Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up once a store runs more than one Zoho app. Each app connects to Shopify its own way, and each one acts as if it owns the customer record.
01 · Blind reps
Zoho CRM contacts show no Shopify orders.
Orders sync to CRM sales orders, so reps see each buyer's purchase history.
02 · Stock drift
Zoho Inventory and Shopify show different stock counts.
Inventory owns stock and pushes counts to each Shopify location.
03 · Manual invoices
Orders get exported to a spreadsheet to raise invoices.
Orders reach Zoho Books through Inventory or a Flow, with no spreadsheet.
04 · Overwrites
Two connectors keep overwriting the same customer field.
A written field map gives every field one owner and one direction.
Your sales rep opens a Zoho CRM contact and sees no orders. Stock in Zoho Inventory and Shopify disagree, so the last unit sells twice. Someone exports orders to a spreadsheet every Friday to raise invoices by hand. A support agent in Zoho Desk asks the customer for an order number Shopify already has. Then one connector updates a phone number in CRM, and another overwrites it an hour later.
We start by mapping which Zoho apps you run and which one should own each field. Then we connect each app on its own path: Zoho's free extensions for CRM and Desk, the native Shopify channel in Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Flow or custom code for the gaps. Test orders run through every app before the first full sync. Your team works from one version of each customer, not three.
Each app on its own path
CRM, Inventory, Desk, and Campaigns each connect differently, so we use the route Zoho supports for each.
One owner per field
Every synced field gets a single source, so two apps stop overwriting each other's changes.
API limits planned
Syncs paced to your Zoho CRM edition's daily API credits, so your other tools keep working.
Our Zoho Sync Process
You approve which Zoho app owns each field and which way it syncs, then check test orders in every connected app before the full sync runs.
We look at the Zoho apps and editions you run, your data center, and how orders reach Zoho today. You get a plain answer on which apps have a Zoho-built path and which need Flow or code.
What's Included
Each Zoho app connected on the path Zoho supports, one owner per field, Flow automations for the gaps, test orders, and a runbook.
Compare Options
A paid connector app, or Zoho's own extensions set up by your team, can work well for one app. Here's where each option holds up once several Zoho apps share your data.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Connector app | DIY setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to start | 1 to 6 weeks | An hour or two | A few days |
| Upfront cost | From $550, fixed | Monthly app fee | Your team's time |
| Zoho apps covered | CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, Campaigns | Usually one or two | One at a time |
| Field ownership | One owner per field, written | App defaults | Often undecided |
| Warehouses | Mapped to Shopify locations | Varies by app | Easy to miss |
| API credit planning | Paced to your CRM edition | Hidden from you | Rarely checked |
| Testing | Test orders in every app | Tested by the vendor | First sync only |
| Ongoing cost | None from us | Monthly fee per app | None |
Projects We've Built
Online stores and admin dashboards our team designed and built. The orders, stock, and customer records behind them are what a Zoho sync moves.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built online stores and back-office integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
A Zoho sync touches your sales records, your stock counts, and your books. These habits keep each of them accurate after go-live.
Zoho builds free Shopify extensions for CRM, Desk, and Campaigns. If one already covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote any custom sync.
When CRM and Inventory both edit a customer, the last write wins and the other change is lost. We give every field one owner before the first sync.
Zoho runs separate data centers, such as the US, EU, India, and Australia, each with its own API domain. We confirm yours before writing a single API call.
Zoho CRM gives each edition a daily API credit allowance, from 5,000 on the free edition upward. Custom syncs stay inside it, so your other Zoho tools keep working.
Shopify notes that webhooks can be missed, so custom syncs include a reconciliation job. Missed orders get picked up overnight instead of found at month end.
Every extension, Flow, and line of custom code lives in your Zoho and Shopify accounts. Your admin can change or extend it without us.

Good fit
Stores running Zoho One
You run several Zoho apps and need Shopify orders, stock, and customers to reach each one without someone re-keying them.
Sales teams working in Zoho CRM
Your reps sell wholesale from Zoho CRM and need each buyer's Shopify orders and abandoned checkouts on the contact record.
Stores stocking from Zoho Inventory
You manage stock in Zoho Inventory across several warehouses and need each one feeding the right Shopify location.
Support teams on Zoho Desk
Your agents answer order questions in Zoho Desk and need order status and addresses beside the ticket, not in another tab.
Agencies and Zoho consultants
You implement Zoho for clients and need the Shopify side connected, tested, and documented under your brand.
Not a fit
CRM linked to other tools
You need Zoho CRM connected to website forms, ads, or call tools, not Shopify. Our CRM Integration Services page covers that.
Books kept in QuickBooks
Your books live in QuickBooks Online, not Zoho Books. Our Shopify QuickBooks Integration page covers that sync.
Marketing runs in HubSpot
Your marketing and contact records run in HubSpot rather than Zoho. Our Shopify HubSpot Integration page fits better.
Budget under $550
Your budget is under $550 and you use one Zoho app. Zoho's free extension for that app and its help guide may cover you.

A Zoho Shopify integration starts at $550 for one Zoho app connected on its supported path, with a field owner map and test orders. Up to 3 apps with warehouse mapping and Zoho Flows cost $1,600. Custom syncs on the Zoho and Shopify APIs cost $3,500. Zoho's own extensions for CRM, Desk, and Campaigns are free.
One Zoho app takes 1 to 2 weeks, including test orders in that app. Connecting up to 3 apps with Flows takes 2 to 4 weeks, since each app needs its own testing. Custom syncs take 4 to 6 weeks, and large catalogs need extra time for the first full sync.
Yes, Zoho can integrate with Shopify through several Zoho apps, each on its own path. Zoho builds free Shopify extensions for Zoho CRM, Desk, and Campaigns, and Zoho Inventory has a native Shopify channel. Zoho Books connects through Inventory, and Zoho Flow covers apps without a direct link.
Partly, since only Zoho Inventory connects natively, as a Shopify sales channel. Zoho CRM, Desk, and Campaigns use free extensions that Zoho itself publishes on the Zoho Marketplace. Paid Shopify apps from other developers also connect Zoho, but they aren't Zoho's own, so we check who maintains each one before you rely on it.
You connect Zoho to Shopify from the Zoho side: install the extension or channel, then authorize it with an app created in Shopify's Dev Dashboard. Zoho's CRM extension now asks for that app's client ID and secret on new connections. Use the data center your Zoho account lives in, and test with one order first.
Start by deciding which app owns each field, then connect one Zoho app at a time. Inventory should own stock, CRM should own sales data, and Shopify should own the storefront. Connecting everything at once, with each app on its default settings, is how two apps end up overwriting the same customer.
Not directly, because Zoho Invoice has no native Shopify connection. Zoho Flow has a ready-made template that creates a Zoho Invoice invoice for each new Shopify order. If you also need stock and fuller accounting, Zoho Books through Zoho Inventory is the broader route, and we set up whichever fits.
Connect Shopify as a sales channel inside Zoho Inventory, then match items by SKU and choose which order statuses sync. Zoho Inventory pushes stock counts to Shopify, and shipments you create in Zoho appear on the Shopify order. With several warehouses, each one maps to its own Shopify location.
Use Zoho's free Shopify extension for Zoho Campaigns, which imports customers, products, and orders into your mailing lists. You can then segment by items bought, total spend, or last order, and send abandoned cart emails. It connects one Shopify store, and Zoho says contacts and orders can't sync from Shopify's Basic plan.
You get 30 to 90 days of support, depending on plan. During that window we review each app's sync log, correct records that reach the wrong module, and update connections if Zoho or Shopify changes how apps authenticate. All extensions, Flows, and scripts remain in your accounts for your Zoho admin.
