The Problem
ServiceTitan runs your dispatch board, yet your website probably still emails form leads to the office. Someone retypes each one, and the campaign behind it gets lost.
Monday, 7:40 a.m.
We start with the path ServiceTitan supports for your account, and connect ServiceTitan to website forms, schedulers, and ads through it.
Scheduling Pro goes on every service page, so customers pick real time slots. Custom forms send bookings through the Bookings API with a provider tag and the campaign attached. Your CSRs confirm bookings on one screen. The weekend lead becomes a booked job by Monday morning, not a sticky note.
A scheduler on every page
Customers book from any service page, and each booking arrives with its job type and campaign.
Bookings instead of retyping
Custom forms post to ServiceTitan's Bookings API, so CSRs confirm a booking rather than rekey it.
Approved paths only
No shared app keys or admin logins: we follow the setup ServiceTitan approves for you.
Our ServiceTitan Integration Process
You see where web leads stall today, approve the path, and test bookings in the integration environment ServiceTitan provides. Nothing touches production until you sign off.
What's Included
Every plan covers your online booking and campaign tracking. Larger plans add forms that create bookings, price book data on the site, time slots that follow real capacity, and monitoring.
Compare Options
ServiceTitan's own scheduler suits many shops, and a certified Marketplace app may already cover your need. Here's how each option fits when web leads have to reach dispatch.

Projects We've Built
A construction company website, booking apps, and a SaaS platform from our portfolio: the scheduling, form, and data work behind a ServiceTitan booking integration.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built booking and integration work for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
ServiceTitan integrations touch your dispatch board, so small mistakes cost booked jobs. These habits keep the work approved, tested, and easy for your office to live with.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds ServiceTitan integrations for home service companies that want web leads booked, not retyped. Work covers Scheduling Pro setup, Bookings API forms with campaign tags, price book data on the site, and capacity-aware time slots, built only through paths ServiceTitan approves. Projects start at $700 and take 1 to 8 weeks.
You run ServiceTitan HVAC software across several trucks. Your CSRs still spend the first hour of each day retyping web leads into it.
Your ads bring in web leads, but they reach ServiceTitan without their campaign, so next month's budget is a guess.
Your maintenance members should book differently from first-time callers, and one generic scheduler on the site treats them the same.
You want flat-rate prices from your ServiceTitan price book on the site, without anyone keeping a second price list up to date.
Your agency builds sites for trades on ServiceTitan and needs booking work done through approved paths, not client admin logins.
You run Jobber, not ServiceTitan, and want forms and automations around it. Jobber Website Integration Services covers that setup.
Your team books and dispatches in Housecall Pro. Housecall Pro Website Integration Services is built around its booking button and API.
You only need the scheduler on one page and can paste a script. ServiceTitan's own install guide may be enough.
Your budget is under $700, or your website needs a rebuild first. Contractor Website Design covers the new site, scheduler included.

Send the client's ServiceTitan package, lead sources, forms, and booking goals.
We confirm the integration path and send a fixed price and a timeline.
We build in the integration environment, test with you, then move to production.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We work inside ServiceTitan's documented tools first, then add small, tested services on your own hosting when a custom app is approved.
FAQ
Straight answers on cost, timelines, online booking, price books, and ServiceTitan's access rules.
ServiceTitan integrations start at $700 for schedulers across your site with campaign tracking. Forms that post to the Bookings API start at $1,900, and price book or capacity syncs start at $4,200. Your price is fixed after the free audit, and app hosting bills to your account.
A custom ServiceTitan API integration takes 3 to 8 weeks once access is approved. A Scheduling Pro setup takes about 1 week. The wait owners don't expect is access: your admin contacts the integrations team at ServiceTitan, and customer-built apps need The Works or an enterprise package.
The integration works through three paths, used in this order. Scheduling Pro adds ServiceTitan's own scheduler to your pages with a script and a button. A certified Marketplace app covers common needs without code. When neither fits, a customer-built app on your hosting calls ServiceTitan's APIs with keys your admin issues.
Yes, website forms can create bookings in ServiceTitan through its Bookings API. Each booking carries a provider tag, so CSRs see it on the Bookings screen and know it came from the site. The built-in scheduler can also drop jobs on the Dispatch Board as unassigned, depending on how it's set.
We read services and prices from ServiceTitan's Pricebook API and load them into your calculator on a schedule. When your team changes a price in ServiceTitan, the site follows at the next sync. Only services you mark for the web appear, as ranges where a visit sets the price.
It syncs through ServiceTitan's Capacity API, which reports open hours as technician shifts minus booked work. Our booking page asks for capacity by business unit and date before it shows times. Customers see only slots your team can cover, and new shifts in ServiceTitan open new times on the site.
Yes, Scheduling Pro runs on any site that accepts a script, including WordPress, Webflow, and custom builds. ServiceTitan's install guide also covers Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and Duda. API work runs on a small server, so the builder doesn't matter. We allow both your www and non-www domains.
We prevent double bookings by checking ServiceTitan before anything is written. The booking page reads live capacity first. Forms look for an existing customer by phone and email, and each request carries an ID, so a retry can't create a second booking. Unclear cases wait on the Bookings screen for a CSR.
Anyone can read ServiceTitan's API docs in its developer portal, but building against them takes access. Customers get an integration environment, and production credentials come from your own ServiceTitan admin. ServiceTitan also asks customers to contact its integrations team before hiring an outside developer, and not to share app keys.
You own the integration, and we maintain it through your 30, 60, or 90 day support window. The code sits in your repository and runs on your hosting. After that, an optional care plan covers API version changes, ServiceTitan's limit of 600 calls per 10 seconds, and new forms.
