The Problem
It shows up when a gym adds Grow next to Core, or moves its website, and nobody decides which product owns leads, members, and money. Each app works alone, so staff fill the gaps.
Trial leads
Website trial leads land in Grow while coaches look in Core.
Trial leads
We map the lead-to-member handoff so trials show up where coaches check.
Bookkeeping
Monthly revenue gets retyped from a report into QuickBooks.
Bookkeeping
Transaction Details exports post to QuickBooks on a set monthly routine.
Old plugin
An outdated WordPress plugin shows a stale class schedule.
Old plugin
Live schedule and plan pages embed framed, so your site matches PushPress.
Pauses
Paused members keep getting messages meant for active members.
Pauses
Subscription events update email lists and partner tools the day they happen.
A trial lead fills in the form on your website on Friday night. On Monday, the coach looks for them in Core and finds nothing, because the form fed Grow. Someone copies them over by hand. Your bookkeeper downloads the Transaction Details report each month and retypes totals into QuickBooks. The old WordPress plugin still shows last season's schedule on your site. And when a member pauses, your email list and nutrition partner find out weeks later.
We start by deciding which PushPress product owns each record: Grow keeps leads and marketing, and Core keeps members, plans, and payments. Then each tool connects to the right side with its own key. Schedule and plan pages embed on your site. Subscription and check-in events trigger the follow-up through Zapier or the PushPress API. Your staff stop copying records, and your tools hear about a pause the day it happens.
Core or Grow, decided first
Each record gets one home, so leads and members don't sit half-copied in two apps.
One key per connection
Every connection uses its own API key, created under your account and listed in the runbook.
Status changes acted on
Activations, pauses, cancellations, and check-ins trigger follow-up in your other tools the same day.
Our PushPress Integration Services Process
You see what PushPress already connects natively before we build anything, approve which product owns each record, and watch a test member move through every link.
We look at which PushPress products you run, your website platform, and every tool that needs member or lead data. You get a short list of what PushPress already connects natively and what needs building.
What's Included
Schedules and plan pages on your site, Grow forms routed by source, zaps and webhooks on member events, a QuickBooks routine, and a tested handover.
Compare Options
PushPress's own integrations cover a lot, and a DIY zap is quick for one job. Here is where each fits, and where it stops once Core, Grow, and accounting need to agree.

Gym, yoga, and membership apps and websites we designed and built. None ran PushPress, but they show how we handle class booking, memberships, and member data.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built booking and membership software for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
We check PushPress's own integrations first, give every record one home, and leave a runbook your next manager can follow when a member pauses or a key changes.
We decide whether Grow or Core owns a record before wiring anything. Your coaches and front desk stop hunting through two apps for the same person.
We check PushPress's integrations page and App Store before writing code. If Google Calendar sync or the Zapier app already covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote.
API keys are created under your PushPress login and handed back with a list of what uses each one. When you rotate a key, you know which connection to update.
We plan for classes, waitlists, trials, and drop-ins, not generic contacts. Your integration matches how a CrossFit box or martial arts school really runs its week.
The runbook lists each zap, webhook, trigger, and the person it alerts. A new manager can read it and see what happens when a member pauses.
You get a fixed proposal after the free review, with the zap count and API work listed. If we find more work mid-build, we ask before adding it.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds PushPress API integrations for independent gyms and fitness studios. We embed schedules and plan pages on your site, route Grow leads and Core members, set up Zapier or webhooks, and post Transaction Details exports to QuickBooks. Projects start at $450 and take 1 to 5 weeks.

Good fit
CrossFit boxes running Core and Grow
Your leads live in Grow and your members live in Core, and a coach copies trial bookings between them by hand every Monday morning.
Gyms with an outdated WordPress plugin
Your website still runs the old PushPress WordPress integration plugin, and the class schedule visitors see no longer matches what Core shows.
Owners whose bookkeeper wants QuickBooks
Your bookkeeper downloads the Transaction Details report every month and retypes the totals into QuickBooks Online, line by line.
Gyms adding physio or nutrition care
You added a physio or nutrition partner and searched for a PushPress telehealth integration, but nothing like it appears on the integrations list.
Agencies building gym websites
You build websites for gym clients and need PushPress schedules, plan pages, and Grow forms embedded and tested before every launch.
Not a fit
Gym runs Zen Planner
Your gym runs Zen Planner, not PushPress. Our Zen Planner Integration page covers its member imports, website sign-ups, and accounting links.
Studio books on Glofox
Your studio books classes on ABC Glofox. Our Glofox Gym Software Integration page covers its booking widgets, API, and member data.
One simple zap
You need one zap, such as new people into Mailchimp. PushPress's Zapier app or its native Mailchimp link handles that, so start there before hiring anyone.
Need a new gym website
You need a whole new website more than connections. Our Gym Website Design page builds the site, and the PushPress embeds come with it.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on your PushPress products, connected tools, and API work, and you get a fixed proposal after a free discovery call.
For Agencies
You own the gym client and their website. We supply the PushPress side: schedule and plan embeds, Grow forms, Zapier zaps, and Platform API work, tested with a test member before launch. Your brand stays on the work.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the gym's PushPress products, website platform, and the tools that need member data.
We propose a fixed price, then build and test under your agency's name.
You get a white-label runbook and test notes to pass to your gym client.

PushPress integration services from DeveloperLook start at $450 for schedule and plan embeds, a Grow form, and up to 3 zaps. Core and Grow routing with a QuickBooks export routine starts at $1,300. A custom service on the Platform API with signed webhooks starts at $2,900. You get a fixed quote after a free review of your setup.
A PushPress API integration takes 3 to 5 weeks, including several days of testing with a test member. Website embeds and a few zaps take about 1 week. Core and Grow routing with a QuickBooks routine takes 2 to 3 weeks. The free review tells you which of these your gym needs before you pay for a build.
PushPress is gym management software for independent, class-based gyms such as CrossFit boxes, martial arts schools, and strength gyms. Core handles memberships, recurring billing through Stripe, class scheduling, check-in, waivers, and reports. Grow adds a CRM, lead forms, websites, and automated workflows. Most of our PushPress work connects these two products to each other and to the tools around them.
Neither is better for every gym, because they aim at different businesses. ABC Fitness positions ABC Ignite for traditional and high-volume gyms, and ABC Glofox for boutique studios up to multi-site brands. PushPress says it is built for independent gyms that run on classes, not franchise systems. Our Glofox Gym Software Integration page covers the ABC Glofox side.
Zapier is the main one: PushPress has a Zapier app with triggers for new and updated people, check-ins, and subscriptions activated, paused, or canceled. PushPress also lists native Slack and Mailchimp integrations, and Grow has its own workflow builder with a Custom Webhook action. Make and n8n aren't listed, but both can call the PushPress API with a key.
You connect Google Calendar from your profile in PushPress Core with the Google Sync option, then choose to sync classes, appointments, or both. Changes can take up to an hour to show. Tick the PushPress calendar in Google so its events appear. Because the sync starts from each user's profile, we check it for every coach during setup.
In PushPress Core, open Reports, then Financial, then the Details tab, and choose Transaction Details. Set a custom date range and refresh. The three-dot menu downloads the data as CSV, PDF, or Excel, and Export All Rows gets every line. Our QuickBooks routine starts from this export, mapped to your accounts and classes.
PushPress Core has four fixed roles, Admin, Front Desk, Coach, and Member, and only an Admin can change them. Open the person under People, go to Settings at the bottom of their profile, and use Change Role on the User Role card. Front Desk and Coach don't see financial reporting. The person logs out and back in for the change to apply.
Not for Core revenue: PushPress Core has no native QuickBooks connection, and Grow's QuickBooks link is built around contacts and review requests. Most gyms bring revenue into QuickBooks Online from the Transaction Details export. We map that export to your accounts, classes, and card fees, or post it through Zapier or code when your volume makes that worth it.
You do. API keys are created under your PushPress account, any code lives in your repository, and zaps sit in your own Zapier workspace. At handover you get a runbook listing each key, zap, and webhook with what it does. Your plan includes 14, 30, or 60 days of post-launch support, and ongoing help is available if you want it.
