Times come from your appointment calendar and your rules, so drivers only pick slots that exist.

The Problem
It shows up at the monthly marketing review. Your agency reports clicks, Tekmetric reports sales, and nothing in between connects them.
Your agency's report shows clicks and calls.
We start by applying for API access with you, since Tekmetric approves each partner.
Then your booking form reads open times from existing appointments, creates the customer, vehicle, and appointment, and saves the lead source from your marketing settings. Requests for repairs you flag text an advisor. Your marketing report finally ends at the repair order, not the click.
Lead source on each booking
Each appointment carries a marketing source that matches a value in your shop's settings.
Alerts for big-ticket repairs
Engine, transmission, or other jobs you flag text an advisor while the driver is still deciding.
Access Tekmetric approves
We go through the official API application, not shared logins or screen scraping.
Our Tekmetric Integration Process
Access comes first. Tekmetric reviews the application, you approve the mapping, and your own test bookings prove the sources are right.
What's Included
Every plan puts booking on your site with the lead source attached. Larger plans add repair order matching, sales by channel, loaner requests, and a customer portal.
Compare Options
The built-in widget needs no build, and platforms bundle texting and reviews. Custom work earns its price when attribution and alerts matter.

Projects We've Built
Automotive sites and apps, a travel booking app, and a SaaS build that show the booking, tracking, and dashboard work behind this service.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built booking forms, tracking, and data syncs for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Your integration runs on API access that Tekmetric grants under its own terms. These habits keep that access in good standing and your reports trustworthy.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds Tekmetric integrations for repair shops that want online bookings tied to the marketing behind them. We handle the API application, booking forms with live open times, lead sources saved on each appointment, repair order matching, and advisor alerts. Projects start at $650 and take 1 to 6 weeks once Tekmetric approves access.
Your ads bring in bookings. You want Tekmetric lead capture that keeps the campaign attached through to the repair order.
You want Tekmetric online appointment scheduling that matches your site and asks the questions your advisors need answered.
Your transmission and engine inquiries share an inbox with oil changes, and the big ones go cold before anyone calls.
You run several shops and want one website that books each location and shows customers their own estimates.
Your agency builds repair shop sites and needs a Tekmetric API developer who can get through the partner review.
Your shop runs Shopmonkey instead. Shopmonkey Website Integration Services covers its open API and signed webhooks.
You only want Tekmetric's own Online Booking on your site. Its overlay or direct link needs no API, and we'll tell you so.
Your booking rules span more than one shop system. Auto Repair Scheduling Software & Booking Systems covers that build.
Your budget is under $650, or your API application was declined. A booking link on a stronger website may serve you better.

For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We handle the API application, the booking build, and the attribution reports behind your client's site. Credentials are issued to the shop, and each deliverable carries your agency's name.
Tell us the shop's ad channels, booking rules, and which repairs deserve alerts.
We start the API application and send a fixed price you can resell.
We build, test with the shop, and deliver docs with your agency's name.
The Right Technology for Your Project
We build on the documented API and sandbox, then track sources and send alerts with tools your team already knows.
FAQ
Straight answers on cost, API approval, open times, lead attribution, alerts, and portals.
Tekmetric integrations start at $650 for a booking form that saves appointments with their lead source. Repair order matching, sales by channel, and alert rules cost $1,750. Multi-shop builds with a customer portal start at $3,650. Prices are fixed after the free review, pending API approval.
Plan on 2 to 3 weeks for the API review, then 1 to 6 weeks to build, depending on your plan. We design your forms and reports while the application is reviewed, so little time is lost. Launch waits for sandbox tests with your own bookings.
You integrate it through the partner API once your application is approved. A small server on your hosting holds the credentials, reads open times, and creates customers, vehicles, and appointments. Without API access, Tekmetric's Online Booking overlay or direct link is the no-code route, and it's often enough.
It works by reading your existing appointments before showing any times. Appointment records carry times, not bays, so we apply your bay count and job lengths to find open slots. When a driver picks one, the appointment is created and confirmed while they're still on the page.
You pass it on the appointment, because that's where the API stores the marketing source. Our form reads UTM tags and the referrer, then saves a matching source from your Shop Settings marketing list. Campaign details can also go into the customer's notes, so your team sees them later.
The alert comes from your website's booking layer, not from Tekmetric, whose API documentation lists no webhooks. Each request is checked against your rules as it's saved. A flagged transmission or engine job sends a text or Slack message to the advisor you choose, with the details.
A Tekmetric API developer needs your approval on the API application, your shop ID, and the list of marketing sources you track. An admin also confirms the appointment colors, titles, and options your team uses. You don't share any passwords at any point in the project.
Yes, a Tekmetric custom portal can show customers their vehicles, past repair orders, and upcoming appointments. The API reads those records, and its share links open the software's own estimate, inspection, and invoice views. Customers sign in with a code sent to their phone or email.
If Tekmetric declines, we tell you right away and switch the plan to the built-in Online Booking before any API work starts. You keep the booking design, tracking tags, and an email alert for flagged requests. Your proposal is then revised for the smaller scope.
We do during your 30, 60, or 90 day window, and you own everything from day one. Tekmetric tokens stay valid until they're revoked, so upkeep is mostly new lead sources and services. After that, a care plan or any developer can take over with our notes.
