as custom labels. Problems get fixed where they start, not hidden behind feed rules.
Data fixed in your store
GTINs, brands, and variant details corrected at the source, so the next sync stays clean.
Every disapproval traced
Each Merchant Center error matched to the exact field, page, or policy that causes it.
Labels your ads can use
Custom labels for margin, season, or best sellers, ready for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
Our Google Merchant Center and Product Feed Setup Process
You see which errors cost you the most products, approve the account settings and data changes, and get a feed your team can run after handover.
We read your Merchant Center diagnostics, or your store if you have no account yet, and sample your catalog. You get a ranked list of the errors that cost you the most products, plus the plan that fits.
What's Included
Account setup, store connection, product data fixes, supplemental feeds, and monitoring, scoped to your catalog size and the channels you sell on.
Compare Options
A platform's free Google app suits small, clean catalogs. Feed software suits teams with an in-house feed specialist. We fix the data, set up the feed, and hand it back.

Projects We've Built
Store builds with large, varied catalogs: hardware, furniture, and fashion. Product data like theirs is the raw material a shopping feed is built from.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built online stores and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Feed work is mostly careful data work. These habits keep your products approved long after we hand the feed back to your team.
We fix a missing GTIN in the product itself, not with a rule that hides it. Your next sync, app, or channel then starts from correct data.
Every fix follows Google's current product data specification and policies. You get the link to the rule behind each change, so nothing rests on rumor.
If Shopify's Google & YouTube app or Google for WooCommerce already covers your catalog, we'll tell you before we quote. Some stores only need a few field fixes.
Google reviews your returns, shipping, and contact pages, not only your products. We check them early, because an account warning blocks every product at once.
Merchant Center, Google Ads links, and feed files stay under your business login. We work as added users and step out when the project ends.
You get a fixed price and a written list of fixes before work starts. If the review uncovers more, you decide whether to add it.

Good fit
Shopify stores with disapproved products
Your Merchant Center lists hundreds of products as disapproved for missing GTINs, and reconnecting the Google & YouTube app hasn't changed a thing.
WooCommerce stores new to Google Shopping
You want your WooCommerce products in free listings and Shopping ads, but you've never set up a Google Merchant Center product feed before.
Catalogs with many sizes and colors
Your apparel or parts catalog has thousands of variants, and Google shows one price for every size or groups the wrong items together.
Brands selling in several countries
You sell in the US, UK, and Canada and need a Google Shopping product feed for each country, with the right currency and language.
Agencies running Shopping for clients
Your agency runs Shopping campaigns for several stores and needs product data feed management handled without hiring a feed specialist.
Not a fit
Need ads managed
You want someone to run and tune your Shopping campaigns every month. Our Google Ads for Shopify Stores team manages that, starting from a clean feed.
Instagram selling first
You mainly want products tagged on Instagram and Facebook. Our Instagram Shop Setup and Meta Catalog service builds that catalog and connects it.
Small, clean Shopify catalog
You sell a few dozen Shopify products with barcodes already filled in. Shopify's free Google & YouTube app may cover you without paid setup work.
Stock drifting across channels
Your real problem is stock levels drifting between Amazon, eBay, and your store. Our Multichannel Inventory Sync service fixes that at the inventory level.

FAQ
Straight answers on feed setup costs, Google Shopping feeds, Merchant Center accounts, and managing feeds for many stores.

Setup starts at $600 for one store in one country, with up to 500 products checked against Google's spec. Feed cleanup with GTIN and variant fixes, a supplemental feed, and a Microsoft feed costs $1,250. Multi-channel builds from your own database or PIM start at $2,200. You get a fixed price after a free feed review.
Most single-store setups are ready for Google's review in about 1 week. Cleanup projects and multi-channel builds take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how many products need fixing. Google then reviews your products and account on its own schedule, so we keep checking for errors during your plan's monitoring window.
A Google Shopping feed is a file or data connection that sends your product details to Merchant Center. Each product needs an ID, title, description, link, image link, availability, and price, plus brand and GTIN for most new items. Google uses that data for free listings, Shopping ads, and Performance Max, so one error can hide a product everywhere.
You create the account with a Google login, add your business details, then verify and claim your website. Next come shipping settings and a return policy, which Google checks against your site. We do this Google Merchant Center account setup for you as an added user, so the account stays in your name from day one.
Connect your store, then fix whatever the first review flags. On Shopify that usually means the Google & YouTube app, and on WooCommerce the Google for WooCommerce extension. Custom stores send a scheduled file or use the Merchant API. The connection is quick; most of the work is cleaning titles, identifiers, variants, and prices so products pass review.
In the stores we review, most disapprovals come from product data, not the feed tool. Common causes are invalid or missing GTINs, a page price that differs from the feed, images with promotional text, and missing policy details. Merchant Center diagnostics name the issue for each product, and we trace every one back to the store field behind it.
Agencies usually manage client feeds from a Merchant Center advanced account or through Merchant Center for Agencies, which Google rolled out in 2026. Each client keeps its own account, linked to the agency for access. As a product feed management company working white-label, we fix data and build feeds inside that structure, so your team keeps one view of every client.
Keep one clean product source and build each channel's feed from it with rules. Marketplaces and ad channels each have their own specification, so a title or category that works on Google may fail elsewhere. We map one source, usually your store or a PIM, to each channel's format. That is product data feed management without repeating the same fix in every channel.
No. Google sunset the Content API for Shopping on August 18, 2026, and replaced it with the Merchant API. Custom feeds and in-house scripts built on the old API need moving. We rebuild them on the Merchant API, or switch smaller catalogs to a scheduled file, which needs no code at all.
You do. The Merchant Center account, Google Ads links, supplemental feeds, and any feed scripts stay under your business login, and we work as added users. At handover you get notes on every rule, label, and data source. If new errors appear after your monitoring window ends, we can fix them as a small quoted job.
