The Problem
It shows up once order volume outgrows manual entry: Shopify says one thing, NetSuite says another, and close week turns into line-by-line matching.
01 · Manual matching
Your controller matches deposits to orders line by line.
Payouts post as NetSuite deposits, with fees and refunds on their own lines.
02 · Missing refunds
A refund went missing, and gift cards landed as revenue.
Refunds, gift cards, and payouts each get their own mapping.
03 · Stock drift
A NetSuite stock transfer didn't update Shopify, so items oversold.
Items, prices, and stock belong to NetSuite, and Shopify follows.
04 · False green
Your connector showed green checkmarks the whole time.
A daily reconciliation flags any gap between the two systems.
It's the third day of month-end close. Your controller has Shopify's payout report in one window and NetSuite in the other, matching deposits to orders line by line. A refund from mid-month didn't reach NetSuite, and gift card sales landed as revenue. Meanwhile a stock transfer in NetSuite didn't update Shopify, so a best seller oversold over the weekend. Your connector showed green checkmarks the whole time.
We start by naming which system owns each record: items and stock in NetSuite, orders and customers from Shopify. Then we pick the route: Oracle's connector, Celigo, or a custom Shopify integration with NetSuite on SuiteTalk REST when your workflow breaks the templates. Refunds, gift cards, and payouts get their own mapping, and a daily reconciliation flags any gap. Your controller reviews exceptions instead of every line.
One owner for every record
Items, prices, and stock belong to NetSuite, while orders and customers start in Shopify.
Payouts that match deposits
Shopify payouts post as NetSuite deposits, with fees and refunds on their own lines.
Connector first, custom when needed
We set up Oracle's connector or Celigo when it fits and build only the gaps.
Our NetSuite Integration Process
Your team approves the record map and signs off on a test month of numbers before anything posts to your live NetSuite account.
We look at your NetSuite setup, subsidiaries, item records, and current connector, plus a month of Shopify orders. You get a plain answer on connector versus custom, with every gap listed.
What's Included
A record ownership map, order and customer posting, stock and fulfillment updates, refunds and payouts, error handling, and a reconciliation your controller trusts.
Compare Options
A connector app is the fastest start, and a NetSuite consultancy knows the ERP inside out. Here's where each fits and where a custom build earns its cost.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from ecommerce teams we have built ERP and back-office integrations for.
We had a different kind of problem. People were visiting the store, adding products to their carts, and then disappearing before they finished the order. We had tried a few apps and made changes here and there, but nothing really seemed to solve the bigger issue. The team went through the shopping experience with us and pointed out things we hadn't really noticed ourselves. They cleaned up the cart and checkout flow, made the mobile experience much smoother, and helped us make the store feel easier to shop. I’m not going to pretend we fixed everything overnight, but it finally feels like the store is helping the sale instead of getting in the way of it.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.

Work Culture
A NetSuite sync writes to your books, so small mistakes show up at audit time. These habits keep your revenue, stock, and deposits accurate.
A gift card sale isn't revenue until a customer redeems it, so we post it to a liability account. Your revenue stays accurate from the first sync.
NetSuite caps how many API requests an account can run at once, so our sync queues its writes. Your staff and other integrations keep working during busy hours.
Oracle removes SOAP web services in the 2028.2 release, so every new sync we build runs on SuiteTalk REST. You won't pay for a rebuild when the deadline hits.
Your controller compares a test month of totals before go-live. The integration launches when the numbers match, not when the code is done.
Oracle's connector or Celigo covers plenty of stores well. If yours fits, we'll tell you before we quote and set it up instead.
Scripts deploy to your NetSuite account and middleware runs in your cloud. Your team keeps every credential and can hand the code to any developer.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds Shopify NetSuite integration on Oracle's connector, Celigo, or a custom SuiteTalk REST sync, whichever fits your flows. Orders, refunds, and payouts post to NetSuite, and stock, prices, and fulfillments come back. Projects start at $1,200, take 2 to 10 weeks, and we'll tell you if the connector alone covers it.

Good fit
Brands re-keying orders into NetSuite
Your team copies each day's Shopify orders into NetSuite by hand, and month-end close takes a week of matching payouts.
Stores outgrowing a connector app
Your connector posts orders but can't handle your B2B terms, bundles, or a second store, so staff patch the gaps.
Brands selling in several regions
You need a Shopify Plus NetSuite integration for stores in two regions, each under its own subsidiary and currency.
Finance teams fixing revenue errors
Your controller found gift card sales booked as revenue and refunds missing from NetSuite, and the auditors want answers.
Agencies with NetSuite clients
Your client runs NetSuite, and you need someone who maps subsidiaries and writes SuiteScript under your agency's name.
Not a fit
Another ERP
Your ERP is SAP, Odoo, Dynamics, or Sage rather than NetSuite. Our Shopify ERP Integration service covers those systems.
QuickBooks is enough
You only need sales and payouts in QuickBooks, not an ERP. Our Shopify QuickBooks Integration service fits that and costs less.
Warehouse system link
Your warehouse runs its own management system, and that's the link you need. Our WMS Integration service handles that connection.
A few dozen orders
You process a few dozen orders a month. Entering them in NetSuite by hand costs less than our $1,200 starting build.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on the route, the records you sync, and your store or subsidiary count, and you get a fixed proposal after a free NetSuite review.
For one Shopify store with standard flows, usually on Oracle's connector or Celigo.
$1,200one-time, USD
For workflows a connector can't express, built on SuiteTalk REST and SuiteScript.
$3,300one-time, USD
For Shopify Plus brands running several stores or subsidiaries in NetSuite OneWorld.
$6,900one-time, USD
For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the NetSuite integration with Shopify behind your offer: record maps, connector setups, and custom SuiteTalk builds. Your client talks to your team, and the scripts land in their account.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the client's NetSuite setup, store count, and pain points for a first look.
You get a fixed quote and a record map your client can approve.
We build, reconcile a test month, and hand over scripts and runbooks.
You lead the finance and operations calls while we work in the background.
Fixed scope for each store and subsidiary, so your client quote holds.
Engineers who write SuiteScript and map OneWorld subsidiaries.
Start with one store and add subsidiaries as the client grows.
The Right Technology for Your Project
NetSuite's own APIs on one side, Shopify's GraphQL Admin API on the other, and middleware we host in your cloud account when a connector isn't enough.

The main benefit is one set of numbers for your finance and operations teams. Your orders, customers, and refunds reach NetSuite without re-keying, and NetSuite pushes stock by location back to your store, so oversells drop. Month-end close speeds up because records post as they happen instead of in a batch someone types in.
Use a connector when your flows are standard, and go custom when your workflow breaks its templates. A Shopify NetSuite integration app, like Oracle's NetSuite ERP Connector or Celigo's, covers orders, stock, and fulfillments for a monthly fee. Oracle's needs one connector per store, so several stores, OneWorld rules, or B2B terms often tip it to custom.
Our NetSuite work starts at $1,200 for one store with standard flows, usually on Oracle's connector or Celigo. A custom SuiteTalk REST build with payouts, gift cards, and B2B terms costs $3,300. OneWorld setups with up to 3 stores cost $6,900. Connector fees and NetSuite licenses are separate, and your fixed quote follows the free review.
A connector setup for one store takes 2 to 3 weeks. A custom sync takes 5 to 7 weeks, and OneWorld builds with several stores take 8 to 10 weeks. Most of the calendar goes to mapping your items, tax codes, and subsidiaries, then reconciling a test month with your controller.
Orders, customers, and refunds usually flow from Shopify into NetSuite, while items, prices, inventory, and fulfillments flow back. We name one owner for every field, so neither of your systems overwrites the other. Payouts and fees can post as deposits too, which is the request finance teams make most once orders are flowing.
Yes, several Shopify stores can post into one NetSuite account. In OneWorld, each store maps to a subsidiary with its own currency, tax nexus, and bank account. Oracle's connector needs a separate connector for each store, while a custom build runs every store through one sync with per-store rules.
Every failed record goes to a retry queue, and anything still failing lands on your error list with the reason. NetSuite caps concurrent API requests per account: 5 on the Standard service tier, plus 10 for each SuiteCloud Plus license. So we pace writes to stay under your limit instead of hammering it.
Yes, and we run both side by side for a test period before switching. We list what the connector does today, including the workarounds your team built, then move the sync to SuiteTalk REST. Oracle removes SOAP web services in the 2028.2 release, so connectors still on SOAP need replacing anyway.
You own all of it. SuiteScripts deploy to your NetSuite account, middleware runs in your cloud account, and every API credential and integration record is in your name. The runbook explains each flow, so your admin or any developer can maintain the sync without us.
Support lasts 30 to 90 days after launch, depending on plan. We fix sync issues, apply Shopify API version changes, and recheck every flow after NetSuite's twice-yearly releases, which can change record behavior. New subsidiaries, stores, or record types get their own fixed quote, and your team keeps the runbook for everyday changes.
