The Problem
It's a copy problem. When a site keeps its own copy of rates and dates, it lags behind every change Guesty makes.
01 · Clashing bookings
A guest books your site, then Airbnb sells the same nights.
Reservations land in Guesty, which blocks the dates on every channel.
02 · Stale rates
Your site showed a rate PriceLabs had already raised.
Each checkout total comes from a fresh Guesty quote, coupons included.
03 · Lagging calendars
Your site builder copies calendars on a schedule and runs behind.
Guesty stays the only source of rates and dates.
04 · Card handling
Storing guest card details on your own server is a risk.
GuestyPay turns card details into a token before your server sees them.
A guest finds your beach house on your own website, picks the Fourth of July week, and pays. An hour later you see the same nights booked on Airbnb through Guesty. Now you're refunding a guest who chose you directly. Last month the site showed a nightly rate PriceLabs had already raised. Your site builder copies calendars on a schedule, so it runs a step behind Guesty.
We start by making Guesty the only source of rates and dates. Guesty's own booking pages can go on your site within days. For a custom design, we build search, quotes, and checkout on Guesty's Booking Engine API, so every price comes from a Guesty quote. Reservations land in Guesty, which blocks the dates everywhere, instead of a second calendar guessing.
Quotes priced by Guesty
Each checkout total comes from a fresh Guesty quote, with coupons applied.
Cards tokenized, not stored
GuestyPay's payment form turns card details into a token before your server sees anything.
Bookings block every channel
Reservations land in Guesty, which updates Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com from its calendar.
Our Guesty Integration Process
You approve the plan at each stage. You see the booking options, the payment flow, and the test reservations before a real guest books.
We review your Guesty listings, booking options, payment processor, and website, then send a path and a fixed quote. If Guesty's own engine or site builder already covers you, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Every plan puts Guesty booking on your site. Custom plans add your own search, quotes, and checkout, then webhooks and multi-unit logic.
Compare Options
Guesty's own tools launch fast and suit plenty of hosts. Here is where each option stops, so you can choose.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from hosts and teams we have built booking sites and integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
A mispriced night or a double booking costs more than the stay. These habits keep Guesty in charge and your checkout honest.
Every checkout total comes from a fresh Guesty quote, not rates copied onto your site. Coupons and PriceLabs changes appear once Guesty has them.
GuestyPay's payment form turns card details into a token before anything reaches your server. We make a new token per booking, because a reused token leaves the booking without a working payment method.
Guesty allows 5 booking requests per second and 3 token renewals a day. We cache tokens and listings, so a holiday rush doesn't lock your booking site out.
Multi-unit listings in Guesty sell by allotment, not by a single available flag. We test the count on your busiest dates, so the last unit isn't sold twice.
If Guesty's own tools cover your needs, we'll tell you on the first call. A custom frontend earns its cost when your brand needs it.
The booking site's code, hosting, and Guesty API credentials sit in accounts you control. If we part ways, a new developer picks up where we left off.

Good fit
Hosts outgrowing Guesty's hosted pages
Your Guesty booking pages work but don't look like your brand, so guests finish booking on Airbnb.
Managers with multi-unit buildings
You rent identical apartments as a Guesty multi-unit listing, and your site must stop at the last unit.
Teams adding a CRM or email flow
You want a Guesty Open API integration that sends each new reservation and guest to your CRM.
Portfolios on many booking channels
You rely on the Guesty channel manager integration for Airbnb and Vrbo, and your site must respect the same calendar.
Agencies building for rental managers
Your agency designs booking sites for Guesty customers and needs the API work built under your brand.
Not a fit
Long-term yearly leases
You manage long-term rentals on yearly leases. Our AppFolio Integration Services and Buildium Integration Services pages cover those platforms.
Hostaway, OwnerRez, or Lodgify
Your homes run on Hostaway, OwnerRez, or Lodgify. Our Direct Booking Website Development page covers booking engines on those systems.
Guesty pages suit you
Your budget is under $850, or Guesty's own booking pages already suit you. Keep it, and our free review will confirm that.
Brand-new rental site
You want a brand-new rental site with photos, guides, and local pages. Our Vacation Rental Website Design page covers the full site.

Share the design, the client's Guesty listings, and their booking option.
We pick embed or API and send a fixed price with dates.
We build, book test stays, and write the handover in your name.
We work as part of your team and stay off client calls.
Each client gets notes on booking options, tokens, and limits.
Senior developers build and review every Guesty checkout before launch.
Take on Guesty clients without learning its two APIs yourself.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We build on Guesty's Booking Engine API and Open API from a server, with cached tokens and logs your team can read.

Guesty integrations start at $850 for Guesty's own engine, embedded and styled on your site. Custom booking frontends on its Booking Engine API start at $2,700. Platforms that add multi-unit logic, webhooks, and CRM sync start at $5,600. You get a fixed quote after a free review of your Guesty setup.
An embed takes 1 to 2 weeks. A custom frontend on the booking API takes 4 to 6 weeks, and connected platforms take 7 to 10. Guesty activates the API booking source with the first test reservation, so early test bookings are built into the schedule.
You build it on Guesty's Booking Engine API, with the Open API for back-office data. The booking API handles search, calendars, quotes, and reservations. The Open API adds webhooks, guest records, and calendar updates for your CRM and reports. Both run on your server, with each token cached for its 24 hours.
Your site asks Guesty at the moment of search, so dates and prices come from Guesty's calendar. PriceLabs or Guesty's PriceOptimizer set the rates there. For multi-unit listings, availability follows the unit count Guesty holds for each night. Calendar and reservation webhooks tell the site when cached dates need a refresh.
Cards go through GuestyPay's payment form, which returns a token for the booking. Guesty's automations then send the rental agreement for the guest to sign electronically. Deposits run as Guesty security deposits or authorization holds, which last up to 7 days, or 5 on Visa cards.
A custom frontend gives you full control of design, content, and the booking steps. Guesty's pre-built engine and site builder are faster and cheaper, and plenty of hosts need nothing more. Custom pays off when your brand, local guides, or upsells don't fit Guesty's templates, or when data must reach other tools.
An embed is enough when Guesty's standard booking steps suit your guests. Guesty lets you run its engine as a standalone site or as a widget on your website. We style it, set up analytics in its settings, and check your policies and booking options.
Guesty's booking API allows 5 requests per second, 275 per minute, and 16,500 per hour. Tokens last 24 hours and can be renewed 3 times a day, and each account can create up to 5 applications. We cache tokens and listing data so traffic spikes stay inside those limits.
Yes, once the reservation is written into Guesty, its channel manager updates the connected channels. Guesty links Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com through direct API connections rather than slower iCal feeds. We test this on every plan by booking a test stay and checking each channel.
You do: the code, hosting, logs, and API credentials all sit in your accounts. Guesty shows a client secret only once, so it goes straight into your server settings. Every plan comes with 30 to 90 days of support, plus a handover guide covering tokens, limits, and webhooks.
