How your project runs
Teams we have built for:

The Problem
Most catalogs arrive as supplier spreadsheets built for a different system. Columns don't match, images sit in folders, and variants are spread across rows nobody can read.
01 ยท Messy columns
Supplier columns don't match your platform's product template.
We map every column to the template before anything gets uploaded.
02 ยท Split variants
Sizes and colors import as separate products instead of variants.
Options are cleaned into one format, so variants group under one product.
03 ยท Lost images
Image files arrive with names that match no product.
Images are renamed by SKU and attached to the right variant.
04 ยท Hand entry
Your team enters products by hand, one evening at a time.
One bulk upload loads the range, then every product gets checked.
Your supplier sent a spreadsheet with 600 rows, 40 columns, and sizes written three different ways. Images arrive as a zip file named IMG_0412. You try the CSV import and get an error on row 87, then your variants split into separate products. Someone on your team starts entering products by hand, one evening at a time. Two weeks later, the new range still isn't live, and the products that are live have mismatched titles and missing weights.
We start with a catalog review: your files, your platform, and what each product needs to sell. Then we build one master sheet, clean titles and options, match images to SKUs, and upload through the platform's own importer. Every product gets checked after import, and you keep the sheet for the next update. Your range goes live in days, not evenings.
One master sheet
Every supplier file merged into one clean sheet that you keep for future updates.
Images matched by SKU
Photos renamed, resized, and attached to the right product and variant before upload.
Checked after import
Every product reviewed on your store: price, variants, images, stock, and shipping weight.
Our Product Upload Process
You approve 10 sample products before the full upload, then check the finished catalog as drafts before anything is published to shoppers.
We look at your supplier files, image folders, and target platform, then count products and variants. You get a fixed quote, a list of missing data, and a sample of how your products will look.
What's Included
Every upload covers a catalog review, one master sheet, cleaned product data, matched images, the bulk upload itself, and a product-by-product check before anything goes live.
Compare Options
A product data entry service costs less per hour, and DIY import is free. Here's where each option fits as your catalog grows past a few dozen products.

| Variants | Grouped and tested | Depends on experience | A common source of errors |
| Images | Renamed and matched by SKU | Uploaded as received | Matched by hand |

Projects We've Built
Fashion, art, and hardware stores our team designed and built, with product pages that depend on clean variants, prices, and images.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built online stores and store features for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasnโt sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything weโve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didnโt want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. Iโve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
A catalog is the data your store sells from. These habits keep yours clean, consistent, and easy for your team to update after we hand it over.
If you have 20 products, Shopify's CSV template or the admin is enough, and we'll say so. Our work pays off when your catalog runs into the hundreds.
We upload 10 sample products and wait for your approval. Fixing a format on 10 products beats fixing it on 600 after the full import.
Importers skip rows they can't read and move on. We read every error report and fix the row, so no product goes missing quietly.
Your SKUs and barcodes link products to suppliers, apps, and marketplaces. We keep them exactly as issued and flag duplicates before upload.
Products load as drafts and stay hidden until you've checked them. Your shoppers don't see a half-loaded range or a product without photos.
You keep the master sheet and every file we built. Next season, your team adds rows and imports them without calling us.

Good fit
New stores with a supplier spreadsheet
You're launching a store, and your supplier sent a spreadsheet whose columns don't match your platform's product template at all.
Brands adding a new season's range
Your new season adds 200 products with sizes and colors, and your team can't spend two weeks entering them by hand.
Shopify sellers expanding to eBay
Your Shopify range needs to reach eBay too, and you want eBay product upload services that keep every SKU and price matched.
Dropshippers importing from AliExpress
You source from AliExpress suppliers, and your imported products still carry supplier titles, watermarked photos, and prices without your margin.
Agencies with a catalog-heavy launch
Your agency builds the store, but the client's 1,500 products need an ecommerce product upload partner working under your name.
Not a fit
Fewer than 25 products
You have fewer than 25 products and a free afternoon. Shopify's CSV template or adding products in the admin will do the job for less than $350.
Moving a whole store
You're moving a whole store, with customers and orders, from WooCommerce or Magento. Our Shopify Migration Services page covers that move, not just products.
Daily marketplace sync
You need stock and orders synced with Amazon every day, not a one-time upload. Our Shopify Amazon Integration service sets up that ongoing sync.
Specs need structured fields
Your real problem is specs and size guides that belong in structured fields. Our Shopify Metafields and Metaobjects Setup service models those first.

You get a missing-data list and a fixed quote to resell.

Catalog notes and handover guides go out under your agency's name.
Catalog work runs beside your theme build, not after it.
A price set by product count and the state of the data.

Shopify bulk product upload services with DeveloperLook start at $350 for up to 100 products on one platform. Up to 500 products with data cleanup, image work, and SEO fields start at $950. Up to 2,000 products with Amazon or eBay files start at $2,200. The state of your supplier data matters as much as the count.
Uploading 100 clean products to Shopify takes 3 to 5 business days, including the sample and the checks. 500 products with cleanup take 1 to 2 weeks. 2,000 products with Amazon or eBay files take 2 to 4 weeks. Most of the time goes into cleaning supplier data, since the import itself runs in minutes.
Download Shopify's product CSV template, fill one row per variant, and import it from the Products page in your admin. Keep the file under 15 MB, link images by public URL, and set new products to draft. Test 5 to 10 rows first, because a wrong handle or option column can split your variants into separate products.
Go to Products in your Shopify admin, click Add product, and fill in the title, description, media, price, and inventory. Add options such as size or color to create variants, pick a collection, and save. That works well for a handful of items. For a large range, a CSV file or an import app saves your team days.
Use a dropshipping app such as DSers to import AliExpress listings into Shopify and route orders back to the supplier. Then fix what the import brings in: supplier-style titles, watermarked or low-quality photos, and claims you can't back up. Set prices with your margin and shipping cost included before you publish anything.
Most stores use Shopify's Marketplace Connect app, which lists Shopify products on Amazon and syncs stock and orders. You need a Seller Central account, a GTIN such as a UPC for each product or an approved exemption, and category approval where Amazon requires it. Our Amazon product upload services prepare that data before anything syncs.
In Seller Central, open Add Products via Upload, download the template for your category, and fill one row per product or variation. Upload the file and read the processing report, because Amazon rejects rows with missing attributes or IDs. Parent and child rows build your variations, so size and color values must match exactly.
WooCommerce has a built-in CSV importer under Products, then Import. Map your columns to WooCommerce fields, link images by URL, and list variations as rows that point to their parent product. Run 10 products first: a misspelled attribute name creates a new attribute instead of filling the one your store already uses.
Install Shopify's free Digital Downloads app, create the product, and turn off the physical product setting so your buyers aren't charged shipping. Then attach the file in the app, and buyers get a download link after checkout. For courses, license keys, or very large files, a dedicated digital product app fits better.
Not from scratch. We clean and format the copy you or your supplier provide: consistent titles, specs moved into lists, units written one way, and obvious errors fixed. Catalog Build adds SEO titles and meta descriptions for each product. If you need fresh descriptions written for every item, we'll quote that separately.
